Michelle’s journey began with her mother’s decision to enroll her in dance classes, a choice that would ignite a lifelong passion for the arts. Her cousin, a flight attendant with an artistic flair, introduced Michelle to ballet at the Gregory Peck School in Fullerton, California. This unique venue owned by Peck, an incredible dancer turned actor with many well-known parts in the movie, such as the Godfather and dance movies classic such as staying alive with John Travolta Angelo & Vinci’s Pizza’s famous pizzeria, featured a dungeon-themed decor that mirrored the cinematic influences of its namesake. It was here that Michelle’s artistic senses were first kindled.

The pursuit of her dreams took her through the realms of singing and acting, deeply influenced during her formative years by friendships with future stars. She was best friends with Gwen Stefani growing up through high school. The two met auditioning for the musical grease. Both ended up in the project and created a lifelong friendship. They would go on to perform in bands together such as primary colors. Michelle‘s first boyfriend was Gwen‘s brother Eric Stefani in which they would also sing and practice their musicals with Eric playing the piano at the duo’s home. This friendship lasted through crucial times of stardom.

The inspiration derived from watching Stefani’s ascent to stardom was a catalyst that propelled her to take bold steps in her career. Stefani even credits Michelle on her first album Tragic Kingdom for her help with the ascension of her career. At the age of 25, Michelle secured a contract with Warner Bros., marking a significant milestone in her journey. Her endeavors in the music industry flourished with recording the Scooby-Doo theme song and collaborations with notable figures like Angela Moore of Fishbone and Alan Schlaifer of Schtung Music. She had been acting for years and also singing. She has had many famous commercials and parts in movies that one would recognize her in.

Despite the successes and the inevitable spotlight, Michelle has always viewed fame as a secondary reward. Her primary goal has remained steadfast—to uplift and inspire others through her work. This vision led her to establish a collaborative management company during the COVID-19 pandemic. This venture adapted to the new normal of remote interactions while fostering talent across various artistic disciplines.

 Her resilience in adversity also marks Michelle’s career. Embracing her Christian faith and her grandmother’s wisdom, Alexine, she navigated challenges with a philosophy that underscores her every decision: never give up. This mantra has seen her through professional setbacks and personal trials, always guiding her back to her creative roots and forward into innovative ventures. She cultivates professional relationships regularly and works with some of the top names in the business such as Damon Elliott, Diane Warren‘s key sound engineer & has a legend for a mother-Dionne Warwick, Whitney Houston‘s cousin. Elliott also played key roles in careers such as Pink And Christina Aguilera & is well known in the music industry. 

Innovation has been a cornerstone of Michelle’s strategy. Her early experiences in dance taught her the value of agility and adaptability—qualities that have permeated her approach to business and creativity. These lessons were not confined to the dance floor but were integral in her approach to managing her diverse career in music, acting, and talent management.
