Steve Haddadin shares his tips for getting started in Real Estate and how he avoids burnout

Steve Haddadin is a man who knows what he wants and does whatever it takes to make his dreams a reality. His success as the President of King Real Estate Group is a testament to his dedication and drive.

He began his career in the real estate industry at the young age of 18. Steve Haddadin explained, “I have always been fascinated by nice homes and the personalities of real estate agents portrayed by the media.” Early on, he realized that this industry would be an excellent vehicle for him to carve a path of abundance and wealth. So he jumped at the first opportunity to enter the world of real estate. “A pang of hunger for entrepreneurship hit me when I was 18, and I decided to follow that instinct,” Steve shared. Six years on, he is at the top of his game and is continuing to soar higher. Steve Haddadin is the president of King Real Estate Group.

Turning dreams into reality can be a long journey, but Steve Haddadin has never given up despite the challenges he faced. “Problems are temporary, and I saw a lot of potential in this industry,” the real estate expert shared, “This has been my dream for years, and I know that every step of the journey counts. The earlier I take a step forward, the sooner I achieve my goals.”

Just like any type of work, being in real estate can have its ups and downs. There are long days when energy seems to drain out so quickly. Even when Steve knows he thrives in his chosen profession, he is no stranger to burnout. Fortunately, he has found a way to combat this. “As cliche as it sounds, the way to avoid burning out is to find something you love doing, and to surround yourself with people who inspire you and keep you grounded. Having good people around makes everything better, people burn out mostly because they get off purpose. Anytime you’re feeling burned out, look for your purpose from within and from your circle.”

At 18, Steve Haddadin knew that real estate was his passion. Years later, he is a successful broker and president of King Real Estate Group, a company he built from the ground up. His parting words for aspiring brokers? “Try everything. The real estate industry presents so many opportunities and avenues for growth. Always believe in yourself and your potential.”

Aside from his work at his real estate company, Steve Haddadin also serves as an advisory board member for the Center for Real Estate at California State University, Fullerton. “This is my alma mater, and I’m happy to give back and serve however I can,” Steve said. During his time with the center, Steve has met several key personalities in the real estate industry. “Meeting them and getting an opportunity to work with them has inspired me and given me vision. My passion for this industry has grown because of the people I’ve met here. This ties back to what I mentioned about being around the right people, it keeps you on the right path.”

Steve Haddadin is the president of King Real Estate Group and a leading expert in investment properties and the luxury real estate market. You can connect with him through his official website.
