Jackie Dallas is an award winning television and film actress who has made a remarkable transition from the world of medicine to Hollywood. With roles in popular TV shows and films, she has become a strong advocate for diversity, representation, and women’s health.

Born in New York, Jackie completed medical school and a residency internship in general surgery at The Mount Sinai Hospital, followed by pathology residency in Chicago. However, in 2014, despite her accomplishments as a physician and published clinical researcher, she decided to pursue her passion for acting and moved to California.

Jackie landed her first role in Chicago, playing pregnant Maggie in the spoof Not Another Zombie Movie, directed by Emmy award-winning cinematographer and director Donte Williams. This film was an official selection at the 2015 Englewood International Film Festival.

Her other notable early appearances included the medical drama The Resident as Nurse Jill, Criminal Minds as Liz Meyer, and as the main villain in Papa Roach’s music video Face Everything And Rise. But her breakout role came as Jen, Mr. Clarke’s girlfriend in the hit Netflix Original Series, Stranger Things.

Since then, Jackie Dallas has been a recurring face in shows such as 13 Reasons Why, the NCIS franchise and The Bold and the Beautiful. Her recent film, Paradise Highway, starring Academy Award wining actors Morgan Freeman and Juliette Binoche, was screened at the prestigious Locarno Film Festival.

However, her Hollywood successes has not taken away from her passion for indie projects. She is active member of the indie filmmaking community, with roles in films such as Look Into The Fire, starring alongside Gregg Henry, and The Pining with Miguel A. Nunez Jr and Tom Sizemore, as well as a lead in the girl-powered series Represent, and was a part of the cast for the Emmy Winning series Studio City, which recently won the coveted Best Drama Series at the 2023 Indie Series Awards.
