Alice Hatcher Surviving Life and Business Struggles to Become a Force in the Health and Beauty Industry

Going through life is not without challenges. However, those who overcome those challenges often become inspiring and powerful with their stories. Entrepreneur and beauty expert Alice Hatcher has risen above her difficulties establishing multiple businesses and become an inspiring figure to many aspiring entrepreneurs in the health and beauty industry and other fields.

Alice Hatcher is an entrepreneur in the health, beauty, fitness and lifestyle niches who has led numerous initiatives and attempted to solve prevalent problems using different approaches.

Alice Hatcher got her start in the industry in 2000 and has ridden the wave for the last two decades as an inspiring figure. In 2005, she opened EB Medical Spa, one of the first medspas in Orange County, CA. For five years and through the years of global recession, the spa struggled, and Alice had to do extra work to make sales. Over those years, Alice Hatcher has gone through the process, including overcoming hurdles and basking in the success she experienced and milestones she achieved. In 2010, she leveraged the booming internet and social media age to launch an e-commerce site, Beauty-Addict. Beauty-Addict operated as a platform that provided virtual skincare consultations and prescribed the correct products to the clients.

Riding on the traction that the e-commerce site enjoyed, in 2015, she launched Precision Skin RX, a medical skincare brand that focused on result-driven medical-grade ingredients to heal different skin conditions.

The numerous achievements under Alice’s belt are undoubtedly inspiring as she has quite a difficult story growing up. Being an immigrant born in Taipei, Taiwan, who moved to the United States as a one-year-old did not exactly place her on a bed of roses. She could not speak English for years, and she grew up with her mother, who worked the night shift as a nurse in Minnesota, and her father, who was an engineering student. As a child, bullying and feeling different as the only Chinese student at her school made it difficult to fit in, and she had to forge through life despite the barrage of negative feelings she had to live with every day.

Launching her companies gave her a clear path to follow, and year after year, she proved to be resilient, dogged enough to accept nothing less than success. With her aesthetics training and retail experience from brands like Clinique, MAC, Estee Lauder, and Stilla, Alice Hatcher runs three thriving businesses that have grown to become top-of-the-line in Orange County, California. She graduated with honors from Paul Mitchell Skin Academy and trained beside Dr. Zein Obagi. Alice Hatcher has gone through life paying no attention to naysayers and doubters while focusing solely on her journey. “Nobody should have a say in the things you want to do for yourself. At the end, it’s all about you and your happiness and what you can turn your future into. Don’t ever give up. People say shitty things because they are unhappy with themselves,” Alice said.

Over the next few years, Alice sees herself being a role model to youths and adults while growing her brand and business to promote positivity and make people feel better about themselves.
