He believes that the ability to recognise the leader within oneself is the most important aspect of leadership. It is one’s ability to recognize first and foremost the leader within. Our abilities to lead need to come from being willing to lead from the inside. And that means to be willing to go deep enough to see and know where you want to be. To embody this, and be willing to pave the path as you walk it.

As a result, when challenges arise, individuals might generate creative solutions that encourage those around them to realize that they can all work together to effect change. Alternatively, when things are going well and progressing in a way that feels great, it’s critical to hold onto their sense of purpose and accountability while keeping an eye out for both themselves and other people in case circumstances change or a dangerous situation arises.

Eric thinks that for many, this is a difficult route filled with heavy responsibilities, and our hearts’ wisdom plays a key role in realising that the north star resides inside. It is in this strength that we lead because this vast wisdom comes to us from a divine source that embodies both the masculine and feminine energies.

On a question about whether leadership requires more than just language to communicate, Eric’s answer is clearly yes. We have more than 50,000 facial expressions, which when combined, can create millions of feelings depending on various worldviews and maps of the world. In his words, “You see the old adage, “your perception of me, is a reflection of you” is literally magic. It gives us an opportunity to take responsibility for the world around us.  Because, if we have had the curiosity of walking through a path that hasn’t been there before and willing to experience and challenge dichotomies by immersing ourselves into different environments. We can discover this energy in everyone. You tap into an intuitive behavior that feels right and your mindsight becomes clear by taking action. So you make it happen, using the masculine, and trust in it using the feminine. This is within you.

We all have both nurture and nature (fem) as well as creator and hunter (masc), and by cultivating energy within ourselves, we can actually learn to communicate more effectively through our actions rather than words, and, as a result, our BEing emerges.

Eric shares that for a society that has been so conditioned by patriarchal philosophy, and a wounded philosophy for that matter, I believe that we are meant to tap more into our feminine nature as leaders, whether you are a man or a woman doesn’t matter, it is deeper, it’s in the essence of true presence.  To be able to hold space within ourselves as vulnerable beings and have compassion to ourselves and each other. This is true strength.

You see, we can start illuminating love and peace in the world around us by finding it in ourselves first. As a result, when we are prepared to go to this level, we take charge of our lives, are able to consciously express our truth, and do it in a way that is sensitive, responsible, and purposeful.

Less force and more power, and it’s when this happens as a leader you become a magnet of direction for others and once others start to see it in you, the universe is asking you to step into the next stage, which is showing others that what they are seeing is inside of them. Because we are all one.

Safe Travels Releases Gripping Music Video for Latest Single “Listening to Your Heart”

Rising music artist Safe Travels recently released his single “Listening to Your Heart,” a gripping song depicting the realities of battling drug addiction and even one’s own insecurities. The song touches on the growing problem of drug addiction across the world and how dangerous it has become for multiple individuals who no longer have the strength to get out of it. 

The opening scene of the music video shows the artist passing out from what appears to be an apparent overdose. The scene slowly transitions to a wide shot that reveals a girl crying over him, revealing various kinds of prohibited drugs in the living room, which are believed to have caused the overdose. The music video is a realistic depiction of the horrors of finding a person one cares about unconscious on the floor. Through his music video, Safe wants to remind people that tragedies like this happen and some are not fortunate enough to survive them. 

The inspiration behind the song comes from Safe’s personal experience. According to the artist, he was lying with a girl and could hear her heartbeat. While he was listening, he noticed that her heart had skipped a beat. It was not clear to him at that time whether it was caused by an intense affection for him or the result of drug indulgence. His desire to know more about it compelled him to write “Listening to Your Heart,” which he purposely created to showcase a catchy blend of notes by combining indie, pop, and R&B. 

“Millions of people around the world have fallen victim to drug abuse and if there is anything I’d like the listener to take from this record, it’s that you are not alone,” the artist explains. “Time heals all, and if even for a second you have lost hope, don’t be afraid to talk to someone.”

The release of “Listening to Your Heart” is just one of the many projects Safe intends to put out consistently. To stay connected with his fans, he will embark on a unique Sunday habit, where fans can expect him to release new content, from BTS footage to music videos. He’s calling this weekly drop, ‘Sunday’s Ain’t Safe.’

Ever since he was young, he has always dreamed of getting a Grammy Award and ranking among numerous other songs on the Billboard Hot 100 record. Music has always been an integral part of his life and eventually shaped the direction he wants to take as a music artist. Safe has come a long way from the time he was just performing on street corners to becoming a member of the group Concept Collective. Spanish Actor Gustavo Rojo Makes a Big Bold Move to New York to Broaden His Horizons in Broadway’s World

Sometimes, being is not enough and being more becomes the next desire for an individual. The desire for more is embedded in every individual, but it takes only a strong and willing mind to pursue those desires and bring them to reality. Actor Gustavo Rojo is strong-willed in every sense of the word, so he packed two suitcases and left his home country of Spain to establish a strong foothold on Broadway.

Gustavo Rojo had his start in the film industry years ago. The talented actor has been featured in projects that have been broadcast on Spain’s main networks TVE and Antenna 3 and on streaming platforms Netflix, Amazon and Filmin. His first international production was the Norwegian-Irish film “Sonja: The White Swan,” which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. This experience inspired him to do more with his career, and eight months ago, he arrived at the Big Apple and soon thereafter debuted in the off-Broadway play “Nylon.” 

Film and theatre mean everything to Gustavo, and in his words, “Acting is living consciously.” He sees acting as an avenue to observe the world, feel it and express it through an act of love to the audience. Thus, in his quest to achieve more, he left everything behind for a new city where he had no job offers, acquaintances, friends, and no family. 

Gustavo’s career began at the age of 15 when he started studying acting and playing small roles in theater shows. Three years later, he got into college, obtaining a double degree in journalism and audiovisual communication. He has also been involved in some people-focused activities like monitoring a project with children at risk of social exclusion for six years in the Red Cross, working in camps for senior citizens with disabilities and teaching his acting methodology called “Theatre Playing” in countries around the world, amongst others.

He has also starred in seven plays in the last four years which include, “Tabú”, ”Barcelona 92”, “El viaje de Sofía”, “La Alegría de vivir”, “Tres en conserva,” “Los años elásticos,” and “Veneno Azul Espera.”

Despite having such an impressive and extensive resume as an actor, Gustavo Rojo still believes that there is much more he can achieve in the acting world. He hopes to continue working in challenging projects and become a huge crossover star in Broadway and Hollywood while dazzling audiences and bringing relatable characters to life. “I have big dreams, and I will stop at nothing to achieve those dreams. So, I look forward to the opportunities that New York has to offer”, Gustavo said.
