Basic Requirements are:

For investors. Public investments of AED 10,000,000 or more – in a company or investment fund. For investments amounting to AED 5,000,000,000, the maximum visa validity period is five years. Requirements for investors who invest in real estate are similar.

For professionals. Completion of accreditation in the department corresponding to the competence. Doctors must have at least 20 years of practice. For teachers, the previous place of work must be one of the 500 universities, the list of which is approved by the Ministry of Education.

For high school juniors and students. University students have a grade point average of 3.75. High school students must have 95% of their grades excellent.

The long-term visa covers the applicant and their family.

While this may seem like a short amount of time, it is an eternity compared to the five minutes it takes to fill a car’s gas tank. The charging time can cause long lines to form, which lasts around two hours. Trippler and Casey were determined to find a solution to this problem.

GreenJuice approaches EV charging issues from several angles. The company aims to install more EV charging stations nationwide at convenient locations like grocery stores, gyms, office buildings, apartment complexes, and hotels. GreenJuice already has a partnership with Marriott. The second prong of their approach is cutting down charging times. Most existing EV chargers are Level 3 chargers with an average uptime of 90%. GreenJuice has achieved an uptime of 99.985% over the last six months, cutting down actual charging time and the number of people waiting to charge. EV drivers can confidently arrive at a GreenJuice station and charge anytime.

Another obstacle for GreenJuice is the property owner’s reluctance to install charging stations. The electric vehicle market is relatively new, and property owners are unsure whether they are here to stay. GreenJuice works with clients to find the correct electronic power for the charging stations and provides additional marketing support for the chargers. GreenJuice ensures that the property’s new charging stations are easy to find on Apple Maps and Google Maps and offers coupons through mapping apps.
