At her core, Taylor loves helping people by facilitating them in their business pursuits. A serial entrepreneur, she experienced her fair share of business failures which she credits for fueling her passion to help other entrepreneurs avoid similar mistakes.

After launching her first “real” business in 2008, Taylor admits she didn’t find the level of success she was looking for until 2017. She spent the majority of years on what she calls the “income rollercoaster,” earning as much as $20,000 some weeks and bringing in absolutely nothing the next.

“When you’re stuck on this income rollercoaster, you can’t hire, you can’t pay your team, you can’t plan for growth. You’re taking on low-paying clients just to get by and you’re physically just rundown. It’s a huge problem, and I spent a LOT of time in that space. It wasn’t until I really dialed in the systems we implement for our clients at High Value Agency that things started to take off for us consistently.”

However, as happens often in business, with new success came new challenges. As the business grew and took on more strategy clients, she found most people couldn’t handle the growth her services resulted in.

“We were providing amazing service and our clients loved what we were doing, but they couldn’t handle it. We’d get them all the way down the field but they couldn’t score. They had difficulty getting consistent leads, they couldn’t close the leads they were getting, and they were all over the place trying to grow their business. Business 101 is to find a big problem and provide a solution for it, so we decided to go all-in on solving this massive problem for our clients – that’s how High Value Agency was born.”

“It’s only a problem if you can’t deliver,” Taylor jokes. “Honestly, I’ve been through so many programs and worked with so many coaches and consultants because I know without a doubt the fastest way to get from where you are to where you want to be is to make smart investments and take massive action.

But not everyone can deliver. I’ve wasted time, lost money, and had many bad experiences and I’ve heard the same story from our clients. So I figured if I can take all the risk from the client and place it on myself instead, I can empower them to confidently make a decision that’s going to transform their business. Gratefully, I haven’t had to write any checks yet and we plan to keep it that way, God Willing.”

As much as she loves her business, her team, and their clients, her driving force is undoubtedly her family. A mother of 4, she is determined to show her children through example that everyone is fully capable of creating the life of their dreams. “And If I get to help a few thousand people along the way, I’m grateful.”
