Aquaphant is Creating Water Out of Air

It is no secret that our planet is running out of water. And while there are many reasons why this is happening, some companies today are focusing not on the past and how we got here – but on the future, and what can happen next. In short, they are working to solve the water crisis that exists in the world. And with exciting new technology, Aquaphant has created a device that can create gallons of drinking water out of thin air per day.

Aquaphant is a groundbreaking technology company that has created a system to convert moisture from the air into drinkable water. Led by founder Cody Mullenaux and CEO Steve Wolf, Aquaphant is an affordable water creation system that can easily fit into an existing home or office, giving people near-instant access to drinking water at any time of the day. It is a device that is poised to not only change daily life as we know it, but to potentially solve key water shortage crises around the world.

The system works similar to a dehumidifier, drawing moisture out the surrounding air and pulling it into the machine. From there, Aquaphant takes the moisture through a careful filtration process, eliminating trace elements and polluted particles from the water. As it moves through the filters, the water fills a three-gallon container, delivering clean drinking water on-demand. Not to mention their AQ.2 atmospheric water generator first is a high quality HEPA air purifier.

The company’s technology uses an electrochemical reaction to convert water vapor into liquid form using only electricity and air humidity. The process produces no waste products or emissions, consumes less energy than many other methods for producing fresh drinking water from air and sea saltwater, and does not require any additional chemicals used by other technologies for desalination making it both environmentally friendly and cost effective.

In addition to their affordable water generation system, Aquaphant is developing a mobile unit that will allow travelers and commuters to fill reusable water bottles as they drive. Called the “Hydration Station,” the mobile unit is designed to fit into a vehicle’s cup holder, drawing the moisture out of the car and producing a full 18 to 22-ounce bottle of drinking water, ready to go in a steel bottle from the Aquaphant that will be located within the comforts of your own car.

This invention has the potential to not only produce water on demand but to significantly decrease consumer consumption on disposable plastic water bottles – products that generate millions of pounds of waste each year. It will also be connected to existing technologies, allowing consumers to track consumption and health metrics on the go.

“We are creating what we call our Halo Bottle, which is a bottle that goes into the Hydration Station and fills from the bottom up – and then we will have a native iOS app that tracks everything from plastic water bottles saved to hydration levels and connects to your Apple Health and tells you how much water you are drinking,” Wolf says.

Over time, Wolf foresees Aquaphant becoming a part of everyday life for consumers, allowing them to drink more water, live a healthier lifestyle, and remove harmful plastic bottles from the environment.

“The idea is to create an entire ecosystem, where we believe the Halo Bottle will become almost like an extension of you,” Wolf says. “You might have one in the car that fills up, one next to your bed, in the kitchen, in the office. That is our big idea.”

For now, consumers can purchase the water generation system, which is set for an official launch in the coming months. And as Aquaphant continues to grow with new and improved technologies, it will not be long before each household has access to convenient, safe, and clean drinking water.

Konstantin Krayniy Champions Mental Health Through ShareSpace

According to the World Health Organization, one in every eight people suffers from a mental disorder, but mental health is one of the most neglected areas of health globally. While there have been some improvements over the last few months, there is still a long way to go.

Society does not view mental disorders as actual illnesses, and it is hard to find affordable mental-health-friendly places where you can get help. One therapy session can cost around $100-$200, which is seldom affordable for the average person. This is one of the main reasons Konstantin Krayniy built ShareSpace. After noticing that his friends would often come to him for advice and knowing that other people, too, give advice to each other at times of hardships, he developed ShareSpace to foster an environment for open, non-judgemental conversations.

It is common for people to struggle to find a safe space to talk about their mental health. Often, the only affordable option is social media, which is far from healthy and is more adequately deemed toxic. You never know when people will turn on you, meaning you have to screen everything you post. Most individuals online also focus on making everything in their life seem near perfect, further suppressing what may really be going on in their lives or taking their misplaced emotions out on others. Konstantin wanted a platform where everyone could be themselves and where they didn’t have to pretend to have it all figured out.

ShareSpace is a safe peer-to-peer mental health and well-being chat app. It has confidentiality features where you can customize your digital avatar without revealing your real identity. It is a safe learning and healing space where you can share your story with the community, get advice, or give it.

Konstantin Krayniv has partnered with business experts, nutritionists, life coaches, and mental health professionals who discuss life in its entirety. Together they share information about mental health care and well-being, why it is important, and how you can improve your mental health. Konstantin believes this will help end the stigma. As ShareSpace does not offer services from licensed professionals, it is not a complete substitute for professional help; rather, it is a more accessible resource for individuals who cannot or do not want to receive professional help.

Konstantin explains that treating people differently just because they have depression or anxiety only worsens the situation and makes it harder for others struggling with the same to talk about it. ShareSpace is destigmatizing mental health by giving people access to information and connecting them to affordable professional help. In an effort to reach and help the most people possible, the app is free of charge entirely.

ShareSpace helps you face your emotional challenges and upgrade your life by giving you the space to share your experiences with others who have gone through similar situations without fear of being judged. ShareSpace has different communities, including overthinking, stress, anxiety, loneliness, depression, emotional burnout, insecurity, and more, where you can share your story depending on the issue you are dealing with. They also have groups inside the communities.

Some ShareSpace groups are led by accredited mental health professionals, while others are created by users. This ensures everyone has a voice. You might not know much about a specific topic but excel in another. Konstantin and the team hope to create a space where people can learn from each other by giving everyone a chance to share their stories. ShareSpace is available on Google and Apple Store

Former Disney Imagineer Launches Travel Publication Pedacitos to Tell Hyper-Local Stories of Culture and Connection

We all love a good read, especially if the story explores something new such as a different culture. This pushes us out of our comfort zones and helps us see from a different perspective. Stories about different cultures help us to learn and appreciate the various ways of life, from clothing to food. These stories also act as a great way to keep the cultures alive and thriving, something Michael Acevedo has been doing.

Michael Acevedo is the founder of Pedacitos, a travel publication that tells hyper stories of culture and connection. Pedacitos, derived from the Spanish word ‘pedacito,’ which means a small piece, shares bits of stories from people across the world. Currently, the blog’s focus is on Central Florida.

Michael Acevedo and his team write about the local communities and businesses seeking to form connections with underrepresented individuals and brands in Florida. Pedacitos features stories from entrepreneurs, travel influencers, and people from marginalized communities, including but not limited to LGBTQ+.

Michael’s passion for travel and writing has enabled him to perfectly tell these stories, with Pedacitos attracting massive attention from the public. Michael Acevedo is a former Disney Imagineer. Michael has worked in theme parks for nearly 20 years. He started his journey in 2003 when he got his first job at a theme park, leading him to project management. Michael Acevedo has worked on several rides, including the Harry Potter ride, Transformers ride, and Disney World, experiences he says inspired him to launch a travel publication.

Michael Acevedo wanted a platform where he would continue to share his passion and give others a voice. Most online publications focus on the ‘big fish,’ which disadvantages small entrepreneurs. It is even harder if you are a part of marginalized communities. Michael wanted to hold a valid perspective while he told local stories about the underrepresented communities, from immigrants to LGBTQ+ and small business owners.

His approach makes Pedacitos a one–of–kind travel publication site. Pedacitos not only focuses on travel content but also highlights stories about the different ways of life. They tell stories that connect to food, dance, art, culture, travel, business, and human interest.

Michael says that their goal is to build something similar to a local guidebook, touching on everything. This way, you can easily find restaurants loved by locals, businesses redefining the industry, and learn about foods and even the different cultures in Central Florida. As they share these insider secrets, Michael and the Pedacitos team are helping brands and personalities reach their target audience. As a result, Pedacito has published more than 350 stories.

Michael says they plan to cover much bigger areas, allowing everyone to share their story and culture with the rest of the world. Pedacitos is looking to expand to other places in Florida and hopefully outside the US. When Michael Acevedo started Pedacitos, he wanted a blog that would tell stories from around the world. Michael was able to do this for some months before COVID worsened and lockdowns were imposed. Michael is looking to tell stories beyond Central Florida.

FRIDAY AI by Cluster Networks Delivers Automated IT Solutions to Businesses Around the World

For any company operating in today’s digital landscape, technical issues that put their business offline can be devastating to the organization. The problem is it can often take hours – even days – for an IT help desk to assess and fix the situation. At Cluster Networks, they have developed a solution that delivers proactive IT support – meaning businesses can be up and running again within minutes.

FRIDAY by Cluster Networks is the world’s first automated IT solution, an AI-driven program that monitors and troubleshoots tech issues before they start to affect a company’s bottom line. With a robust dashboard that proactively tracks and solves key issues in a company’s IT infrastructure, FRIDAY keeps an organization on track without lengthy wait times or complicated troubleshooting steps.

FRIDAY actively monitors the status and configuration of a company’s Wifi, switches, and firewalls; monitors IoT devices, including VoIP phones and surveillance cameras, and assesses critical support events as they occur. Companies can review key performance indicators such as uptime percentage and Mean Time To Resolution (MTTR), giving them a clear picture of the health of their organization’s IT setup.

As Cluster Network’s CEO and co-founder, TJ Karwal, explains, FRIDAY is designed for complete automation and monitoring of a company’s IT workplace environment, delivering fully customizable solutions for any business, regardless of size.

“FRIDAY is flexible enough to work with organizations of any size, any number of devices, any number of sites,” Karwal says. “At the same time, it still gives them flexibility enough to customize their solution, to train FRIDAY to act the way they want it to act.”

Few businesses use a monitoring tool for their IT setup; in reality, only the more enterprise IT teams utilize monitoring in their environment. There are a few reasons for this; monitoring tools are often costly and require a serious budget to buy the licenses, they require a technical resource to set it up and maintain it as the IT landscape changes, and also because even when you do have monitoring, you still require your staff to use it, and doing that 24 hours, seven days a week, 365 days a year is both challenging and costly.

Even those that do use a monitoring tool for their IT setup have found that there has never been an automated platform that can actively solve problems in real-time until now. This is a considerable benefit to companies and eCommerce sites that would be crippled if their business went offline for even a few hours. With FRIDAY, the problem is solved quickly – in less time than it would take for someone to contact an IT help desk. If the problem cannot be immediately resolved, FRIDAY automatically moves it up the chain of command, vastly accelerating response times.

“Monitoring tools tell you when problems are occurring, but then, how do you go about solving them? FRIDAY takes the next actionable step to resolve those problems and get them put away,” Karwal says. “It is not just monitoring and discovery; it is actionable follow-up and resolving problems.”

For companies that rely on technology – as most businesses in today’s world do – FRIDAY allows them to reliably control their IT, minimize downtime, and focus on other core areas within the organization.

“FRIDAY can help in several different ways. Many of our clients use it to service their site, where they have their own IT help desk, and others are managed service providers who white label Friday and offer it to serve their end customers,” Karwal says. “FRIDAY accomplishes what MSPs have traditionally invested millions of dollars to do, which is to have complex monitoring tools, do a lot of the heavy lifting, automate support tasks, and address problems before they become major issues.”

How HomeBuddy Is Disrupting the U.S. Home Improvement Market

HomeBuddy is an online home improvement website creating a friendly and trusted platform to connect homeowners with the right contractors more efficiently to make home improvement a better experience. Their contractors have completed over 13,000 projects in less than four months. HomeBuddy is the brainchild of Siren Group, an award-winning digital marketing firm based in Switzerland with over 120 team members across the globe. Siren Group is actively growing. The fully-remote team aims to double its headcount annually for the next few years. They’re looking to hire in a wide variety of roles as well.

The HomeBuddy platform connects homeowners to high-quality, licensed contractors across the USA. Clients can request a project estimate, and HomeBuddy’s algorithm will pair them with a contractor that has availability and fits their needs. HomeBuddy’s team has vetted all contractors on the platform. “To request a quote, Homeowners should fill in all the necessary information on the service, including their location, type of repairs or renovations services, and contacts. After submitting the request, we will connect you with a great contractor who can do the job well and can give you a quote” explains the COO.

HomeBuddy’s leadership team has experienced some rocky moments along the way, especially during their launch. The Ukraine-Russia war had just begun, and close to 20 of their employees in Ukraine were affected by the war. However, they overcame this by spending countless hours and a lot of money to ensure their safety.

The industry’s biggest challenges involve contractors getting high-quality leads, i.e., people who are interested in their services and have realistic budget expectations. On the other hand, consumers also struggle to find a contractor who will provide a good experience, do the job well, as promised, in good time, clear their mess after work, do it in a way that lasts, etc., at a reasonable price.

The platform’s CEO shares the most exciting things about their industry. He stated, “Home improvement is an industry currently dominated by ancient and set-in-their-ways companies who are significantly behind the times in many respects and are primed for disruption.” He shared the most significant thing the industry might experience in the next five years is that there is a lot of opportunity to bring the latest best practices from other industries into home improvement, including digitization, automation, big data, machine learning, and many more.

HomeBuddy.com’s biggest competitors are HomeAdvisor.com, Angie.com, and Modernize.com. However, they are confident in their work and proud that contractors and consumers adore them. The CEO urges all aspiring entrepreneurs to become experts in the industry they are targeting. When asked about their plans, he answered, “We currently cover six home improvement verticals with varying degrees of geographical coverage in each one. We want to reach 15 verticals by the end of next year and cover most of the U.S.”

“Cultured” – Breakthrough Innovation in Lab-Grown Food By Atelier Meats

Breakthrough Innovation in Lab-Grown Food By Atelier Meats

Overview:

Cultured meat is at the forefront of public awareness. This comes as no surprise; cultured meat is a practical and economical substitute for the farmed variety. The market for cultured meat is expected to grow with every new development in biotechnology. Leading this advancement is Atelier Meats, a biotechnology company with a focus on the production and marketing of lab-grown foodstuffs.

There will likely be a major increase in the market for cultured over the next several years as consumers look toward more environmentally sustainable options for food products. The growth is bolstered by increasing concerns about animal welfare, public health risks like diseases commonly associated with animal meats and substandard health and safety oversights.

Prominent public figures such as Leonardo DiCaprio and Ashton Kutcher have backed the industry, generating even more public attention.

Atelier Meats believes that creating a top-quality cultured meat product relies on the application of a precise and well-structured “biological scaffold” as the foundation for the growth of the cells that make up the meat.

The company unveiled its new multi-year and interdisciplinary collaborative research and development project with Rutgers on March 7, 2022. The State University of New Jersey (“Rutgers”) aims to help improve the quality of Atelier’s proprietary technology to produce lab-grown or cultured meats. Among its principal researchers are Joseph Freeman, Ph.D., Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Rutgers-New Brunswick’s School of Engineering, and Yong Mao, Ph.D., Associate Research Professor in the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Rutgers-New Brunswick School of Arts and Sciences.

Through the participation of Rutgers, the company expects to finish the prototype of its scaffold technology in Q4 2022. In comparison to its rivals, Atelier’s long-term growth plans aim to showcase the ability of its scaffolding technology, demonstrating a higher level of cell adhesion and organization when compared to other products in the market. These other competitors typically make use of synthetic or gelatin-based cells as their scaffolds, resulting in less effective cellular response and, therefore, a marginally slower rate of cell proliferation.

In conclusion, management anticipates exciting developments in the remaining months of 2022 and 2023 as the business builds on the foundation of its recent successes. The mission of Atelier Meats is to provide a more beneficial and sustainable source of protein for the entire planet. A world-class staff, a growing intellectual property portfolio, strong collaborations with well-known industry leaders, and a robust capital markets strategy are the cornerstones of a solid foundation and strategy that will support future growth.

About Atelier Meats Corp.

Atelier is a biotechnology business dedicated to producing quality, lab-grown meats. Run by a world-class team with proprietary patent-pending technology, Atelier aims to produce sustainable options for the conscious consumer.

The Importance of Selling or Recycling Devices to Reduce E-Waste

Just about everyone owns at least one electronic device in some capacity. In the digital age, when technology constantly evolves, e-waste has become a common environmental problem. New Samsung and Apple devices, including computers, phones, smartwatches, and more, are released yearly, sometimes more than that.

More people are discarding old devices faster every year, producing multiple tons of e-waste, creating a harmful environmental impact. Selling or recycling your old unused, or broken devices can not only reduce e-waste, but it can also provide you with some much-needed quick cash. Reducing e-waste is essential, and everyone that owns electronics can do their part. Here are a few reasons why it’s important to reduce e-waste by selling or recycling your unused or broken devices.

Prevents Overloading Landfills – E-waste is entering landfills at an increasing rate every year. The waste that enters the landfills takes up precious space within landfills and can cause toxic substances and materials to seep into the soil, air, and groundwater. The materials used to create many devices include mercury and lead. When these devices are incorrectly disposed of, they can harm the many surrounding ecosystems.

Allows Sourcing Raw Materials – Most of the components in the devices are completely recyclable. They are made from minerals and elements mined from many places around the world. Recycling your old devices or even selling them on a marketplace can help conserve natural resources by reducing demand.

Helps Reclaim Valuable Metals – Many discarded electronics are made of an array of recyclable metals such as copper, aluminum, and gold. Recycling e-waste allows companies to extract these valuable metals instead of mining or producing more, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and conserving our precious metals.

Increases Access to Those Who Can’t Afford a Brand-New Device – If you sell or donate your old devices, you can provide a device to someone in need through social programs. Selling your device can allow people to purchase a phone, laptop, or more that they wouldn’t be able to afford if it were new and in a box.

Selling or recycling your used or broken devices can help dramatically reduce e-waste and minimize environmental impacts. Too many people avoid selling their broken phones on eBay or other platforms because they think no one will purchase them, and it’s complex. The reality is that even broken devices can be repaired to become functional and useful devices.

Making a change requires all of us to collectively change our consumer behaviors. Recycling or selling your old tech to help reduce e-waste and help promote a healthier environment.

WebTradeIn.com can provide a good estimate for your broken or used devices through a simple and easy-to-use platform. Our in-house techs repair broken devices and get them in great shape for reselling. Learn more about it by visiting Web Trade-In today.

How Robert Eason is saving the planet with his Solar Company – GOSO Technologies

Climate change is real and has been affecting everyone around the globe. The rate with which the water level is rising, along with the record-breaking rise in temperature, is alarming. The excess use of oil, plastic, and deforestation has made the earth unstable. It is resulting in an unbalanced climate throughout the globe, and the number of Tsunamis, Cyclones, Floods, and other natural disasters is increasing annually. According to a recent study, if humans do not change their lifestyle, it is only a matter of a few decades before everything is lost. In such a time of need, finding a solution that not only saves our planet, but also helps us to sustain life on earth is crucial. One such solution is Solar energy, which has been a potential ‘green’ candidate to replace pollutant-based electricity generation sources.

Solar energy is based on the concept of using light energy from the sun to support life on earth. It is a renewable energy resource and positively supports the environment while sustaining life. Solar energy was first theoretically discovered back in 1839, and with the development of science and technology, the efficiency of Solar systems has increased exponentially. Solar energy is being used in almost every industry throughout the world, from powering houses, cars, and factories to various public sectors. Due to the sun’s easy accessibility, Solar is more likely to impact the climate positively than any other renewable source.

Robert Eason, the founder and CEO of GOSO Technologies, is a firm believer in the power of solar energy. He is actively assisting the restoration of our planet by converting home and business owners to solar. He comes from a religious and high-achieving family. His father was a devoted pastor and missionary, while his mother was a social worker. Both parents impacted Robert’s perspective about the world. He also desired to change and help people around the world. Robert’s father was a graduate of Harvard Business School; first in his academic class, and always promoted the idea of chasing dreams and becoming an entrepreneur. Robert lived his whole life under the shadow of an overachieving family. From a young age, he was determined to make it on his own and prove his worth.

Life was not easy for Robert as he faced major challenges in college. He was struggling in his life and trying to find something that motivated him and helped him build his career. While shifting jobs, he discovered his talent for sales. He was known as a top performer by all his employers. Robert stumbled upon a company selling residential solar in need of a salesman. Solar technology appealed to Robert as this was an incredible opportunity to work on futuristic technology while contributing to saving the earth.

While working and understanding everything about the Solar panel business, Robert realized that he had to go solo to change the world and his life. In January 2020, Robert took a bold move in the middle of the pandemic and started his own Solar panel company with a focus on developing more efficient technology. He still maintained his job as a salesman during this initial period, and after breaking all records of his company’s sales, he resigned and shifted towards entrepreneurship. Robert was destined to rule the world of Solar, and as predicted, he gained outstanding success. According to Robert, ‘Solar is not only a high-ticket product that allowed me to grow my sales skills, but also it is something that is going to save the planet. There is no better product to sell than solar. Learning to automate the business is what allows me to continue to grow and add more to my plate.’

Robert’s organization, GOSO technology, is praised for its reliability and quality standards. It has gained a 5-star rating on Google and is providing affordable Solar panels to the residential sector throughout the United States. They are dedicated to helping their clients navigate the nuances of both Solar technology and the regional rebates that make it affordable. Their business is built on their reputation for being able to determine the efficiency and efficacy of Solar systems in specific scenarios and implement them effectively to maximize gains. Their incredibly devoted team is always available to guide their clients and help them find the best and most efficient method to harness Solar energy.

Solar panels are the need of the hour. As the world and ecosystem descend into a progressively dismal state, people like Robert are trying to spread awareness and save the planet. Robert has always ensured that he delivers the most efficient and cost-effective solar panels, with an intention to preserve the planet rather than profiteering from the need. The world truly needs more individuals like Robert, who propagate and promote the use of Solar energy. There is no doubt that Solar energy, a clean, natural, and healthy resource, is one of our only long-term solutions to protecting and preserving the world we live in. It is time for us to unite and embrace it as our only means of preserving the human race in the upcoming future.
