Who is Simone Ferretti? Inside With the Young Entrepreneur that’s Rocking the Social Media World

It is true that only a select few artists are able to make a name for themselves without any support, Simone Ferretti is one of them. Ferretti is an Italian content creator, who has, within a short period of time, garnered mass public attention with his exceptional photography and videography skills. To have achieved this sort of recognition, in an industry that is flocking with a tremendous amount of talented people, is something that is not only extremely difficult but also an achievement in itself.

It is hard to believe that a 25-year-old artist started his journey alone and is vastly known for his eye-catching, short, and impactful videos that resonate with his personal interests and by extension, his viewers. Concrete is his medium of choice, Ferretti has been creating content since 2015. Within five years of his journey as a freelance artist, he has made great professional contacts, which has offered him an edge over his competition, making him one of the fastest-growing content creators of all time. Aside from working on his own social media channels, Ferretti has worked with a number of well-known clients throughout his career such as Stutter Hen, Chloe HK, Mercedes-Benz HK, and Circle DNA. He has also published an online photography course that gathered over 1500 participants through a market campaign in 90 days.

Starting a business is tough enough, but if you don’t know how to market it, your chances of success are slim. What plays an integral role in an entrepreneur’s journey to the pinnacle is their in-person marketing skills and of course the Talent! To keep up with the changing times and achieve his dreams, Ferretti has been constantly dedicated to pivot according to the market trends, which is one of the main reasons why he has been able to rock the social media world. Considering the continued volatility of this space, which can make or break a person within seconds, imagine how it must have been for Ferretti to mold himself according to the ever-changing trends, keeping in line with his personal creative aspect!

Entrepreneurship can seem like a hero’s journey for many people who are unfamiliar with it. But in reality, starting a business and being an entrepreneur is not all that glamorous. Each problem must be solved individually, and milestones must be reached in a time-boxed manner.  When you have to come up with a month’s worth of content for your social media, some days can be normal, while others can be stressful or boring. It is how you deal with all these ebbs and flows and come out wiser than ever to make sense in the end.

It’s no surprise that Ferretti’s determination and hard work have propelled him to new heights. It’s not easy to stand out from the crowd and carve out your own path, but it’s worth it, in the end, to be patient and persistent until you achieve your goals.

RBS Counseling and Educational Services Pushes for Better Mental Health for Kids and Families

The growing problems around mental health continue to prevail across many communities around the nation and globe. Sadly, there are still many stigmas around psychological issues such as depression, bipolar disorders, anxiety-related issues, trauma disorders, and so on, especially among families. RBS Counseling and Educational Services hopes to bring those misconceptions down by merging counseling services with education.

RBS is a program that seeks to provide families and children with mental health support, education, and life coaching. The organization was founded by LaDeidra Stokes-Roberts, a mental health counselor and entrepreneur born in New Jersey and raised in Estill, South Carolina. The program specializes in helping children deal with their psychological challenges by tapping into their interests and strengths to create a more desirable experience.

“We like to provide a lot of hands-on and fun activities during each session that connect education and life coaching,” explains LaDeidra about the programs at RBS. “The program provides education, life coaching, and trauma-informed care training to educators and human service providers. We also offer services via face-to-face, phone, virtual websites, as well as group sessions.”

LaDeidra Stokes-Roberts started her mental health journey by attending the South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, South Carolina, then completing a Master of Arts in Human Service Counseling for Marriage and Family at Liberty University. The mental health advocate also has a Master’s in Human Services focusing on  Social and Community Services from Capella University and is now looking to complete a Master of Social Work.

The birth of RBS Counseling and Educational Services began when LaDiedra and her family came together to continue the legacy of her late mother, Richardean B. Stokes. The latter passed away in February of 2016. The organization came to life in February 2019 and has worked non-stop to provide education and counseling to children and families in need of support, especially those who have gone through traumatic experiences in the past.

As a way of giving back, the organization has run multiple programs to support the youth and those battling mental health issues, including back-to-school care events, mental health awareness forums, workshops, educational programs and materials, and many more. However, what motivates LaDeidra to take RBS Counseling and Education to even greater heights is her passion for mental health and greater overall wellness. In the coming years, she hopes to expand the organization to various states and areas in the country and help break wrong mindsets about mental health and make people realize that it’s okay to ask for help.

Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, RBS Counseling and Education Services met a few roadblocks, with some clients canceling because of the challenging season. But LaDeidra Stokes-Roberts continued to serve clients through weekly and bi-weekly check-ins through virtual and phone sessions. Today, the organization has pivoted well and expanded its reach, helping more people deal with their anxieties, depression, and other psychological challenges.

Now, LaDeidra hopes to connect with more families through technology and change their lives through better mental health support. LaDeidra has two amazing children, Deyonna Stokes-Roberts and Kaden Roberts, who provide support and inspiration.

Tracey Jewel on Overcoming Anxiety and Creating the Upself Podcast to Uplift Others Enduring Similar Ordeals

The onset of the global pandemic brought a crisis on a grand scale that affected not only the economy but the livelihood of millions of people. With the imminence of a lockdown to keep people safe, people had no choice but to bring their work home. For Tracey Jewel, the lockdown gave her more insight into self-care as she balanced her career and family life. Having learned a lot, she has been sharing tips through her Upself Podcast.

Born in Australia, Tracey Jewel is the author of four female personal development books, penning Goddess Within in 2011, Don’t Mess with the Goddess in 2016, This Goddess Means Business in 2018, and recently, Decoding the Wellness Mantra this year. She has also appeared on television, featuring as a guest for Oprah Winfrey in 2011, Married at First Sight in 2018, and its reunion specials this year.

Appearing on Sunday Night, Tracey revealed how her anxiety grew after filming Married at First Sight. Because of the negative attention, her name and reputation were ruined. The mental toll became overwhelming, and for days, she was suicidal. However, Tracey sought help, interviewing hundreds of wellness professionals and learning about self-care and wellness modalities. Since then, she has taken it upon herself to uplift others enduring similar ordeals.

Outside of writing and showbiz, Tracey spends her time coaching wellness professionals with marketing strategies and collaborating with wellness experts worldwide to bring new self-care practices, products, and wellness modalities. With her brand, Upself, she has been working hard to change that stigma around self-care, educating people about how it isn’t as selfish as others believe it to be.

“We need to dive deeper than the fuzzy, vague term of self-care,” she shared. “Boundaries and dropping the guilt is the heart center of what self-care truly is, and adapting to make it a priority in our day-to-day life. Self-care isn’t just spending money on yourself—it’s spending time on yourself.”

Upself is a brand that connects people looking to overcome their anxieties with an understanding community and wellness professionals. Whether it’s emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, financial, or social needs, Tracey Jewel has the means and connection to guide people to look after themselves in a better way. Through her Upself Podcast, she has been reaching out to her listeners with practices that have helped her get through the trials and tribulations that once plagued her.

Tracey was motivated to create her brand and the Upself Podcast because of her desire to make a positive impact on women by empowering them. With both, she has been connecting wellness seekers with wellness professionals, often reminding others that they don’t have to grow and develop on their own.

Since creating Upself, Tracey Jewel and the Upself Podcast have become one of Australia’s top five podcasts in Health. Eager to change lives, she has made the podcast available on several streaming sites and apps.

Advice For Starting A Charity With Erin Woodward Of Platinum Sculpt CoolSculpting In Bowling Green, Kentucky

Erin Woodward is an established entrepreneur and thought leader who has transformed the beauty industry, making a mark locally in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and Nashville, Tennessee, with her CoolSculpting boutique, Platinum Sculpt CoolSculpting. Coolsculpting is a non-invasive, non-surgical process of freezing fat cells to the point they can no longer survive, and those dead cells pass through the body gradually. The subcutaneous fat on the surface of the human body freezes at a warmer temperature than the rest of the body. Erin says it’s “fatally cool.” Erin loves to make a positive difference and shares with us an exciting charity program she started in her local community.

What is your charity?

Erin: “The Real “Cool’ Housewives of Bowling Green, Kentucky (RCHW).” It’s a spoof of the reality TV series on Bravo, Real Housewives, and the format is a contest that allows for one person with diet-resistant and exercise-resistant fat to receive an expenses-paid body contouring and skin care makeover sponsored exclusively by Platinum Sculpt CoolSculpting and HydraFacial BG.

How does the charity benefit others?

Erin: It changes people’s lives by changing their bodies and mindset. The good samaritans that are out there working and grinding every day, who wouldn’t necessarily think about shifting the focus to themselves, this benefits them. A great many people carry guilt for investing in themselves, but what they don’t realize is that putting their needs in line with the needs of others, they create more energy, bandwidth, and fulfillment for everyone around them. My giveaway contest gives them permanent fat reduction without the risks of surgery.

What was the inspiration for starting the RCHW charity?

Erin: In 2019, when I founded the charity giveaway, one of the actual New York Real Housewives, Sonja Morgan, was the CoolSculpting Spokesperson. The light bulb came on, and The Real Cool Housewives of Bowling Green was born as a giveaway-contest to not only transform someone’s confidence and outward appearance, but also educate and raise awareness of our unhealthy desire in society to change our attributes, compare ourselves to others, and risk our lives doing so.  It’s better to age gracefully and noninvasively.

How has it been received by the community?

Erin: People seem to genuinely love it, we get 800 to 1,000 participants each year. We still participate in the typical charities, however, we also wanted to bring something special to an underappreciated demographic, the folks who don’t qualify for other types of goodwill, but deserve something special nonetheless.

What is the process?

Erin: In the spring, residents nominate themselves or a friend. It takes us about a month to vet them, determining first and foremost candidacy for permanent fat reduction. It is an FDA-cleared medical procedure, we need to review medical history and their reasons for wanting the procedure. We assess the tissue to make sure that they’d get an excellent outcome, and vet each candidate’s comfort level with going public about their body transformation. Chosen candidates must be well-spoken, kind-hearted, take care of their body, at least 21, well respected in the community, and have a reasonable presence on social media (200+ friends).

Who can participate?

Erin: Anyone! Any gender with diet-resistant and exercise-resistant body fat, of any relationship status, over age 21, in and around Bowling Green, Kentucky. We determine three finalists and then have a public vote. The finalists have about a month to round up the most votes. We film the three finalists and air them on the commercial breaks of The Real Housewives of NY, Potomac, and Beverly Hills. After the voting period, the winning finalist will start their body transformation. The winner becomes our spokesperson for a year.

What is your advice to others wanting to start charity efforts?

Erin: Get creative and don’t do what’s already been done. Charity comes in different forms and styles. Whatever you’re good at, whatever you’re passionate about, if that thing carries value, consider giving it away in sponsorship or contest. It’s not always about writing checks to an organization; that’s often what we think of when we think of charities. Giving freely of your time, energy, and effort, those things often carry more value than writing a check. My mantra for answering the burning question, “How ought we to live?” is perpetually in service to others. I learned this from Alma Mater, Regis University, and it’s served me well in all facets of my life.

THEUNKNOWN Building Out a Unique Brand for Himself in Rap Music

Sometimes it feels like nothing new under the sun when it comes to hip-hop and rap music. But then one hears artists like THEUNKNOWN, and they start to realize that there is so much more fresh material out there. Despite all the challenges that have come his way, the rap artist solidifies his differentiated rap style and brings something new to the table.

With songs like “Paradise Falls,” “Misery, Remember Me,” “More Ringz,” and “Champion,” among many others, THEUNKNOWN is building a solid case for hip-hop mastery. As most would know him off stage, Wood Jerry Brasier is a rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer whose music has become well known in many rap circles for his brand of wavy vocals and distinctive personality.

The artist quickly switches themes and has accordingly created a brand of music he can now call his own. “I love the feel of switching up my sound, creating music in multiple different genres. that right there is what keeps me moving on the go,” THEUNKNOWN shares. “I also love opening up to my fans throughout every song, being able to switch up my flow on different beats in different genres.”

Growing up in Orange, New Jersey, THEUNKNOWN would start to discover more of himself and unearth a love for music that felt natural most of the time. After moving to Boston in 2005, he started diving deep into music. He would listen to various artists like Michael Jackson, 2pac, Biggy, Wu-tang Clan, Nas, Eminem, Outkast, G-unit, Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne, DMX, Kayne West, Kendrick Lamar, The Weeknd, partynextdoor, Juice World, and many others. All the while, the rapper started playing around with his lyrical creations. That would be the first step into a colorful songwriting career that has resulted in a plethora of original tracks.

Some of THEUNKNOWN’s other tracks include “Don’t Hold Back,” “Better Off Alone,” “More Ringz,” “Celebration,” and many more. He has released single after single and added a few albums in the mix the past few years. Recently, THEUNKNOWN released records The Kid’s Journey II and More Ringz this 2021. He also put out his latest single, “Red Light,” which has been picking up serious momentum in a short time.

Now, THEUNKNOWN is gearing up for his next release, a new album called Melancholic. The songwriter hopes to release the new collection in early 2022 if all goes according to plan. On top of his music, fans and followers look up to THEUNKNOWN because of his honesty when writing music. His authenticity makes him highly relatable and relevant as he speaks about his struggles and addresses more significant issues through his tracks. For THEUNKNOWN, his music is a vessel of truth that can give people a good sense of the world through the eyes of someone just like them. He isn’t afraid of being honest, and listeners have appreciated his brand of music for that.

Jerry hopes to inspire others through his music and build more momentum over the next few years. To learn more about THEUNKNOWN, go to his website and Spotify profile.
