Frost Cosmetics has a lot of passion to give with its products and services. The brand was founded by Lakeisha Lemons in 2012, and it has since gained recognition for its lightweight, high-fashion, and long-lasting color cosmetics and skincare. Lakeisha was named the “Top Beauty Supplier” for cosmetics in Chicago, Illinois, from 2013 to 2015, and she has been featured in various publications, TV shows, models, and celebrities. In 2019, Lakeisha opened the first “In The Lab” service for the public to come in and work side-by-side to build their own cosmetic/skincare brand in West Hollywood, California, near Paramount Studios.

Frost Cosmetics faced a significant challenge with creating a lab for the public to come in and create products that could go into top figure companies while sustaining Frost Cosmetics’ newest project to enter into the retail market. However, Lakeisha Lemons overcame this obstacle by gaining the proper experts in the field of cosmetic science chemistry and retail brokers to gain reconciliation for market value services.
