Right now, the international transformational trainer and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging specialist stands at the helm of Triad West, Inc. Headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, her brainchild has been operating for the past twenty years with the overarching goal of providing corporations with specialist support in executive coaching, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and team building. Since its establishment, Triad West has guided those under its wing in embracing transformational methodologies across three areas of business service: strategic implementation, from problem-solving concept, needs assessment, and pilot program to launch; organization development; and corporate communications.
Given her expertise and passion for promoting inclusion and belonging, it’s not a surprise that Dr. Martin has succeeded in making a name for herself. Affectionately called “the transformational generator,” she is considered one of the go-to professionals trusted for insights when it comes to navigating the complexities in areas critical to business growth and competitiveness. Under her leadership, her company has also managed to build a solid reputation and expand its reach. So far, Triad West has served corporations and organizations across the U.S. and in Malaysia, China, France, the United Kingdom, Latvia, and South Africa.
Apart from launching Triad West, Dr. Martin is also acclaimed for founding the Positively Powerful Woman Awards. This annual event, which is centered around “celebrating the accomplishments of women in ways that empower all people to live their dreams” and sponsored by the likes of Southwest Airlines, ASU, the Girl Scouts Arizona Cactus-Pine, will be held on October 28 this year and involve change makers from corporations, small businesses, education, and community organizations. Additionally, it will focus on the vital issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), STEAM, sustainability and resilience, and entrepreneurial business success.
For decades now, Dr. Martin has been a champion for diversity and inclusion and is expected to remain as such in the years to come.
