The Leading Entrepreneur Alliance (LEA) successfully launched its inaugural Leadership Program on November 3, 2024, in Irvine, California. The event was followed by the organization’s first board meeting, marking a significant milestone in its commitment to empowering global entrepreneurs and fostering leadership development.
The Leadership Program provides a unique platform for entrepreneurs to enhance their leadership skills and expand their networks. The program focuses on areas such as strategic thinking, decision-making, innovation, and effective communication. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in various activities that strengthen their abilities to lead teams, manage projects, and navigate business challenges in dynamic environments. Zhihao Dong and Chao Hu served as the Presidents of the Leading Entrepreneur Alliance, with Qianxu Jin, Jiachen Zhan, and Estefany Alejandra Wu Chen as Vice Presidents. The Alliance’s leadership team is committed to leveraging collective expertise to support and guide both emerging and seasoned business leaders.
The launch ceremony was hosted by Yifei Wang, a renowned aerobics athlete, and was attended by prominent figures, including Fuxu Qi, President of the Shenzhen Chamber of Commerce in the U.S., and Feng Zhao, Chairman of Shenzhen Chamber of Commerce USA. The ceremony featured a group photo and video messages from dignitaries such as Irvine Vice Mayor Larry Agran and Lake Forest City Councilor Benjamin Yu.
Vice Mayor Larry Agran congratulated US LEA on the Leadership Program launch, praising its support for aspiring entrepreneurs and emphasizing its importance for the community’s future. He wished continued success in helping emerging leaders and innovators thrive.
Lake Forest City Council Member Benjamin Yu commended the Leadership Program, noting its impact on nurturing innovative, globally-minded entrepreneurs who will contribute to community growth and future business leadership.
President Zhao Shidi and Executive President William Wu of the Canadian branch of LEA shared their congratulations in a video message, emphasizing the U.S. LEA’s role in driving business innovation and sustainability. Meanwhile, UK Chair Victoria Xie commended the program’s focus on fostering global collaboration and addressing business challenges.
Zhihao Dong, President of US LEA, stated, “US LEA is dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs, providing them with resources and networking opportunities to succeed in a competitive business environment. We believe in empowering leaders by offering unique value, ensuring that every participant benefits from comprehensive support and professional guidance.”
President Chao Hu highlighted the Leadership Program’s goal of equipping future business leaders with essential skills, including strategic thinking, situational leadership, and goal-setting. He explained that the program emphasizes hands-on training in business negotiations, team management, and public speaking. Chao Hu stressed that the comprehensive curriculum is designed to help participants navigate complex business challenges and become effective leaders. Additionally, the program offers opportunities to build valuable networks with industry leaders, enhancing participants’ adaptability and innovation in the global business environment.
Following the Leadership Program launch, US LEA held its inaugural board meeting. Eight distinguished members of the board shared their expertise and insights on the organization’s future direction.
A leading entrepreneur and innovator, Joy Li introduced the “Global Design New Force Incubation Plan.” This initiative aims to help Chinese designers compete in international markets by providing mentorship and business support.
Kiki Wang, co-founder of Y-Planet, discussed how her company supports digital creators in transforming their passions into sustainable businesses. Y-Planet provides strategic resources and market access to help creators succeed.
Jonathan Li, CEO of Yonristic Global Tech, shared his experiences expanding his company in the North American automotive market. He emphasized the importance of technology and innovation in driving business success.
Xinxin Liu, a leader in international education, focused on how education can cultivate students’ entrepreneurial thinking and leadership skills.
Lawrence Huang, a lawyer and comedian, addressed the intersection of law, business, and entertainment, stressing the importance of legal expertise for entrepreneurs, especially in creative industries.
Ivan Li, a private equity analyst and director at Essence Capital, shared his extensive experience in investment banking, discussing his work in overseas listings, strategic planning, and mergers for small and medium enterprises.
Xulin Guo, CEO of Herfes and former Hema Fresh executive, highlighted the value of leadership and collaboration in business growth, drawing on his extensive experience at JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, and IDG Capital.
The successful launch of the Leadership Program marks a key milestone in US LEA’s efforts to support entrepreneurs and develop future business leaders.
