How Chris Patire Took His Brand CrisP From 0 To Over A Million Dollars Selling Basketball Shorts!

Christopher Patire is a living example of the power of courage, integrity, self-love, and persistence. Despite growing up in low-income housing with only his mother, he had a vision and a dream and was willing to put in the hard work and make the difficult sacrifices to make it a reality. In the summer of 2020, he started CrisP with just one tank top and one pair of shorts, and the first year of sales amounted to just $260.

Chris has been an advocate of motivation and positivity since he can remember. His upbringing was not easy, but it set the stage for his life-long passion for basketball. Chris’s purpose in launching CrisP was to reflect on his personal journey and values.

Christopher was undeterred by the doubters, and even spent his entire savings and maxed out all of his credit cards to invest in his brand. Although having a full-time job at T-Mobile in Newark New Jersey, he worked diligently on his brand during his off days and nights. There were many months when Chris failed to generate any sales after spending so much money. Many people around him told him to quit. He continued his journey and he gave away countless pieces of his clothing for free, believing in the power of networking and visibility. His goal has always been to build a brand bigger than Nike and to focus on athletes due to their hard work, the community, and the respect they receive.

Fast forward to the present, just three years later after creating his business, and now the brand ‘CrisP’ routinely reaches the 6 figure mark monthly! Christopher has achieved his goal of $1,000,000 in sales and has sold over 20,000 CrisP shorts! He continues to write down his goals daily and he advises other business owners to surround themselves with positive energy and not to be afraid to take risks.

Christopher has built a strong brotherhood and friendship with many NBA and NFL players, and he reminds us to believe in ourselves, take risks, and never give up. His story is truly inspirational and motivational and serves as a reminder of the power of courage, integrity, self-love, and persistence, which is the actual meaning of the brand ‘CrisP’.

Chris is a great example of perseverance and dedication. He has shown his son, Christopher ll the entire process of creating his business since the start so he could learn the value of owning a business. His motto is “The world is yours” and he strives to empower everyone he meets with this message.

Chris states he will always remind us to believe in ourselves and to think big, no matter what anyone else says. He encourages us to risk it all for the dreams we can see and to surround ourselves with positive energy. Chris’ story is truly inspiring and motivational, and it is no wonder why Crispy is growing at such a rapid rate. He is living proof that anything is possible if you stay focused and consistent.
