Founded in 2015 by Dr. Ramon Tallaj, SOMOS stands as the largest and only physician-led performance provider system participating in the New York State Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment Program (DSRIP). What sets SOMOS apart is its commitment to culturally competent care, ensuring that vulnerable populations, including Latino, Asian, African American, and immigrant communities across the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens, receive the healthcare they need.
