How Anamaria Bozga Pushed Against the Odds to Establish Her Pole Dancing School

Pursuing a dream is not easy, no matter how passionate a person is. Making a dream come true often entails self-sacrifice, a lot of hard work, and being brave enough to face failures even if they happen over and over again. This reality is all too familiar for rising entrepreneur and seasoned pole dancer Anamaria Bozga after having survived so many life challenges in order to get to where she is now. Through it all, she never lost sight of her dreams and instead focused on getting to her destination by fighting life’s battles one day at a time.

She grew up in a modest family in Romania, and while her parents worked hard to provide for her, they could no longer afford to do so by the time she turned 18. When she came of age, Anamaria Bozga started to work to pay for her education and rent. Due to her financial constraints, she was not able to travel to different places, which was her lifelong dream. It also took her quite a while to save money so she could buy herself the small things she wanted. Quite often, she had to turn down her friends when they asked her out to dinner, to a movie, or simply visit the city as she needed to make a living.

As she continued to push her boundaries to be able to survive and pursue a career in dancing at the same time, she found herself becoming more and more determined and resilient. “I think I am a very determined person,” Anamaria Bozga explained. “I set my goals high and do everything in my power to reach them. I love working hard, I do it with passion, and I like to take risks. I am a strong believer in the power of the mind, and I think everybody should go out of their comfort zone once in a while, throw themselves in the unknown and take some risks if they want to change their lives.”

After finishing her studies, she moved to Italy, where she worked for five years as a bartender and restaurant service. She then found herself moving to Germany, where she also worked as a bartender for a year. Having finished a degree in Tourism, she eventually found a better job with a Ski Traveling Agency. She sold ski and snowboard trips to Canada, the U.S.A., Japan, and Iceland. It was during this season in her life that she was able to invest in opening her own dance studio. A few months later, she decided to give up her day job and concentrate on teaching dance full-time. Finally, she was living her greatest dream.

Opportunities started to open left and right for Anamaria Bozga after she opened her studio. In 2019, she won second place in Best Technique in the Italian Pole Dance Contest. The following year, she became a semi-finalist in Romanian Got Talent. As exciting new doors opened for her, she also started to become a social media sensation. She has more than 22,500 followers on Instagram alone and growing. She was also able to travel as her dance studio income started to pick up. She visited several places, including Mallorca, Dubai, Philippines, Dubai, Brazil, and Maldives, among others.

Today, Anamaria Bozga is promoting her new business, the Pole Dance Training Tracker. Prior to its rebranding, it was known as the Pole Planner, a notebook and calendar specifically designed to suit the needs and routines of a pole dancer. It comes with stunning illustrations, motivational quotes, interactive pages, helpful information, and space for writing.

By not giving up, she was able to beat the odds and come out successful. At the end of the day, her success depended heavily on her attitude and perception of things. And because she taught herself to develop the right kind of attitude, she is now able to reap the fruits of her labor.
