James and Amber Marchese Launch “Box Jeannie,” a New Concierge App

During the COVID-19 pandemic, e-commerce took off like never before, yet many new problems arose. Consumers struggled to return items that didn’t work out, and all those shipping boxes piled up.

For many, these headaches continue. The good news is that the new concierge app Box Jeannie can make them go away.

Box Jeannie makes boxes disappear like magic

Box Jeannie enables people to use their smartphones to make boxes vanish with multiple services that fit specific customers’ needs.

First and foremost, Box Jeannie will make returns and exchanges for you. No longer will you need to figure out the policies of a given e-commerce platform and navigate them yourself. You also don’t have to wait in line at a post office or drop-off location. Box Jeannie’s drivers have mastered these processes on your behalf — you’ll never lose another dime because you forgot to make a return.

Second, Box Jeannie’s drivers can make any door-to-door deliveries you need. Whether you would like to send something to a friend, family member, or business associate, Box Jeannie will deliver it the same day you make your “wish.”

Likewise, drivers will pick items up from stores and deliver them to you on the same day as your request. This means you’ll never receive a shipment a day late again! “Get what you want when you want it,” the app’s literature reads.

Finally, Box Jeannie’s drivers will take your empty boxes, break them down for you, and drop them off at recycling centers. With Box Jeannie, you no longer need to pay attention to the recycling calendar and follow all the complicated policies in your particular district. Every day is a recycling day, and there’s nothing stopping you from decluttering your home.

In short, Box Jeannie spares you from wasting time on tedious chores. The price of individual orders starts at $14, and there are also subscription options that include discounts. All you need to do is download the app and create an account, and Box Jeannie will immediately start making your life easier.

How Box Jeannie was founded

Box Jeannie is the brilliant brainchild of power couple Jim and Amber Marchese. Like many people, the Marcheses began receiving more home deliveries in 2020 than previously due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Empty boxes were everywhere,” says Jim Marchese, co-founder of Box Jeannie. “Our hometown didn’t remove boxes promptly, so they started to become a nuisance.”

The Marcheses’ initial idea was to find a way to remove these empty shipping packages, but then the couple noticed they forgot to return their unwanted items. “We were losing money, but we weren’t the only ones,” Marchese explains. “Our friends and neighbors reported they were having the same problem.”

That’s when the Marcheses realized that their business idea for removing boxes could be expanded to include returns and exchanges, which led to further innovation. “Once you are doing returns and exchanges, the idea of including delivery services to other locations just came naturally,” Marchese says.

Jim and Amber Marchese: Founders of Box Jeannie

If you think the names Jim and Amber Marchese sound familiar, that’s because they are. This pair of celebrities is famous for starring together in two hit reality TV series: “Real Housewives of New Jersey” and “Marriage Boot Camp.” Both have dedicated IMDb pages.

Jim and Amber Marchese are also renowned for their many successful entrepreneurial ventures in real estate and finance. Both hold graduate degrees from Columbia University, and Jim Marchese has earned a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall Law School. As an attorney, he specializes in whistleblower cases. Perhaps most notably, he helped negotiate a $16.65 billion fraud settlement from the Bank of America and uncovered Cell Therapeutics’ $10.5 million fraud scheme. The Marcheses have been featured in People Magazine, the Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times, as well as on TMZ and the View.

When it came time to design the Box Jeannie app, the Marcheses wanted to give drivers more power over their lives and livelihoods. “Drivers for other apps don’t have much control over their business,” Marchese says. “We wanted to recognize them as the small-business owners they are. That meant giving them ownership over their customers and routes, as well as letting them set their own hours and decide how much income they wanted to raise through the app.”

Accordingly, Box Jeannie’s interface shows drivers both their payouts and tips upfront. Since drivers have four hours to grant a wish, they can fit these tasks into their other driving gigs. An article in Tech Times explains how the process works: “Box Jeannie drivers simply refer their client code to their preferred customers and can create their own route. The Box Jeannie Driver can target people or businesses which best fit their lifestyle, and it’s as simple as sending a customer a referral code and making sure they download the App! The Box Jeannie Driver will have a right of first refusal for all future pickups, recycling, and deliveries, and can even later sell their route!”

As drivers develop their routes, these can become extremely profitable, potentially bringing in millions of dollars of revenue. The Box Jeannie app empowers the driver who built the route to sell it if they desire, reaping the rewards of their hard work.

With such an impressive background of achievement, perhaps it should come as no surprise that the Marcheses are now disrupting the gig economy. With Box Jeannie, your wish is their command, so download the app today.
