After graduating from high school, he continued his education at the prestigious Al Farabi National University. He obtained two higher education degrees: the first in economics and production management, and the second in law.

Nurbossyn started his professional career as an accountant at one of the enterprises in Almaty, the largest metropolis in Kazakhstan where his family had moved to live. After some time, he worked as a lawyer. In order to feel free and work for himself, the young man took up advocacy. At the same time, in 2004, Nurbossyn and his wife started their own real estate business, specializing in acquiring unfinished properties, renovating them, and subsequently selling them. The young entrepreneur’s strong personal and business qualities contributed to successful deals that brought in a good income. Understanding that money should work for him, he wisely invested it in buying land on which he built several prestigious houses in a popular area of Almaty.

In 2008, the global financial and economic crisis affected many sectors of the economy, including the construction market. But thanks to Nurbossyn’s admirable composure, confidence, and efforts, his business stayed afloat, albeit less profitable. That’s when the wise decision was made to switch to another field of activity. The ability to navigate during the crisis helped the entrepreneur not only exit the business without losses but also with a good profit.

In 2009, while diversifying their investment portfolio, Nurbossyn and his spouse purchased a food establishment. As a professional lawyer and economist, the family’s head took on all the responsibilities of launching and managing the café, turning it into a thriving business. His wife supported and helped him in everything. Things were going very well until another crisis in the country and high inflation led to a significant increase in food and utility prices, which naturally had a significant impact on people’s living standards, reducing their purchasing power.

However, the entrepreneur’s high level of professionalism and unwavering stress resistance once again came into play. Past experience of successfully passing a crisis was also very helpful. Quickly orienting himself in a difficult situation, Nurbossyn took effective steps to optimize the business and adapt it as much as possible to work in crisis conditions. Although due to objective reasons, the family had to hand over the management of the business to the wife’s relatives, the café still operates successfully and generates a normal profit to this day.

Despite their constant busy schedule, the spouses successfully combined their work with raising four underage children. During their work in business, they managed to purchase several apartments in Almaty and live without needing anything.

Unfortunately, the unstable business climate in the country, corruption, and raiding have increasingly made them think about moving to the USA. The two main motivating factors for relocating were the inability to develop their business properly in their homeland and concerns for the future of their children.

Moving to America was not easy. In November 2019, Nurbossyn was the first to travel to the USA on a tourist visa. Then in December, Aygul arrived with the children. The eldest son enrolled in college, and the three younger children began attending school. They had no illusions, so the spouses immediately decided to start their own business with the money they earned from their business in Kazakhstan and the sale of their property.

It started as a business related to 5G cellular towers. The family successfully bought a truck and trailer for this business using cash earned in Kazakhstan. However, due to its unprofitability caused by the coronavirus pandemic, they had to look for more in-demand niches in the American market.

Insightful management and strategic thinking helped Nurbossyn see the potential in the trucking business. The family council unanimously decided to open a trucking company, which soon became a reality. In 2020, the family moved from New York to Florida, registered the transportation and logistics company “NUR SERVICES LLC,” and began building and developing their startup. This coincided with a significant boom in the trucking industry in the US, and Nurbossyn skillfully took advantage of the favorable situation. It required a lot of work, but it paid off. The family was able to save up for a down payment, which allowed them to purchase a house with a mortgage. Additionally, thanks to their business, the family was able to do high-quality designer renovations in the house, which provided themselves and their children with the most comfortable living conditions possible.

Today, the trucking industry in the US is facing tough times. Inflation, which caused a rise in prices for goods and services, has impacted the decline in the amount of freight and low cost for their transportation.
