Aaron Strazicich Builds Leep AI to Give Business Owners Their Time Back

Aaron Strazicich founded Leep AI in 2025 with a specific customer in mind. Owner-operators in home services still answer their own phones. They miss leads on job sites. They take calls during family dinners. Strazicich built a company to fix that.

Leep AI sells voice AI as its core product. The service includes AI voice agents, AI voice chat, and AI texting. These tools handle inbound and outbound calls for service businesses around the clock. The company also builds websites, runs SEO, and helps clients improve Google rankings. Voice AI anchors the offering. The rest wraps around it.

In this interview, Strazicich explains the mission behind the company and the model that separates it from competitors.

What inspired you to start Leep AI?

“Two things drove it. I have always been obsessed with technology, and when the AI revolution started unfolding, I knew I wanted to be in it. The bigger driver was prayer. Through contemplation and what I can only describe as divine inspiration, I felt called to build something with real purpose behind it. The goal is not just to scale and sell the business. It is what the business funds. I committed to giving 20% of profits each year to causes I care about. Financial education for kids who never learned how money works. The fight against child trafficking. Special projects tied to my faith. The business is the vehicle. The mission makes it worth building.”

How would you describe the brand’s core values?

“Stewardship ties it all together. Every decision runs through that lens. Who we serve. How we deliver. Where the profits go. We exist to give business owners their time back, deliver excellence, and use what we build to bless others. Faith, family, and business are not separate buckets. It is one calling.”

What sets Leep AI apart in a crowded market?

“Experience. Voice AI is a newer space, and many operators jumping in have not built or run anything at scale. Our team carries more than 20 years of combined experience. In a previous role, I built a $40 million business from the ground up and managed over $250 million at the VP level. I know process, systems, scale, and people. That foundation is rare in this market. It shows up in how we sell and how we deliver.”

Are there aspects of the service that make it different from competitors?

“Two things. First, our sales team also handles implementation. There is no handoff where the salesperson disappears and the operations team inherits a mess. The people who promised the result deliver it. Second, we run a pay-for-performance model. Clients can leave at any time. They pay only when our AI performs and solves problems for their business. We carry the risk.”

How do you maintain quality across clients?

“We run a Lean Six Sigma model for operations. Our team is made up of vetted tech professionals. Every stage of the client journey has templates and standard operating procedures behind it. Nothing gets left to memory or guesswork. That discipline kept our satisfaction and net promoter scores at the top of our previous industry. We run the same discipline here.”

Can you share an example of the impact?

“One of our first clients had five missed calls over a single weekend. Each missed call was worth about $200. That weekend, our AI saved him at least a thousand dollars in revenue he would have lost. He also got to be present with his family instead of chasing his phone. Another client had two problems. Customer follow-up was slipping, and his annual maintenance plan scheduling was a mess. He was also getting cold-called constantly. We solved the service and follow-up issues, protected his time, and generated over $1,800 in booked revenue in less than seven days of going live.”

What milestones has the company hit so far?

“We signed eight clients in less than six weeks, with a close rate above 60%. For a new company in a competitive space, that pace and that conversion rate mean something to us.”

What challenges did you face early on?

“The biggest early challenge was cancellations and reschedules on prospect calls. People booked and then ghosted, or pushed the meeting and never came back. We attacked it with systems. We built trigger notifications and reminder sequences into our CRM, and our show rate improved. The lesson I keep coming back to is simple. You do not rise to your goals. You fall to your systems. Goals are great, but systems carry you.”

What is your long-term vision?

“The vision is to change a lot of kids’ lives through the profits this business generates. We built in a 20% giveback model from day one. The bigger we grow, the more we can pour into financial education, anti-trafficking work, and faith-based projects. Long-term, we plan to scale Leep AI and sell it in the next five to seven years. The exit funds even more of the mission.”

What advice would you give aspiring entrepreneurs?

“You have to bet on yourself. Nobody else will do it for you. Then you have to be relentless. Relentless in selling. Relentless in leading your team. Relentless in repeating the vision until everyone around you can recite it. Most people stop talking about their vision long before anyone else has heard it. Keep going.”

What trend should business owners pay attention to?

“The pace at which AI improves is staggering. What was state of the art six months ago is already outdated. For business owners, the takeaway is simple. You cannot afford to sit this one out. Being ahead of the curve on AI is a competitive requirement now.”

Strazicich returns often to one line that captures how he runs the company. You do not rise to your goals. You fall to your systems. For Leep AI, the systems serve a mission that reaches past the business itself.

Aaron Strazicich built Leep AI on a conviction that a business can protect its clients and fund a mission at the same time. The company gives owner-operators their time back through voice AI. The profits feed the causes Strazicich set out to serve. He runs Leep AI out of Redondo Beach, California, and keeps signing home services owners who are ready to stop losing revenue to missed calls. For Strazicich, the systems behind the company carry both the client results and the calling that started it.
