It’s no secret Liana Lastique has had trials that dampened her career, such as having a baby at 18 years old which ultimately ended her junior run. In 2016 we saw her back on the court and in a few usta matches that led her to the Pro Circuit in 2017 and playing at the Madrid open (Spain). Shortly after, we saw her in a relationship with then NFL cornerback Marcus Roberson Jr. which seems took precedence over her professional career and not too long after they welcomed a child together. After many career ups and downs, Lastique is back on the tennis court, training at the famous Nick Saviano High Performance Tennis Academy and is set to show face in the 2023 Pro circuit. We should expect to see some good tennis from her, going off of Saviano’s reputation for world athletes. This come-back could make history if properly executed.
