Elisabeth Hoekstra Inspires Change by Teaching Others to Confront Their Trauma

The rise of influencers has opened the doors for inspiring stories to reach the public masses. More than ever, distinct individuals are coming out of the open to share their stories and inspire hope in others. Among the individuals that stood out the most is entrepreneur Elisabeth Hoekstra. 

For young individuals who do not believe they can ever be happy, Elisabeth‘s narrative motivates them to be the change that they want to see. Through her story, the influencer hopes to make people feel whole. The inspiring entrepreneur instructs people in handling their unresolved trauma and helps them materialize their best lives. She helps people do this by teaching them how to use modalities, biohacking, and holistic treatments propelled by inspiration.

Elisabeth is currently the Director of Operations of 4biddenknowledge Inc. Prior to that she was the president of a mental health and wellness center, and with help through her efforts to raise awareness about the toxic water conditions in Detroit Schools, many schools now have a filtration system. 

From early on, she experienced getting sexually and physically abused numerous times that continued throughout her life and ended up facing serious charges in her mid 20’s that led to an extended time in jail. Now, the resilient entrepreneur has overcome everything by treating her trauma through holistic treatments and other techniques. Elisabeth believes that a difficult beginning need not be a life sentence, saying that when people deal with their unresolved trauma inside their mind, body, and energy, they can overcome anything and live their best life.

However, a successful career and well-decorated professional experience did not come to Elisabeth overnight. She went through the most brutal battles in life to arrive at where she is right now. “My life began with a great deal of trauma, which led to my early use of drugs, alcohol, and partying,” Elizabeth recalls in an interview. “In addition, I was using illegal street dealings to support my lifestyle, eventually being arrested; this was all happening while I was achieving great success as a model and actress in Hollywood and my many other careers.”

Elisabeth studied business marketing and management at Davenport University and culinary arts at Schoolcraft College. As a CWPC Certified Working Pastry Chef, she helped open an award-winning restaurant and became well adept with the ins and outs of building a successful venture. On top of being a certified chef and entrepreneur, Elisabeth is also a licensed real estate agent. She has broken real estate records by assisting a state-wide effort to secure the most offices in the shortest time in history. 

In the next few years, Elizabeth sees herself sharing her story with a vast audience and encouraging others to make positive changes in their personal lives. The resilient entrepreneur also sees that the company she works for grows to be large enough to surpass Amazon Prime and Netflix. Additionally, she hopes that her work will contribute to the work of shifting global consciousness. By doing so, Elisabeth hopes to bring lasting and significant change to those who have experienced violence, abuse, and other trials.

Now, the influencer has made an inspiring comeback. ​​She received her certificate from Harvard University for cell biology and is a best-selling author with a popular podcast, Bio-Hack Your Best Life, which she co-hosts with content creator and co-influencer Billy Carson.
