A Holistic Approach: Supreme Wellness’s Focus on Tailored Well-Being

By: Anna W.

“Beauty means nothing if you’re not healthy,” says Dominika Laureto, founder of Supreme Wellness. “We want people to feel good first. Then they can look their optimal.”

This belief has shaped every part of her clinic’s model, from the treatments offered to the pace of appointments.

Located in Park Ridge and Oak Brook, Illinois, Supreme Wellness is not a typical med spa. It blends functional wellness practices, regenerative support therapies, and performance recovery under one roof. At its core is a commitment to personalized care with trackable results.

Rooted in Personal Experience

Dominika Laureto’s story started far from luxury clinics. She came to the U.S. from Poland with $500 and limited English.

After years of working as a nursing assistant, she became frustrated by how rushed and impersonal traditional care could be.

That frustration turned into purpose. Laureto envisioned a place where clients would be seen, heard, and helped, not pushed through a process. In 2020, she made that vision a reality with the founding of Supreme Wellness.

Her husband, Steve Laureto, soon joined the business. With a background in exercise science and biomechanics, he brought new depth to the clinic’s recovery and performance programs. Together, they built a model that treats the person, not just the issue.

What Sets Supreme Apart

Supreme Wellness is known for its tailored treatment plans. Clients don’t just book a facial or IV drip. They go through assessments, answer lifestyle questions, and share their health goals.

From there, the team creates a plan using a mix of:

  • Functional wellness assessments
  • Hormone health support
  • Hyperbaric oxygen sessions
  • Red light therapy
  • Wellness-supportive protocols, such as nutrient therapies
  • Corrective exercise and recovery modalities

Each service is selected based on individual needs. If a client has chronic discomfort, they might explore restorative therapies like cold plunge and PEMF. If they’re dealing with burnout, they could consider hormone support and nutrient infusions.

“We don’t believe in quick fixes,” says Dominika. “We aim to build real, lasting change.”

Personalized Wellness Meets Performance Science

Dr. Aaron Zirk, DO, leads the clinic’s health programs. A former emergency physician, he now focuses on functional and integrative approaches that emphasize addressing root causes rather than masking symptoms.

Dr. Zirk’s work includes personalized lab evaluations, hormone panels, and advanced wellness therapies. Plans are designed around each individual’s needs and goals, using supportive methods that may enhance well-being.

He works closely with Steve, who handles the physical recovery side. Steve’s “Superman combo” – a three-step protocol using red light, hyperbaric oxygen, and cold plunge – is reported by some clients to help manage chronic recovery challenges.

Their combined work focuses on supporting not just healing, but improved energy, performance, and long-term vitality.

A Client Experience That Feels Different

Supreme Wellness is also known for its calm, intentional environment. Appointments are never rushed. Clients are encouraged to ask questions, give feedback, and play an active role in their care.

Wearable tracking, blood markers, and regular check-ins allow the team to monitor progress and adjust protocols. Dominika calls it “data-backed personalization.”

The goal, according to her, is to offer care that is proactive, not reactive.

Clients include CEOs, Division I athletes, cancer survivors, and everyday individuals who want to feel better. Each person receives the same level of attention and respect.

Evolving With Purpose

Supreme Wellness continues to expand its services thoughtfully. The team is careful with every new offering. They test wellness protocols internally, review emerging research, and ensure that therapies align with current, valuable practices for safety and client support.

Dominika remains focused on what matters most: integrity, impact, and results.

“We’re not trying to sell people something they don’t need,” she says. “We’re trying to support their health in a meaningful way.”

A Model for the Future

In a market filled with trends and shortcuts, Supreme Wellness stands out for its clarity and care. It’s a place where science meets compassion—where beauty begins with well-being, and healing starts with trust.

Their model may be holistic, but their results are anything but vague. At Supreme Wellness, wellness is personal. And that can make all the difference.
