Joining Solomon is the celebrated Chef Hemant Mathur, a trailblazer in Indian cuisine who made history as the first Indian chef in the United States to earn and retain a Michelin star across two New York City restaurants. Giridhar at Saffron in Boston.

The showstoppers of the menu include classics such as Rogan Josh and Duck Vindaloo, alongside Prime Picks like The Don’s Lamb Chops and Millionaire Moliee. These dishes are designed to evoke the essence of both traditional Indian cuisine and the bold, experimental spirit of the era.

The architectural design of Veerays is the work of Vinciane Albrecht and Anne Carcelen of OulipO architecture studio, who have succeeded in transporting guests back to the enchanting era of prohibition. The interior exudes speakeasy vibes with a touch of mystery, creating an immersive environment that feels both luxurious and intimate. The lighting design by Maison Paul Bonnotte enhances this atmosphere, with materials like stone, brass, and leather adding to the 1920s flair. The use of Brazilian Quartzite Patagonia, sourced from TWE Marble Stone in Brooklyn, adds a layer of elegance and sophistication to the overall aesthetic.
