Answer: SAP Inside Track (SIT) is a community-driven event designed for SAP Community members to gather and exchange knowledge on various SAP-related topics. It is an informal, low-cost, or free grassroots event where participants can contribute, learn, network, and engage with like-minded individuals. Whether you want to present your ideas, participate in discussions, share information, build connections, or enjoy social gatherings, SAP Inside Track offers a platform for everyone interested in SAP to benefit and collaborate.

Question: Could you share your insights on your speaking engagements?

Answer: After discovering it through social media, I was selected as a speaker for Wisconsin’s SAP Inside Track event. Filled with excitement, I wasted no time registering as a participant and a speaker. My expertise and recent contributions to the market and topic influenced my selection.

During my presentation, I had the opportunity to share my industry experience and showcase an innovative product I had developed for distribution industries. My talk focused on “Maximizing Procurement Efficiency through Purchase Requisitions Load Building.” This tool revolutionizes the buyer’s role by providing several valuable benefits:

Increased productivity through swift and informed decision-making
Enhanced visibility for internal product replenishment, enabling efficient inventory management.
Insightful analysis of inventory aging across the organization, optimizing vendor procurement, and consolidating purchase requisitions from multiple plants to meet minimum order requirements.

Question: Could you elaborate on the difficulties encountered during product development?

Answer: Throughout the development of the product, I encountered numerous technical challenges. One hurdle was creating a solution seamlessly integrated with native SAP applications. Additionally, several demanding requirements added complexity, including implementing multi-vendor and multi-currency minimum buying rules, ordering unit buying rules, and weight and volume-based buying rules.

Question: Besides being a speaker, what other benefits did you gain from participating in the event?

Answer: Besides my role as a speaker, I fully embraced the event as a participant. It was a remarkable experience as I collaborated with renowned industry leaders and supply chain experts. This allowed me to stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.

Supreetha Bhagath: Supreetha’s presentation titled “Tips for Successful Interface Planning for S/4 Hana Projects” delved into the complexities of interface planning. She provided insights on crucial aspects such as interface selection, vendor choices, testing strategies, and data conversion.

Question: Is there any additional information you would like to highlight regarding the event?

Answer: Apart from delving into future technology prospects, the event also focused on assisting aspiring SAP enthusiasts in forging prosperous careers within the SAP ecosystem. I had the honor of actively engaging in discussions and imparting my knowledge on strategies for establishing a thriving SAP career. It was a valuable occasion for exchanging ideas and offering guidance to fellow attendees seeking to make their mark in the dynamic world of SAP.

Answer: Looking back on this experience, I am immensely grateful. The opportunity to share my insights and knowledge with the audience was invaluable. It was a fulfilling and rewarding experience that left me grateful and accomplished.

Tripographer App Helps Travelers Crowdsource Their Next Adventure

A two-week honeymoon in Bali, a ten-day adventure across Japan, or a list of the best restaurants in Rome. These are just a few examples of the curated travel itineraries available to wanderlust-inspired users of the app Tripographer. The app is designed to simplify travel planning as a community-focused platform that allows users to create, share, and discover crowdsourced travel itineraries for hundreds of destinations around the world.

Tripographer offers an innovative way for travelers to bring their next great adventure to life with trusted recommendations and discover worthwhile restaurants, excursions, and locations that a Google Search might miss. Users can quickly sort, plan, and save their favorite itineraries for future reference all through their phones.

Turning Wanderlust Frustration into Travel Plans

According to Tripographer’s chief executive officer and founder, Emily Eisenberg, the inspiration behind the digital platform came from her own travel frustrations, as her meticulous travel plans were often muddled by unhelp technology and digital tools.

“The idea for Tripographer was born in 2009 during my Semester at Sea experience. I found it difficult to locate comprehensive travel itineraries for the countries we visited, often spending a significant amount of time searching for them,” Eisenberg recalls.

Whether a short day trip or a country-hopping adventure, planning is often a necessary part of the travel experience. Eisenberg’s frustrations continued over the years without an effective way to share itineraries or recommendations. “Travel information from friends and family ended up lost in email threads, and social media seemed to exclude the helpful information needed to plan a similar trip,” she explains.

After almost a decade working in the advertising industry, Eisenberg turned her passion for travel into her next project and, in turn, the next chapter of her career. She graduated from the Founder’s Institute, a pre-seed business incubator, and went on to start building the Tripographer brand during the global COVID-19 pandemic—a time when many countries had closed their borders to travelers, both local and abroad.

In the development phase, she also sought a business partner who shared the vision and could help bring Tripographer into reality. She found that partnership in co-founder Radomir Djurdjevic, who Eisenberg first connected with on Linkedin.

“After a few text messages, we were already on a call and discussing how we were going to move the Tripographer brand forward. We immediately clicked and were so excited,” recalls Djurdjevic. “We keep improving as business partners, but that same excitement is still pushing us forward.”

One App, Countless Adventure Ideas

Tripographer offers seamlessly endless travel ideas and destinations. Self-declared foodies can enjoy a pre-planned tour of the best restaurants in the heart of Austin, Texas, including drinks at Barlata and dinner at the Salty Sow, followed by a weekend brunch at Perla’s Seafood and Oyster Bar.

Or, globetrotters can tour the historic Mediterranean island of Malta on a summer getaway. Crowdsourced recommendations feature relaxing on the picturesque beaches of Mellieħa Bay, touring the Blue Grotto by boat, or visiting the capital city of Valletta, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

As Djurdjevic explains, “We’ve created a unique and user-friendly ecosystem where travelers can plan trips, access itineraries, and discover travel content from others. The app simplifies the process of searching for authentic and personalized travel information.”

Tripographer streamlines trip planning by combining all the necessary tools and resources into one centralized platform. This includes curated ideas and suggestions for restaurants, sightseeing, overnight accommodations, and other activities—often one of the most time-consuming parts of researching and planning a trip. Users can sort and tailor their searches based on personal interests or preferences. Categories include historic sights, cultural immersion, nature and scenery, and kosher-friendly travel.

The platform allows users to share favorite travel experiences or must-try destinations directly with friends or family. But soon-to-be travelers can also source inspiration from hundreds of travel ideas from users worldwide. According to Eisenberg, Tripographer picks up where traditional travel planning resources fall short with its crowdsourced travel recommendations and social sharing that look past typical tourist traps and mainstream attractions.

More Than Just a Vacation Planning Tool

But Eisenberg hopes that Tripographer is more than just a handy planning tool.

”We believe that travel is a powerful tool for personal growth and global understanding,” she says of the company’s mission and purpose. “Our goal is to help more people experience the joy of exploration by making existing travel knowledge more accessible, streamlining the travel planning process.”

Eisenberg recalls her college Semester at Sea as a life-changing experience that fueled her passion for travel. The travel technology brand aims to foster global perspectives contributing to a more inclusive, tolerant, and open-minded world. Through dedication and hard work, she has established herself as a versatile actress, producer, and director.

Good’s latest role as Columbia professor Camille Parks in the series “Harlem” has allowed her to explore different facets of her craft. She describes the character as a blend of sensitivity, confidence, and occasional social awkwardness. The show’s emphasis on real experiences that women, particularly Black women, go through has made it a highlight of her career. In addition to her acting accomplishments, Good has ventured into directing, with notable projects including the second episode of season two of “Harlem” and her directorial debut in 2019 with “If Not Now, When?” co-directed with Tamara Bass.

Charles Pazos’ Surreal Dramatic Series ‘Hotel’ is now playing worldwide.

Pazos Studio has released Hotel, a limited dramatic series written and directed by Charles Pazos and leading with the talented undiscovered talent of Lena Marie and Richie Noguera. It is now available to view on the Pazos Studio Youtube channel (@pazosstudio ) and will be released in a limited collectors edition Blu-ray with artwork and other goodies in the near future.

“HOTEL is a surrealistic narrative motion picture series that isn’t for everyone but I think a lot of people may find it sexy, thought provoking and entertaining. It was a lot of work to create it and I’m glad to deliver the picture in 4k. I recommend projecting the picture or, if you watch it on a set, make sure the picture settings are set to “Cinema” to capture the right shutter speed and frame rate.”

This was the third project for Pazos Studio, which opened its underground boutique in NYC in 2021 and follows the original production “There Are Many of Us” and the 4k remaster of the cult picture “Intersections”.

“Intersections” is a picture that catches viewers by surprise. It’s a grimy, low budge narrative but it hooks you in with its philosophical debates, chaotic narrative and it can keep you entertained for an hour. We shot it entirely using improvised dialogue and it’s inspired by New Wave ethos.”

What’s next for Pazos and his fledgeling cinema studio? I’m working on a follow up to “Intersections” called “Thought School Gangland” which brings back the talented actor Michael Nouri to the role of Anoxx and I have an idea for an anthology series that I would best describe as a punk rock SNL.
