Exclusive Interview with Cubism-abstract artist TAU

Art has been around since the beginning of time, and though it has had many faces, the heart has always remained the same: to make the beholder feel. There is no denying the fact that art which evokes emotion is rare; however, the artists that create such masterpieces are even more so. Art is about resonating with people’s dormant emotions, whether good or bad.

We sat down with one such artist, a Cubism-abstract oil painter based in Los Angeles, who goes by the name of Tau. The artist’s love for astronomy, the universe, and spirituality led him to become a renowned painter. “When I’m painting, I’m not grounded by ideas. I want my work to represent me just as I am, even a hundred years from now,” Tau shared. Here’s an excerpt from his interview, where he shares his love for painting, art and much more.

When did you discover your passion for art?

That’s a whole story, actually. You see, I was born with a hearing problem, so I needed hearing aids, which was, in itself, a problematic experience. My condition made studying more challenging, so in my spare time, I used to sketch and draw whatever I was feeling at the moment. I liked that part of the day the most because that was the only time when there wasn’t anything expected of me; I was doing what I wanted.

There was also a time when I was 8, and I saw Oliver Stone’s movie Wall Street for the first time; there was a scene in which Picasso’s painting appeared. This was one of the most significant moments – where as a child, I was inspired to create, and I believe that was the moment when my passion for painting really arose.

Now that I think about it, it’s quite funny and ironic that the most materialistic and capitalist film of the time managed to give me inspiration for spirituality, art and creativity.

What made you choose Cubism-abstract over realism?

Ever since I was a child, I’ve always been different with very few friends, a lot of frustration, speech and sleep problems, and I wasn’t very good at communicating either. All this kind of made me an overthinker because I’d spend hours every day with my own thoughts. Even today, I’d say most of my works come from pain, excitement, and from being different from others.

I don’t like to call myself a tormented artist. The pain does not control me; I am simply aware of myself, aware of my motives, aware of my personal experiences. I studied myself and learned how to channel my experiences into my inner strength.

Most artists have role models, people they look up to. Do you have anyone like that?

My role model is mainly Picasso, although there are artists like Dali, Marc Chagall, Van Gogh and Paul Klee that I love just as much. But Picasso has a special place, his paintings, technique and confidence; there’s something magical in his work that can’t be explained.

I like to think that most of my work is influenced by Picasso, but in my childhood home, I also had a reproduction painting: Senecio, by Paul Klee, which also set me on a journey of learning about Paul Klee.

I just feel a weird connection with every artist who ever inspired me, and that’s something I cherish.

Art requires tremendous focus; how do you find the inspiration for it?

There’s actually a number of things that I do to keep my imagination fresh. I like trying new things, whether it’s reading a new book or trying a new hobby. I also watch old movies by Roman Polanski, Pedro Almodóvar and Federico Fellini. And my favorite one is Opposite Day. Especially on days when I don’t want to do something, I tell myself it’s Opposite Day, and I just go ahead and do it.

You must have faced difficulties in your life; how did you cope with the rough patches?

I don’t think like that. I believe that without these hurdles and challenges, life wouldn’t just be worth living. I mean, I did hit bottom more times than I can remember, but I never gave up on my dream. I think that’s what matters, not giving up.

Purpose-Driven Clothing Brand Polo Spreads Love on Driving Change and Giving Back to Communities

From securing a financially stable future to creating a legacy for future generations to remember, a wide range of factors can serve as the fuel behind an entrepreneur’s entry into the highly complex business world. Ventures can also be established not only to generate profits but also to pursue another purpose. In the case of Polo Spreads Love, a clothing brand launched by Joshua Saadi, the overarching goal of giving back to communities and making a difference in the lives of others has always stood at the center of its efforts.

The seed that would eventually flourish into Polo Spreads Love was planted back in 2013 when founder Joshua Saadi participated in a Breast Cancer Awareness Walk for the first time. Unbeknown to him, his dog, Polo, would play a huge role in changing his life and how he viewed the world.

A Real Men Wear Pink awardee for multiple-years-running as well as a member of a bright community at the forefront of raising Breast Cancer Awareness, Joshua Saadi talks about the transformative power that love can bring to people.

“I remember being in that Breast Cancer Awareness Walk at Central Park,” recalled Joshua Saadi. “I remember the way Polo made people feel – the way he ran into a survivor’s arms. I knew right at that moment that Polo wasn’t just an average dog. He was a superhero. When Polo jumped into the arms of a survivor, that moment was the beginning. I speak about it often because my new life was born in that very moment,” shared Joshua Saadi.

Inspired by that defining instance, the passion-fueled personality then dipped his toes in the industry in 2013, barrelling through the odds inherent in the entrepreneurial realm to start a venture that would stand for more than profits and earnings. In the almost ten years since then, Joshua Saadi has managed to elevate Polo Spreads Love, pushing it toward a position that allows it to influence positive behavior and promote kindness.

While the rise of Polo Spreads Love over the years can also be credited to the quality of its impressive selection of products, which include sweatshirts, tees, tanks, hats, and activewear, what has enabled this brainchild of Joshua Saadi to stand out is its commitment to one clear-cut mission: to unite the good-hearted people of the world to spread love. Polo Spreads Love also has a long-standing partnership with the American Cancer Society (ACS) Making Strides Against Breast Cancer at Central Park, Jones Beach and multiple other venues.

As part of his ongoing mission to be at the front lines of advocacy, Joshua started a collaborative project with visionary artist Jason Naylor: the limited edition Polo Spreads Love X Jason Naylor design, launching this Friday 11/11. Jason Naylor is an award-winning artist, designer, and creative director based in Brooklyn. Specializing in bright, loud colors brimming with life and joie de vivre, his personal ethos speaks through his art: kindness is the key to success.

The movement that Polo Spreads Love has jumpstarted has seen countless individuals contribute to a kinder and better world. With every purchase of a hat, a T-shirt, or any other product from this cause-oriented business, part of the proceeds directly go to initiatives designed to uplift communities.

Under Joshua Saadi’s leadership and bolstered by Polo’s enthusiasm, Polo Spreads Love has been involved in a long list of purpose-driven efforts. Back in 2018, it donated over 500 hoodies to the homeless population. Additionally, the well-respected brand, which has bagged numerous recognitions under its belt, donated fifteen palettes of food, water, and necessities to Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria hit the country.

Nine years into this movement, Joshua Saadi can say that they are only getting started. In the future, he hopes to make a positive mark on a global scale, traveling the world with Polo to spread love and foster kindness.

Webtronic Labs Makes Technology Accessible to More Businesses

Technology changes at lightning speed. Many business owners stay on the fringe of technology, refusing to dip their toes into the unpredictable waters because they don’t want to mess things up. They feel intimidated by the rapidly changing landscape, often afraid to admit that technology “speak” is complex. When you’re a business owner standing on the outside looking into the chaos, it’s enough to make you want to stay far, far away.

So how can you maximize your company’s impact and potential if you’re not moving forward with the times? How can you ensure that your company doesn’t get left behind in this rapidly changing digital world?

In 2014, when 3D printers and wearable electronics were pushing into the mainstream, a group of inspired engineers came together to discuss how they could bring technology to the average person. Forget the confusing tech speak and industry jargon. They wanted to package software solutions in a user-friendly way, so clients felt like they were part of the creative process.

Web and App developer Jessie Valladares was at the engineer’s meeting that day when the idea for Webtronic Labs sparked. He understood the challenges entrepreneurs and business owners faced when they wanted to play big business but didn’t have access to advanced systems and tools of larger corporations. He believed he could remedy the disadvantage by offering software solutions in a new way.

Although the idea was conceived in 2014, the company was created in 2018 when he brought together some of the finest engineers from around the globe to offer high-quality software solutions for companies of all sizes. Unlike many software companies specializing in a specific area of technology, Webtronic Labs offers a wide range of services to meet the unique needs of their customers. Since team members specialize in different areas of technology, Webtronic Labs is able to provide exceptional, customized service on multiple levels.

Often businesses have to go to different companies to get the exact software solution they need. Not with Webtronic Labs. They are a one-stop shop that’s ready to tackle any software project.

“It is our goal to help as many businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs as possible by being flexible in creating solutions.”

– Jessie Valladares / CEO, Webtronic Labs

As a software development agency, Webtronic Labs understands the importance of getting the technology right, but what separates them from other companies is their ability to listen to the heartbeat of their clients. Not only do they work passionately to implement client ideas successfully, but they also follow best practices to ensure projects remain easy to change and update.

For businesses looking to automate their services, simplify processes and provide more value to their customers, Webtronic Labs has the solution. With a curated menu of services, they have the right team to help any business build a stronger brand and a competitive edge in their niche.

Software companies come and go, but those that find solid footing in the industry understand their customers and offer them more than just the latest trends in technology.

1WORLDFESTGLOBAL Identifies Racial and Cultural Intolerance As Nuclear War and Climate Change Level Existential Threat to Humanity

QUEENS NON-PROFIT ORG TO HOST MULTICULTURAL FESTIVAL, THE “1WORLDFEST.” NOV.13TH 2022.

In a world that seems to be filled with hate, division, and intolerance, more and more individuals are coming to the realization that we can no longer do this alone. The cultural differences that seem to keep us separated are actually the tools that will bind us together to make us stronger as a community and a nation. As real as climate change and the exploitation of natural resources, cultural divisions threaten our very existence and, therefore, must be addressed if we ever have the hope of correcting them. Faced with the challenge of creating a more unified world, 1WorldFestGlobal was created to provide a way of closing cultural gaps and embracing the differences that lie within us all.

After working with a variety of community services over the past 25 years, Kamell Ellis set out to be part of the solution when he founded 1WorldFestGlobal five years ago. This organization was born out of a need to serve multicultural communities year-round by providing awareness, assistance, and critical access to resources.

Although it was originally conceived to produce the “1World Fest.”, this organization continues to strive toward impacting global communities with the work they do in promoting social harmony via a deeper understanding of cultural, religious, gender, and racial diversity.

While no one organization has all the answers to the world’s problems, 1WorldFestGlobal’s CEO and Co-Founder understands the importance of impacting one person’s life in a positive way. Even when faced with the challenges of limited funds and resources, this non-profit organization has not lost sight of the work it set out to do. The 1WorldFestGlobal team remains committed to convening with concerned citizens and organizations who think they can be a part of the solution to this global crisis

Production on the 1WorldFest. is currently underway. This multicultural celebration of humanity will serve as a showcase for the work 1WorldFestGlobal does on a grander scale. It is, at its core, a way of embracing diversity, tolerance, and inclusion while bringing awareness to the inherent dangers we face as a society when we choose to reject such significant values.

You, too, can join the movement at the First Annual 1WorldFest. on Sunday, November 13, 2022, at the Jamaica Performing Arts Center in Jamaica, New York, from 12-9 PM EST. This immersive experience of culture will incorporate food, music, panel discussions, art displays, and coding workshops while bringing awareness to the core values of diversity, tolerance, and inclusion.

Business Talk with Amanda Holmes CEO, Entrepreneur and Bestselling Author

Amanda Holmes is the CEO of Chet Holmes International (CHI) which has worked with over 250,000 businesses worldwide. At age 24, she inherited her father’s multi-million-dollar enterprise, which specializes in helping companies double their sales. Amanda merged her father’s proven process with her own forward-thinking ideas to connect the old-school sales process with hybrid online and offline instant gratification short attention span we see of consumers today.

Her success has made it clear that she was born to lead. In the first two years of taking helm of the company, Amanda increased leads by 1176%, and doubled coaching clients two years in a row. Since then, Amanda has continued to scale the company making an impact worldwide with continued double-digit growth. Amanda’s mission is to teach the last and most important lesson that her father never got to reveal to radically change the lives of those passionate about success and sales.

The progression of time is something that in the sales world is something that is always evolving. While ‘The Ultimate Selling Machine’, is a timeless book through the techniques that it addresses, talk to us about some of the changes that you have implemented at Chet Holmes International to bring it into the business world today?

When my father Chet Holmes wrote the Ultimate Sales Machine, “web sites” was still two words.

The internet hadn’t really taken off yet.

The average business 15 years ago had an average of 7 different marketing mediums. Today, the average business has 13 marketing channels, 5 social media platforms, and 3 paid advertising mediums. Businesses are expected to do DOUBLE the amount of work for a fraction of the results.

Today, there are 3,8 billion social media pages, all putting out content competing for the attention of your buyers.

The updated version teaches you how to cut through all that clutter to have the best ROI most efficiently. My father taught strategies on cold calling, faxes, and yellow pages, for example. In the new edition you’ll see case studies of clients who’ve used platforms like Facebook ads, Google, and LinkedIn messaging to win clients. The strategies are still the same, it’s just the tactics that have changed.

Also, salespeople who use social outsell their peers by 78%. Readers can get helpful tips on how to use social to sell more effectively without every feeling pushy or salesy.

Walk us through a day in the life of Amanda Holmes?

It’s always changing so that’s a hard one to answer. I like change, I’m invigorated by challenges and am inspired by creation. I’m huge on mantra meditation so I’ll always have some musical melody playing in the morning so that it’s playing in the back of my mind throughout the day. I think majority of people get sucked into listening to contemporary music that floods our subconscious with depression, anger, aggression. If you want to be a source of positivity and light, you must monitor what you bring into your world. I’m pigheaded about what I allow into my space. What I listen to, what I watch. Always mindful that I want to be uplifted.

What would you say are the top 3 pieces of advice that other business leaders have offered you throughout the progression of Amada Holmes, CEO of Chet Holmes International?

I have had a spiritual mentor, an Indian Saint by the name of Sarva Loka Maa Her Holiness Sri Sri Sri 1008 Guruji Poonamji. Her title is long due to it’s high honor, I refer to Her as Guruji. Guruji is the biggest influence that assisted me in the miracle of keeping CHI alive through the passing of my father, our founder. Here are the top 3 pieces of advice:

  1. Fulfillment comes from giving. When everything felt like it was going to collapse, Guruji taught me to go beyond my own needs or desires and instead focus on being of service. When you serve clients with their best interest in mind, they come back for more and walk around as billboards for your business. At the end of the day when I put my head on my pillow, there is a feeling of true accomplishment and satisfaction when I know I’ve given to others that made the impact.
  2. Another critical piece of advice Guruji taught me was that when you care about what others think of you, you’re limiting yourself to their expectations. I was so consumed by all the stress of staff watching me try to figure out this company I didn’t know how I’d make a change. Guruji actually told me I should shave my head to release my expectations of what others thought of me and commit to be the best version of myself. Believe it or not, I took the plunge and shaved my head. The surrender from everyone else’s expectations was so liberating I kept my head shaved for years after that. Reminding myself over and over again that every time I shaved my head, I committed to be a conduit of love and light and be of service to my higher self. Obviously not everyone is going to go shave their head, but the practice of detaching yourself from everyone’s else’s belief systems of who you should be or how you should act is a critical piece to a life well lived. On your own terms.
  3. The third I’ll give to my father, he’s famous for saying, “Mastery isn’t about doing 4,000 things, it’s about doing 12 things 4,000 times.” Because of this I read his book over and repeatedly. I watched his training videos over and repeatedly. As he said, the single most important thing we need to succeed is pig headed discipline and determination. So, over the last ten years I’ve been able to focus on the few key impact areas in my business that have improved because of diligent practice.

What are some of the keys that you feel are important when running your own sales team?

92% of companies don’t have a sales process. It’s no wonder that most companies have a hard time figuring out how to train and manage their sales team. Most sales teams are managed by talking about the pipeline and pushing to close. When salespeople need training, they need to know the 7 steps to the sale. They need to be drilled on it over and repeatedly until each step is beyond memorization, it’s a part of their being and blood. They have 11 different voicemails scripts that all give great helpful value. They have 7 objection handling responses that have been refined and made more efficient. They have resources like videos, whitepapers, infographics, memes, case studies, to use as collateral to follow up the 8-12 times it takes to win a deal today. Most sales teams are poorly equipped with the tools needed to excel.

The more people that get to know Amanda Holmes, the person, the CEO, the leader, the more they look up to you. What advice do you have for other young leaders that are looking to make it today in the world of business?

Thank you, that’s very kind of you to say. I think many people overcomplicate. The biggest litmus test to know if you’re succeeding is dependent on how you feel when you put your head on your pillow at night. If you feel within you that you’ve done your best, you’ve risen to the challenges, you’ve stayed honest and spoken your truth. That moment will be gratifying. Only you can know how you feel. And far too often we let outside influences tell us what to think, what to do. Be your own guide to follow your path. Make sure you take the time to check inward, you have the answers within you. Sometimes we just need to stop and take the time to listen.

The other day I had a headache, and instead of going out and googling why I had a headache, or reaching for an aspirin. I closed my eyes and tuned in to myself. In that space, I realized I’d been moving a lot that day and hadn’t had much water. So, I found some water and drank a glass, and shortly thereafter my headache subsided.

The answer was in me the whole time, we just need that moment to reflect and ask ourselves what decision I need to make that will assist me to be the best version of myself.

And when it comes to business, we’d be better off asking, “how can I best serve my clients? What do they need the most?” If more people asked those two questions, we’d have more success monetarily and emotionally.

Meet The Ecom Wolf, aka Lara Rahib, is Teaching People to Quit Their 9-5 and Change Their Lives Through E-commerce

Palestinian native Lara Rahib, whose reputation within e-commerce has led her to be known as the The Ecom Wolf,’ heads up her own e-commerce operation and The Ecom Wolfpack Coaching Program, based in California. A college graduate with a bachelor’s in biology, Rahib is an influential leading personality in the online commerce industry. In fact, her program is often hailed as ‘The Harvard of Ecom.’

Rahib’s incredible journey from having little to a rising e-commerce star and CEO of her own company is inspirational. The Ecom Wolf’s example and generosity of spirit have led her students — legions of former 9-5ers — to transform their lives by ditching monotonous jobs and becoming empowered with the skills to pull in seven-figure incomes.

The Origins of The Ecom Wolf

Born in Palestine, Rahib and her mother, father, brothers, and sister left their homeland for America when she was an infant. Ambitious and dedicated from a young age, Rahib worked hard throughout her education, eventually graduating with a BS in biology. After working in the science field, in a lab, and having disliked working for employers, while still remaining driven to succeed, she found gainful employment in a real estate sales role, where she picked up valuable skills vital to her future success as a businesswoman. She strived in these positions where she could work autonomously and independently.

In the property industry, Rahib proved her talent as a consistent money-maker. But, after five years and saving nearly $50,000, she knew she wanted more — she wanted to make an impact on both her outside world and the e-com space, as well as have more independence and the means to secure a passive income that would allow more time with her friends and family.

The decision to leave her regular job and reliable income eventually led her to e-commerce.

“I loved real estate, and still do because I invest in it, but I wanted something more passive. I wanted to make money while I was sleeping, on vacation, or spending time with family and friends,” Rahib shared.

Her first foray into e-commerce was with retail giant Amazon, which resulted in Rahib reaching $700,000 in her first year, scoring $30,000 in profit per month. However, when Amazon changed the course of its e-commerce application, stifling sales and profits for partners and sellers, Rahib’s take-home slipped to just $4,000 per month.

The loss in income led to another fork in the road for Rahib. Deciding she needed more control over her market, the enthusiastic young businesswoman launched her own website. The decision proved to be a sound and lucrative one, as Rahib generated 1.3 million dollars in just three months of operating.

As word spread around the industry of this hungry young woman’s swift triumphs, people kept approaching her for advice and lessons. Rahib decided that her next step would be to educate others on how to succeed in e-commerce and give people the know-how to navigate the complex world of digital selling.

“I knew I was onto something. People kept asking me what I was doing differently, especially people I knew in the Amazon space experiencing large declines in their business. People were begging me to help them, so I saw it as an opportunity to help others and become a consultant,” said Rahib.

Conquering Challenges

Yet Rahib’s success was not a straight shot to the top. As an immigrant, she had to deal with many setbacks, such as personal anxiety and unemployment. But, no matter how difficult life got, she never let go of her dreams of financial independence and success in business.

As Rahib developed and matured, she knew she had to combat her trepidation and limits head-on. Choosing to set out on her own was the change that led her to grow into a leading figure in e-commerce.

A Steady Ascent

Her big break can be traced back to when she chose to fly solo and work for herself. Building and launching her website, Rahib pulled in more than one million dollars in three months, quite a leap from the $4,000 she was left with at the end of her partnership with Amazon. For Rahib, Amazon was merely a necessary stepping stone to get to where she is now. Her achievements then were the catalyst for further success.

With her profitable new business, Rahib jumped onto the property ladder, buying her first home at 30 years old, as well as five additional investment properties in just two years, with more to come. Even more remarkable, Rahib achieved a lifelong dream of retiring her parents in 2017.

On top of being a canny businesswoman, Rahib is passionate about philanthropy and supporting the society that enabled her to succeed. Supporting many causes — including the Make a Wish Foundation, animal charities, and the LGBTQ community — she hopes to continue doing good with her newfound wealth and success.

The origin of The Ecom Wolf and Rahib’s rise from $0-1.3 million is a story that drills home that the search for economic reward is driven by the attributes of courage and tenacity displayed by the wolf. And those who seek success must conquer their fears and jump feet first into the future!

Earth First: How The Chimney Scientists are Helping Homes Become More Sustainable and Safe

The Chimney Scientists were founded by Joe Ochal, who has a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from Temple University and a master’s degree from Thomas Jefferson University. The former microbiologist is a blue-collar at heart and in building a company, while surrounding himself with an equally passionate team, he is doing what he loves every day.

Serving most of the greater Philadelphia area, The Chimney Scientists is a full-service and eco-friendly fireplace and chimney company that offers services in cleanings, repairs, inspections and environmentally-friendly enhancements, like wood stoves and gas inserts. Located in Southeastern Philadelphia, the company also installs and provides maintenance services.

Ochal and his team pride themselves on providing superior customer service while incorporating science, chemistry, and microbiology, among other tactics, to clean, maintain and install industry-leading solutions for clients.

From Inception to Realization

Having garnered two degrees in microbiology and working part-time as a chimney cleaner, Ochal, who was always a blue collar at heart, knew he wanted to work with his hands. He opted for a ‘chimney brush to a lab bench,’ and like that, the former microbiologist founded his own company in The Chimney Scientists.

Since its inception, The Chimney Scientists has developed a series of values and morals that culminate with the highest customer satisfaction in the ‘City of Brotherly Love.’ Ochal has surrounded himself with an equally passionate team, one that incorporates the sciences, like chemistry and physics, into cleaning and maintaining fireplaces and chimneys. All the while, the team maintains the highest level of commitment to training and certifications, while also educating customers on the value of their methods so as not to leave any confusion.

Ochal and Co. use science, technology and tools all meant to help them get the job done, but these methods are also environmentally friendly and conscious too. In turn, when the job is complete, customers find that the initiatives from his team are not only good for the planet, but don’t break the bank either, as the process is both efficient and cost-effective.

Such methods include utilizing cameras and equipment to provide a thorough inspection, followed by a comprehensive, evaluative and high-performing consultation, making families feel safe and secure that their loved ones are well kept under their respective roofs.

Although the company lives and serves the state of Pennsylvania, Ochal has aspirations of extending across the country as well.

“We have aspirations of eventually stretching from the East Coast to the West, but Philadelphia is our home and we are proud to be here,” said Ochal. “We will continue to lead in sustainability and environmentally-friendly chimney and fireplace efforts and see where it takes us.”

Where Science and Passion Collide

The team at The Chimney Scientists work closely with leaders across many different industries, but they have essentially taken the reins in taking measures to improve the industry. Such steps include cleaner wood-burning methods and moisture testing.

Additionally, nothing that Ochal and Co. have implemented into their daily operations has steered clear from the top priority, and that is providing superior customer service. In fact, their ways are not only satisfactory to customers but also provide the Earth with a much-needed cushion as well.

“Our company is customer-oriented, and we are also passionate about helping reduce emissions and help clients eventually become more climate-friendly,” stated Ochal.

The company is helping the industry reduce particulate matter, emissions, and unnecessary overuse of materials and products, and that benefits humans, animals and the environment.

“We are ardently working to help reduce emissions and enable our clients to eventually become more climate-friendly,” Ochal said.

How Henry Goudreau Built the ‘Golden Hard Hat’ Mentoring Program to Guide Overwhelmed Construction Industry Professionals Find Clarity

An expert in the construction industry and a seasoned mentor and coach, Henry Goudreau is here to help entrepreneurs and business owners become the best version of themselves, both onsite and in their personal lives too. He is the founder of both HG Associates and ContractorCoaching.Com and has built a career spanning over decades in helping people develop the kind of mindsets that make them successful and unstoppable.

Goudreau, who is hailed by Commercial Magazine as ‘America’s No. 1 Business-Building Resource, Coach and Mentor’, is providing contractors with a service that is second to none. His exclusive business model has been proven to guide clients from sitting near flat broke to generating millions of dollars in net worth.

He is the author of numerous guides, training manuals and ebooks, including the popular 46-page ebook, The Street Smart Contractor, which serves as a roadmap to the ins-and-outs of finding success and building the company (and life) of one’s dreams. Additionally, he is also the founder of the ‘Golden Hard Hat’ mentoring program, which offers guidance and insight to clients who need to figure things out in their professional and personal lives.

As part of the ‘Golden Hard Hat’ mentoring program, Goudreau only mentors a limited and select few that he deems ready and hungry enough. He wants clients who are ready to ‘roll up their sleeves’, work thoroughly on their businesses, learn how to navigate the risks and rewards of their efforts and ultimately find courage in all that they do.

“My ‘Golden Hard Hat’ mentoring program is for anyone who may feel trapped or crippled in the construction business,” said Goudreau. “My mentoring program helps business owners who may feel overwhelmed by putting in endless hours, those who feel like their businesses could be performing better and, obviously, those who want to see their revenue skyrocket.”

His vast knowledge of the industry has translated into his clients garnering up to $1 million, if not more, while his vast clientele list has combined to generate over $10 million in net worth.

A Mentoring Program That is Paved in Gold

The ‘Golden Hard Hat’ mentoring program’s mission is to help contractors and construction entrepreneurs who are feeling overwhelmed and seemingly without guidance, level up themselves, both professionally and personally. In turn, they become better leaders, the kind that employees want to follow and customers want to retain for future services.

Among the extensive education provided in the program, he helps clients manage their finances, market their businesses effectively and even both locate and retain quality employees.

Goudreau aims to help each client develop a sharp vision and become laser-focused on their businesses and personal lives, creating step-by-step itineraries and plans to get them there. His business model led him to a life of content, feeling easier.

The program helps clients become more business savvy, and financially secure, while also targeting the self-limiting and self-conquering beliefs and thoughts that are hindering them. The focus is aimed to help clients focus on more than just work, but also develop the necessary skills to properly market and brand their respective construction companies with ease and pride.

“Contractors are not necessarily trained as business managers,” stated Goudreau. “In fact, according to Dun and Bradstreet, who have kept records for over 60 years, contractors have the highest failure rate because of the lack of business and management skills.”

As part of the program, Goudreau first helps clients come to realize the self-limiting and self-doubting beliefs and thoughts they have, target the root issues as to what is causing them and then ultimately conquer them. After limiting the fears that clients have, it boils down to what outside parameters or occurrences are lending to them as well.

He lends his expertise to clients so that they can reach their personal and professional plans, set realistic goals and find success, both personally and professionally. ASD Therapy and Maintaining Care

Understanding and knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) have grown exponentially in the past few decades. Autism is being recognized and treated with ever-improving approaches that bring out the best in children with the disorder. With the CDC estimating that 1 in 44 children will receive a diagnosis of autism at some point in their childhood, the increased focus on how to best care for those with autism could not come at a better time. ASD is a disorder that lasts throughout the lifetime, making early detection and the therapy and care children receive early on significantly important.

ABA Centers of America has emerged as a disruptive force in the ASD treatment space. A unique business model highlighted through a blending of an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment approach, focus on the continuum of care, and an in-house training academy for certified caregivers has elevated the autism care model overall.

Meeting those with autism where they are

“Autism is a group of developmental disabilities that result in social interaction, verbal communication, and behavioral challenges,” explains Christopher Barnett, CEO of ABA Centers of America. Autism exists on a spectrum, and it can encompass several behaviors and markers. This wide range of behaviors associated with autism can make a diagnosis and proper treatment challenging. Nevertheless, it’s a challenge that ABA Centers of America face head-on with evidence-based treatment and one-on-one therapy that meets the needs of patients, no matter where they may fall on the autism spectrum.

“Our treatment center uses the latest proven advances in behavioral therapies to assess a client’s functionality, analyze data, and then create individualized action plans,” says Barnett. “We don’t engage in ‘aversion therapies’ that focus on negative reinforcement. Rather, ABA Centers work patiently with all clients and their families using play-based techniques to reach agreed-upon goals.”

Decades after its introduction, applied behavior therapy has become generally recognized as a best-in-class treatment for ASD. Based on the science behind learning and behavior, applied behavior analysis (ABA) delves into how behavior works and how the environment affects the behavior of those with autism. Outcomes have been overwhelmingly positive, with families of children with autism able to access highly trained therapists and reach treatment goals faster and more effectively. A recent client’s family was able to transition their 12-year-old with autism out of diapers in just a few months of treatment. Other families have been able to get a better understanding of their child’s abilities and needs through ABA. The goal of ABA is to increase helpful or positive behaviors and decrease potentially harmful behaviors or those that disrupt learning.

“Our goal is to understand your child’s strengths and challenges with early intervention and help make meaningful, lasting changes in your child’s life,” says Barnett.

Cutting-edge training

One of the main factors setting ABA Centers of America apart from their peers in the autism therapy space is their extensive, in-house training program: the ABA Academy of Excellence. Not only does the program provide in-depth training on ABA-specific techniques, but the efficiency helps expedite the staffing process. This expedited process allows the ABA Centers of America to get treatment to people in need in a fraction of the time of the national average, where clients often languish on years-long waiting lists.

Graduates of the ABA Academy of Excellence boast a higher-than-industry pass rate. ABA Centers of America have invested heavily in the latest technology, including AI and proprietary data collection and reporting software. Their trained therapists are some of the highest paid in the industry and have access to a first-of-its-kind BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Apprentice Program that allows for development ladders, setting a clear career path, and career opportunities.

In addition, through a joint program with Temple University’s remote learning program, ABA Centers of America pays for its employees to complete the master’s level education necessary to become a BCBA. This high level of support and direction given to their employees directly correlates to the satisfaction of care from the client.

A new approach flourishes

ABA Centers of America have made tremendous strides in the autism therapy space. Their full continuum of care follows their patients from assessment to eventual outcome, creating relationships that support as well as a treat.

The approach embraced by ABA Centers of America has proven that fostering a growth mindset for employees and bringing the best in proven therapy and support to their clients can truly disrupt an industry.

Eleven20 Is About to Make its Mark as Your New Top Shelf Tequila

When Alec and Ana Tesa first tasted tequila, they didn’t like it, but they also didn’t give up on it. They kept exploring, searching for the perfect brand that would deliver the perfect taste. Despite a firm commitment to their quest, they never found the perfect tequila. So, they decided to make it.

Eleven20 Tequila is that tequila. And it is everything they were searching for.

“We poured our passion for tequila into the development of Eleven20,” Alec says. “It took persistence, patience, and a belief in fate, but it eventually paid off. The result is an extraordinary tasting tequila that we can’t wait for everyone to experience.”

Bringing purity to the process

Tequila takes its name from a town that is located in Jalisco, Mexico. The town and the surrounding countryside are anchored in red volcanic soil, which is the perfect medium for growing the blue agave plant. More than 300 million agave plants are harvested each year by distilleries in the area, which use them to make tequila.

The quest that Alec and Ana had embarked on eventually led them to Jalisco, where they connected with a very special tequila distillery.

“It is a family-run operation led by a second-generation master distiller,” Alec shares. “We were blown away by their old-school harvesting style. They harvest agave at the right time from their own fields, making sure that every step of the process is handled with care. What they produce keeps them ranked among the top 15 percent of distillers in the world.”

It is also important to note that Eleven20 tequila is additive free. Often, additives are combined with tequila to correct the flavor, color, or sweetness. While this can sometimes be done to bring uniformity to the look or taste of certain brands, it can also be a tool used to cover imperfections resulting from rushed distilling. Eleven20 achieves its signature taste — a bit sweet with a hint of spice — from a pure distilling process that is as patient as it is purposeful.

Challenging the world’s top brands

There are more than 1,300 tequila brands in the world, which means Eleven20 has a lot of competition. As for how they fare, Alec says you won’t find a better tasting tequila.

“We will put our tequila up against any brand on any day,” says Alec. “We have taken all the steps necessary to make sure that we have a great tasting tequila and we’re confident that anyone who tries it will agree.”

While tequila is typically served as a shot with salt and lime, or as the base for margaritas, it is traditionally served in Mexico neat — in a glass with no other ingredients — and Eleven20 is clean and crisp enough to be enjoyed neat. In fact, Alec refers to it as a sipper with a smooth and easy finish, which is a distinction that few other tequila brands can claim.

Forcing drinkers to rethink tequila

Eleven20 is already challenging established brands for a spot among top shelf tequilas. It has been named the Official Tequila of National Tequila Day 2023 and the Official Tequila of National Margarita Day 2023. Tequila drinkers who appreciate getting high quality at a reasonable price will find themselves turning to Eleven20 as their go-to tequila.

However, Alec and Ana developed Eleven20 with a different drinker in mind. Their goal was to produce a brand that would appeal to those who don’t drink tequila, perhaps because, like Alec and Ana, they also never found a tequila that they liked. For those who have never tried tequila or tried it and disliked it, now is the time to experience a perfectly balanced and 100 percent all natural agave tequila that is sure to make you a tequila drinker, or at least an Eleven20 drinker.
