PositiveVibes Magazine on Sharing Stories that Evoke Transformational Change and Espousing Narratives of Hope and Healing

The rise of social media has helped further the conversation on mental health, allowing people from all walks of life to contribute to the mission of combating stigma and promoting psychological well-being. However, as much as platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook have made it possible to raise awareness about the impact mental health conditions have on one’s quality of life, they have also given birth to toxic spaces that have played a role in the deterioration of the mental state of today’s digital users. Fueled by the overarching goal to bring positive messages that can make a difference amid the bleak social landscape, Zane Landin established PositiveVibes Magazine in the aftermath of the COVID-19 outbreak.

Even before the pandemic, a long string of questions has kept Zane Landin wondering. A recent graduate from Cal Poly Pomona who studied communication and public relations, the PositiveVibes Magazine founder, has long been plagued with concerns over how exactly people can positively shift the world.

To some extent, the launch of PositiveVibes Magazine was an attempt to make sense of the hard-hitting questions that Zane Landin hopes to address. Currently, this international digital magazine and podcast series is making its mark by sharing inspiring stories evoking transformational change.

“In today’s fast-paced world, we don’t always remember to slow down. To ask what truly makes us happy. What brings a smile to our faces and joy to our hearts? How do we take care of ourselves – inside and out? What gives our lives fulfillment and meaning? At PositiveVibes Magazine, we explore these questions and many more,” shared the dedicated team led by Zane Landin, which consists of writers from across the country.

At the heart of PositiveVibes Magazine is the firm belief in the power of storytelling and the importance of giving a spotlight to narratives that espouse hope, healing, and community-building. “Storytelling is powerful, and we must see more authentic stories reflected in the media,” added Zane Landin. “Once positive, authentic stories are told, an organic ripple effect will transform pain and adversity into a purpose for people and communities.”

While there is always a constant need for platforms that advocate for positivity and well-being, the collective mental state of the global population following COVID-19 demanded a heavier emphasis on fostering mental health. Through its efforts, PositiveVibes Magazine aims to stand at the frontlines of the cause.

Since its creation, PositiveVibes Magazine has livened up the digital space with content that spans anything that contributes to the movement of positivity, including poetry, literature, art, spirituality, and music. Additionally, it has provided an avenue for like-minded individuals to reflect, absorb, and ponder what they can offer to make the world safer and brighter. Zane and his team have featured over 80 powerful change agents, from mental health advocates to spiritual leaders.

Moving forward, PositiveVibes Magazine intends to remain a go-to community for changemakers, visionaries, and purpose-driven figures. Moreover, its passion-fueled team will continue to restore humanity, faith, and positivism by featuring people who are the hidden gems in society and showcasing stories worth covering.
