How Randy G. Howell Jr. is Making a Difference Through the Power of Truth Coaching

Being human is hard. The choices we make on a daily basis, from the seemingly mundane and unimportant to massive life-changing decisions, affect the future happiness and sense of well-being for ourselves and those we’re closest to.

The problem is that making the right choice at the right time can be extremely difficult. It’s easy to make short-term decisions with long-term repercussions out of immaturity, fear, or misunderstanding your own needs. A lack of self-knowledge and comprehension of your own personal truth exacerbates the difficulty of making critical decisions.

If this sounds familiar to you, and if you struggle to make the right choices and have a history of opting for Door A before realizing that Door B would have been the better choice, it might be time to consider the services of a truth coach.

That’s where Randy G. Howell Jr, Founder of Truth Coach Randy, comes into the picture.

“Every day, we make choices to do or not do many things,” he said. “These choices may range from profound to trivial, and each one has an effect that makes our lives more or less fulfilling, more or less balanced, and more effective or less effective.”

As a truth coach, Howell Jr. helps his clients learn how to make choices that create an effective, balanced, and fulfilling life. He assists them by connecting their head to their heart in a way that manifests their passions, dreams, and aspirations into reality. A truth coach also supports clients in maximizing their potential by asking questions, holding space for their thoughts and feelings, and encouraging them to step into their personal truth.

Hard Knocks

The road to wisdom only comes with the experience of real pain and hardship, something that Howell Jr. can attest to.

Only a couple of years ago, the future truth coach was struggling to connect with his wife in a meaningful way. The ongoing communication problems created deep stress fractures in the relationship, and their marriage was in real danger of collapse.

Unable to cope and without anyone to turn to or confide in, Howell Jr.’s thoughts took a dark turn, and anxiety and depression took hold, eventually leading him to consider suicide to put an end to his pain.

Taking what he thought was a gamble, Howell Jr. told his wife how he felt. To his surprise, the gamble paid off, and they began communicating with a level of honesty they had never enjoyed before.

Soon the entrepreneur was on a path out of the darkness and, supported by his spouse, Howell Jr. started to make significant changes to his life. Inspired by these events, Howell Jr. knew others could benefit from what he had learned about himself.

“I have had my fair share of problems and trauma that, over time, built up and created barriers within my subconscious that stopped me from reaching my ambitions,” he explained. “But because of these experiences and my healing, growth, and development, I was able to create a method that brings about unwavering life-changing results.”

Effective, Balanced, and Fulfilling

You might be asking yourself, ‘How does truth coaching work?’ It’s an excellent question since few people have heard of Howell Jr.’s unique discipline.

Truth coaching focuses on exploring your story, freeing yourself from past transgressions, and generating a new life informed by personal understanding. During this time, you will build a trusting relationship with your coach and work through limiting situations and roadblocks that have prevented you from moving forward.

By helping clients face up to and take responsibility for their choices and actions — both positive and negative — Howell Jr. encourages clients to hone in on their flaws and weaknesses. By fully understanding their past motivations, they become better equipped to make wise decisions in the future.

Another key aspect of truth coaching is understanding one’s place in the world, in relationships, and learning to value your happiness as much as those around you.

“We are conditioned to worry about everything around us and often forget to care for ourselves. Sometimes it is not just OK, but necessary to connect with ourselves and fight for our own happiness and place in the world,” said Howell Jr.

In a busy world that often seems filled with endless choices, paths, and decisions, it’s reassuring to know that there are truth experts such as Howell Jr. that can help us find our way.
