Kshitiz’s journey in the technology sector began when he joined HCL Technologies BPO Services Limited in India, immediately after completing his Bachelor’s Degree. During his tenure, he had the opportunity to travel to the United Kingdom for training in “BTC Star Zero Process.” He later trained his team members in the same process, showcasing his leadership and mentoring abilities. His exceptional performance at HCL earned him several Achievers’ Awards for outstanding overall performance in the Process BTC Inbound, highlighting his consistent commitment to professional excellence.

Driven by his pursuit of higher professional goals, Kshitiz relocated to the United Kingdom, where he pursued his MBA research paper on the “Effectiveness of CRM in Indian Call Centers”. Over the years, he further enhanced his technical knowledge and skills by obtaining professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma White Belt, Project Management Professional Certified (PMP), Agile Certified Coach, Scrum Master Certification and Scrum Fundamentals Certification. He has gained expertise in Agile and Waterfall technologies, product development frameworks and project management tools. His first book “ The Power of Robotic Process Automation in the Digital Age” focuses mainly on RPA Domain. Overcoming the challenges of adapting to a new region and establishing himself professionally in a different work culture, Kshitiz once again proved his capabilities.
