One of Dr. White’s portfolio companies, PHT Development Group, LLC, is currently undergoing a major infrastructure redevelopment project in Salinas Valley, CA – a 250,000 sq ft pre-cooling, cold storage and processing campus which will continue supporting the Post-Harvest Agriculture Industry. Dr. White combines his expertise in business management and real estate development, acquisition, and state-of-the-art technology, renewable energy and automation to become the foremost authority in the cooling sector.
Dr. White also serves as the Chairman and CEO of Growers Ice Company, Inc., a real estate company in the post-harvest industry specializing in owning and managing pre-cooling, cold storage, processing, and value-added facilities.
