Shawn Fair Invites Tam Lawrence, TV Network Guru and Publicist Extraordinaire, as His Special Guest to the Leadership Experience Tour

Shawn Fair’s Leadership Experience Tour is in full swing yet again. As a member of the Forbes Coaching Council, Shawn has shown his sheer coaching and entrepreneurial prowess to several clients, making him one of the most sought-after and coveted consultants for major corporations in the United States, Canada, and Europe.

His tried-and-tested strategies have been crafted through experience alone. Shawn Fair has a useful technique that helps leaders identify their blind spots. His personal coaching and training service has earned him a massive reputation, putting him as a top choice in the training industry. Over 300,000 leaders in the United States and abroad are grateful for Shawn’s magnificent coaching services.

This time around, Shawn Fair is bringing along Tam Lawrence to his coveted and highly exclusive club for speakers, the Leadership Experience Tour program. Tam Lawrence is a mother of two college graduates, her son is in law school while her daughter lives in Los Angeles, both of whom are achievers much like their mother.

Tam Lawrence is the president of Exposure Network TV, an app distributing content downloadable on Roku, Amazon Fire Stick, Android TV, Apple TV, along with iOS and Android mobile devices. The network’s app is currently reaching over 160 million homes in over 128 countries worldwide. Tam Lawrence is also the publisher of Exposure Magazine and the co-publisher of Keynote Magazine in partnership with international speaker and trainer Shawn Fair himself.

With the global pandemic forcing people down inside their own homes, Exposure Network TV garnered massive exposure and gained over 800,000 app downloads. Over the summer, Tam Lawrence was awarded a $2.5 million dollar content merger with HBO, which is an incredible feat all on its own.

Lawrence’s history of success stems from the establishment of her PR company, Aart & Kingsley LLC. She had the opportunity of starting her own company after working as a publicist for athletes, celebrities, and government officials. She produced a men’s talk show in 2013 entitled ALL MEN ROCK, which quickly got recognized by AT&T Uverse, Comcast, CBS 58, and Magic Johnson’s network, Aspire.

Throughout her entire career, Tam Lawrence had always prided herself on delivering the thoughts that would translate into action. Through hard work and dedication, she earned a double major at Marquette University in Psychology and Communication. She then went on to obtain a master’s degree from Kent University in Journalism and a doctorate degree in persistence, hunger, and determination from the school of hard knocks.

Lawrence’s reputation precedes her. She is a decorated individual, garnering several accolades from a vast majority of award-giving bodies. The Milwaukee Police Department awarded her an award for developing the city’s Youth Arts Program as its director. Tam Lawrence also received the Oprah Winfrey Award in 2015 from the National Black Journalism Society. Her achievements in media earned her the Woman of Excellence in Media Award in 2018.

She was also the recipient of the Woman of the Year award presented by Terra Renee, president of the African American Women in Cinema, at the 100th-anniversary Massacre Memorial in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 2021. To cope with the heavy trauma of the ordeal, she turned to comedy to lighten her mood. A natural-born speaker, when Tam Lawrence took the stage for the first time in 2003, she left the audience with big smiles on their faces.

Her experience in journalism, media and public speaking makes her the perfect fit for Shawn Fair’s Leadership Experience Tour. Tam Lawrence has been through it all, and she can perfectly say that she has been deeply content with her career and her achievements despite the obstacles that were in the way. She now hopes to pay it all forward by providing an amazing platform for filmmakers and content creators through Exposure Network TV.

In the near future, Tam Lawrence hopes to open a full-service production company that offers classes to those who wish to explore their creative abilities. “We must secure media platforms to allow all people to tell their stories,” eloquently expresses Tam Lawrence.
