d’Agostini is selective about the business owners and businesses he works with because, according to him, “Monarchy is not a regular agency, we are like the Navy Seals of marketing: we deploy out team in our client’s business, we build marketing solutions, structure and vision, and help every partnering company add at least seven figures within a 12-month window. This is done by learning each company’s ability to execute and survive on their feet, and once the system is in place and sustainable on its own, they exit the business.”
