Lily Jang, a top-producing licensed real estate agent, has a name that rings bells throughout the Houston area. Known for her charismatic personality and extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, she continuously works with various clients with all different preferences. Knowing that every client has their own needs, she works closely with each person, learning much more about them to help them with their real estate wants and needs. While continuing to help people find their dream homes and sell the properties they no longer want to live in, Lily is sharing how she manages to get it all done.
“After working in journalism for more than two decades, I decided to spend more time getting involved in real estate. My experience in journalism and working around people helped me learn the value of making a connection with someone when they hire you to do a job. When clients reach out to me because they want to find a place to live or sell their property, I want to know more about them, and I want them to know I’m in their corner to help them when they need it,” shared Lily Jang. “Instead of taking on too many clients at once, I like to work with a set number of clients to give them the attention they need and deserve. It gives me more time to build a solid working relationship with them, whether they can gain trust in me and know that I’m guiding them in the right direction of the home buying or selling process.”
Knowing that investing in a home is, by far, the biggest emotional investment anyone can make, Lily is well aware of how important it is to get things right for her clients. Although buying and selling are often frustrating and time-consuming processes, she relieves a lot of the stress while keeping her clients well-informed of every step they’ll need to take to seal the deal.
“I’m very consistent with my work. I pay attention to newly listed homes and on the market to ensure that I have options my clients can look at based on their preferences, whether they want two bedrooms, four bedrooms, lots of land, or anything else. I know a lot about the Houston area and the different neighborhoods, so I like to provide this information to my clients if they need it, intending to help them decide on a home that is perfect for them,” said Lily Jang. “I think one of the reasons it’s become easier for me to help my clients find their dream homes or sell without so much stress is that I keep my clients well-informed, and I’m easy to reach. I want them to know they can contact me when they need help, and I’ll be there to assist them! When you put the clients first, prioritizing their wants and needs, you can achieve a great outcome.”
Having recently filmed a documentary on achieving her American Dream, Lily Jang is living her best life as a leading light in the real estate industry. Despite traveling to different states across the country while working as a journalist, she’s now a full-time resident of Houston, helping people find their place to call home in the area.
