Toby Rippetoe Helping Real Estate Agencies Accelerate Business Growth

Indeed, many people focus on the substance and the finished product which they see. They care very little about the journey or the various setbacks that successful people have encountered in their journey to the top. Although now considered a guru and an authority in the real estate industry, Toby Rippetoe was not always successful as he has had to wrestle his way to the top against all odds. And considering how much impact he had in the Colorado, Costa Rica, and the Caribbean Real Estate scene, the way to the top is serving as an inspiration to many.

Mr. Rippetoe is a real estate sales coach with over twenty years of experience in international real estate, brokerages, development, property management, entrepreneurship and a Vrbo expert. In a real estate career that is considered illustrious, Mr. Rippetoe has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Oklahoma, after which he ventured into the Colorado and Costa Rican Real Estate scene, a place he dominated for a few years before he switched and decided to take it a step further and go international.

For Rippetoe, it took attending the International Living Event in San Jose, Costa Rica, for the first time for him to leap investing in properties and flipping them for profit finally. And since the first property he bought in Puerto Viejo, he has personally bought & sold more than fifty properties across the world on an international investing scale in places such as Las Vegas, Florida, Oklahoma, and Nicaragua, to name a few. In addition, he has owned and operated a hotel in Colorado, a beachfront bar and grill in Costa Rica, Airbnb condominiums, gas stations and convenience stores. Three registered real estate companies in multiple countries, no doubt Rippetoe knows his onions when it comes to Real Estate!

Toby Rippetoe is driven by the passion for helping other real estate entrepreneurs completely crush life by building their business to the highest level possible, having been credited for helping several entrepreneurs go from zero to six figures to earning six to seven figures while putting in fewer hours at work. Something he refers to as “working smart.” While he admits that many coaches out there prefer the cookie-cutter coaching program, which guarantees zero results, he adopts a more hands-on approach where each client’s strength and weakness is considered first before anything else. “The strategy I teach is a people-first approach, and the primary focus initially is predominantly audience building. So regardless of how close you are to finalizing the details of your program, the earlier you start building your audience, the better as it does take ~30 days to ramp up.”

Rippetoe understands how tedious it is to make headway in the real estate business, having been there at some point himself, hence the reason he ventured into Coaching to help hundreds of real estate professionals build their 7-figure real estate and exert their authority in the industry. However, away from real estate and business, Rippetoe is a committed father, a classic car collector, international tourist, volunteer and philanthropist who wakes up daily with the desire to become the best version of himself.

Versalite Creative and Model Tay’lor Jordan Binyard Provides a Preview of Her Next Venture as an Author

While many factors can drive a person to move forward, the most significant factor anyone can use to continue marching on are the trials and tribulations they overcame. In an unforgiving world, individuals like Tay’lor Jordan Binyard have managed to turn their hurt and struggles into steps on a ladder, allowing them to climb to greater heights.

Born and raised in Teaneck, New Jersey, Tay’lor Jordan Binyard is one of Garden State’s latest female moguls. She is a young entrepreneur and model who has grown a strong reputation throughout the TriState area. Known to her friends as Tay, she has been described as a healing woman who overcame formidable obstacles early in life and used her struggles to motivate herself and others around her.

“I come from a strong family background filled with success but still endured consistent abuse throughout life physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually,” she said.

Tay’lor spent her adolescent years learning about what made her truly happy and finding things that defined her. By 17, she became a mother without a clue on how to parent. While it would have been a setback to many others, Tay’lor managed to return to school, graduating as a medical assistant, becoming a licensed emergency responder, and obtaining a degree in business. “Those careers were ideal but didn’t fulfill my happiness,” Tay’lor shared. “I wanted more for myself.”

As she entered her 20s, Tay’lor was diagnosed with an incurable gastrointestinal disease called Chrons, putting her life on pause. She was hospitalized and spent eight months in recovery. Her physician shared that she was one of the youngest patients who almost lost her life. And it was during these troubling events that Tay’lor used her free time to appreciate art and the different ways to produce it.

Once fully recovered, Tay’lor Jordan Binyard found pleasure in using her vacant time to write, sketch, photograph, direct photography and videography sessions, scout for sets, and model. Her ventures proved fruitful as she started getting booked to coordinate various events, opening the doors for more opportunities where she found herself hosting and appearing in music videos for established artists like Famous Dex, Fetty Wap, Cony, and more. Additionally, Tay’lor found herself arranging travel packages as she accepted booking requests based on customer preferences.

“I withheld many insecure phases in life due to my traumatic surgery,” shared the mogul, “I wasn’t secure with myself as I should have been. I didn’t appreciate my beauty.” However, once Tay’lor learned her self-worth, she started to appreciate her past experiences more.

Today, Tay’lor uses her voice to advocate for domestic violence, childhood trauma, and gastrointestinal diseases, educating others through the real-life experiences she went through that built but failed to break her.

Tay’lor Jordan Binyard is currently working on her first book, covering the trials and tribulations she had to overcome. She is also set to launch her unisex clothing line, “Tastee Apparel,” which will launch this year. With many ventures keeping her busy, Tay’lor foresees her career transitioning into a motivational speaker and mentor, speaking to crowds from all over the world and inspiring them.

How Wilbert Wynnberg’s Transformation Led to the Think Act Prosper Movement

Wilbert Wynnberg is a Singaporean entrepreneur, bestselling author and founder of Think Act Prosper. His quintessential rags-to-riches success story of sacrifice, hard work, and perseverance, together with his unique and charismatic way of delivering his message to his audience, has allowed Wynnberg to touch the lives of people all over the world, appear on TV, and be featured on news publications such as Forbes, USA Today, Yahoo! Finance, and many more.

However, during his childhood and adolescence, Wynnberg was a vastly different person. He grew up in an abusive, low-income household, and under the influence of his environment and bad company, he walked down the wrong path for many years. He joined a gang in his teens, dropped out of school, became an alcoholic, and was an addict who experienced 5 to 6-figure daily swings at his peak. Fortunately, he was able to pull himself out of his self-professed “degen phase” and put his life back in order. As someone who knows how difficult it is to put themselves back on the right track and commit to it without distraction, Wynnberg has been living with a renewed purpose of helping as many people as he can.

In 2015, Wynnberg committed himself to building a legacy of helping others excel in their business, income, and life, using his own story to inspire and motivate others to pursue their personal excellence and live a life worth being proud of.

Two years later in 2017, Wynnberg survived a near-fatal skydiving accident. It led him to reflect on the regrets he would be leaving behind if he had died then. This motivated him to take action on the things he had been wanting to do but had been putting off, such as writing and publishing his own book. Months later, his first book, Think Act Prosper was published. In the same year, he obtained his United States Parachute Association (USPA) ‘A’ license, and successfully completed over 50 solo jumps. Subsequently, Think Act Prosper expanded to become a movement, comprising an annual business conference and magazine featuring the world’s best thought leaders and business experts like Brian Tracy, Kerri Kasem, Evan Carmichael, Elena Cardone, David Meltzer, Kim Perell, and many more.

A huge advocate of education, Wynnberg has been active in helping children living in Southeast Asian countries. To lead by example, he went on to pursue an MBA degree at Murdoch University in 2019, which he completed a year later.

365Live Delivers a Successful Event as It Raises Funds to Benefit Haiti Earthquake Victims

Despite the pandemic continuing to run rampant, more crises have come and gone, gripping the world in terror. Recently, the world was shocked by the news of a massive earthquake striking Haiti and leaving thousands to recuperate. In its wake, many have risen to provide aid however they can. Joining the cause is the brand 365Live, which has hosted a hip-hop concert dedicated to benefiting earthquake victims.

Founded in 2015, 365Live is a brand and app created to eliminate the inconvenience of being unable to enjoy oneself anywhere and in any way one desires. The app was conceptualized when the founder constantly ran into roadblocks, trying to find things he loved doing in his travels to other cities. At the time, social media had been the only source of information. However, when 365Live was created, many platforms started to spring up. Despite the competition, the app was able to thrive thanks to its system, pointing users in the right direction and finding fun things in unfamiliar areas. Since then, the brand has grown significantly.

Since its creation, 365Live has gained a reputation for delivering best-in-class entertainment to everyone’s city. In addition, the brand has been known for bringing the party, with most of its hosted events selling out quickly. By using location services, 365Live presents users with a reliable source of entertainment that covers events beyond live music, including art shows, brunch, and clubbing. Users can also browse for nearby events, book tickets, coordinate with friends, and RSVP to private events, giving them a unique experience.

Recently in Miami, Florida, a massive hip-hop concert was put together for the Labor Day weekend. Featuring highly sought-after names in the music industry like French Montana and Trey Songz, the two-day event was hosted by EZ Stevie, an acclaimed musician and South Florida local, and Yes Juelz, among many others.

The event, which kicked off on Saturday, welcomed 3,000 guests in attendance as they welcomed performances by French Montana, MoneyBagg Yo, Est Gee, CJ, Major Nine, Chinese Kitty, Bizzy Crook, and Yung Reece. After enduring months of depression following lockdown, the event brought unmatched energy from the performers and audience. The artists delivered what critics deemed to be their best performances yet. Even as the first day came to a close, the electrifying crowd continued the festivities, bringing their energy to the after-party at Vendome Nightclub.

On the second day, Yes Juelz took over as the host in one of the most beloved venues of South Florida. While the audience turnout lessened by a thousand, the evening continued to generate the same vibe as the previous night The City Girls, Trey Songz, Shenseea, Chinese Kitty, and Mariah Angeliq giving the people in attendance a night they won’t soon forget. Once the event concluded, 365Live again carried the party to the Vendome Nightclub, with French Montana serving as the host.

While the Labor Day Weekend event served as an opportunity to celebrate 365Live’s new platform, the extravaganza was also instrumental in raising additional funds to aid Haiti’s disaster relief for food, shelter, and supplies to repair the infrastructure. With the event’s success, 365Live is enthusiastic to carry more events, strictly implementing the same CDC Guidelines that required guests to wear masks upon entry.

Relationship Coach Stephen L Robinson Says Hoodie Season Is Here for Trust God Wear, Almost One Year In

Stephen L Robinson, relationship coach and cofounder of Trust God Wear, will be making some significant changes to the Trust God Wear business model.

“We’re going to keep the same message, but through me spending time with God in prayer, he told me I have to execute a new model. The model is simple. Keep the message pure but add more colors and designs,” Stephen said.

When Stephen first started the business, his color schemes were not that creative. He stuck to the basics of producing high-quality black shirts and hoodies with white writing. Stephen knew nothing about building a clothing brand, but he followed the idea that God shared with him. Upon starting the brand in October of 2020, He did not get any actual inventory until Dec 2020, which he likes to call hoodie season.

“Hoodie season is important. Why? Because everyone wears hoodies, plus they are comfortable,” Stephen says.

For Stephen, this marks almost a year coming up that God has given him the idea for Trust God Wear. In this year, he has accomplished a lot with Trust God Wear. Trust God Wear has sold tons of t-shirts and hoodies, has given away t-shirts and hoodies, partnered with Redemptive Love Apparel to give back to the homeless in the busy streets of downtown Atlanta. Trust God Wear even has a billboard going up in Times Square Soon.

Stephen said for a while, he struggled with what to put on the billboard. He didn’t know if he wanted to have models wearing the shirts to drive more sales or just a simple message with no models, but more of an inspirational message about trusting God.

After sitting with God, praying and seeking direction, God revealed an inspirational message focused on trusting Him (God) rather than getting shirt and hoodie sales. “I believe sales will come from the message because the website will be present on the billboard, but that’s not the main goal,” Stephen said. “The main goal is not to sell. It’s just to get the message out that it’s okay to trust God and let God take care of the rest. That’s how much I trust God.”

For hoodie season, Trust God Wear is going to have a good variety of colors to choose from. Stephen is not limiting it to just black and white anymore. He wants to prevent customer exhaustion and give customers the option to pair it with their favorite sneakers, shoes, sandals, purses, and glasses.

Be on the lookout for all the brand new colors dropping for the fall. Go to the Trust God Wear website and get on the email list to know when all the new colors arrive. “Plus, if you want to keep your relationship warm, no better way to do that than with a Trust God hoodie, coupled with telling the truth, communicating, and keeping God first,” says relationship coach and author Stephen L Robinson.

Show the world it’s okay to trust God with your relationship, with your finances, with your career, and your purpose.

László Piringer: How Running Changed His Perspective on Life

Laszlo Piringer is an athlete who just finished his 78-day run across America in 78. Laszlo battled the elements from Los Angeles, California, to Central Park in New York City and became the first Hungarian to complete this run as a solo athlete. However, his journey is made even more impressive when he did it for a cause greater than himself, partnering with the non-profit charity No Kid Hungry and raising enough money to feed 100,000 children.

Many would be surprised that Laszlo Piringer’s journey began with a reflection in the mirror. “Like many other people, I looked at the mirror and didn’t like what I saw. So I started dieting, sticking to a plant-based diet. I also went on to completely change my lifestyle and started running,” Piringer revealed, “Running made my life better and made me feel good about myself. Soon I realized that if I maintain this new lifestyle and take care of my body, it could take me to the end of the world.”

Even when enjoying his newfound passion for running, Laszlo Piringer felt like he could do more. So, after being an avid runner for a little over two years, he embarked on this cross-country run. “Running made me realize that there is more to life than just constantly staring at screens. There is so much life out in the world, so many more things to see and do,” Laszlo shared.

He began his run in Los Angeles, California. “I ran around 40-44 miles every day. Some days I would even run for 50 miles straight,” he recalled. Making his way on foot to New York, Laszlo encountered all the best things America has to offer. “I met so many people along the way,” Laszlo Piringer shared, “A man and his mother offered me a homemade meal as I ran through the Navajo Nation. I was even invited over to a family dinner in Missouri!”

For 78 consecutive days, Laszlo Piringer ran. He encountered sun, snow, hail, and rain. He ran through mountains, rough terrain, seemingly endless farmlands, and uninhabited desert. “This journey showed me just how beautiful this country is. America is colorful and vibrant, and it is still actually such a wonderful place filled with unbelievably kind and friendly people,” he said.

In his 78-day run across America, Laszlo Piringer shared that the scariest part was running right next to a highway. Laughing at the memory now, he said, “The moments I spent next to speeding cars and trucks were a little terrifying. Imagine my lonely body running on the side of a highway, and these vehicles pass by just inches away from me. “

Because his passion for running inspired Laszlo Piringer to think of things bigger than himself, he wanted to find a way to inspire other people to get out and do something more with their lives. “It was important for me that this run across America would have an impact. And I chose to partner with No Kid Hungry because they help with a cause dear to my heart. I am still amazed at how we were able to raise funds to feed so many children. I want to keep dedicating my future adventures to different advocacies.”

“My story centers around running, but I believe it to be so much more than that,” Laszlo Piringer said, “I want to encourage others to live an active and healthy lifestyle. And I want to inspire others to make the most of the one life they have. If there’s a dream they want to achieve, I want them to know that things only seem scary from far away. Things only seem difficult until you start. But that shouldn’t stop them from going after their goals.”

Laszlo Piringer is a proud plant-based athlete. He completed his run across America in 78 days and documented his entire journey. After a break from running, he is back to doing what he loves most. To learn more about his experience, you may follow him on Instagram.
