The Woman’s Network Magazine: A New Era of Empowerment for Women in Business

Success isn’t just about individual ambition—it’s about creating opportunities for others. That’s the driving philosophy behind The Woman’s Network Magazine, a promising platform dedicated to helping women in business showcase their work, connect with like-minded professionals, and thrive. Under the leadership of founder Toi Hardy, the magazine is working to redefine visibility for women entrepreneurs, executives, and industry leaders. And now, with the addition of acclaimed designer Dina Kabdolla as Chief Design Editor, its impact has the potential to grow even further.

A Platform for Visibility, Growth, and Legacy

Women in business are making notable strides, yet many remain unseen, underrepresented, or without the right platforms to amplify their voices. Hardy recognized this gap and set out to create a high-end, luxury magazine that not only highlights successful women but also aims to provide tangible opportunities for economic and professional growth.

“Visibility is power,” Hardy states. “If women aren’t seen, they’re often overlooked. This magazine is about changing that. We’re not just telling stories—we’re striving to open doors to funding, networking, and high-profile collaborations.”

Blending the prestige of publications like Vogue, Forbes, and Essence, the magazine spotlights high-achieving women, luxury events, and impactful brands. But it goes beyond storytelling—it’s a strategic tool for empowerment, offering women a space to promote their businesses, connect with industry leaders, and gain the recognition they deserve.

Dina Kabdolla Joins as Chief Design Editor

When Hardy met Dina Kabdolla, she immediately saw a visionary creator who shared her passion for elevating women. Their first collaboration was on the art video Your Has Been Served, where Hardy served as the muse. Later, when Hardy wore a stunning dress Kabdolla designed with just one hand, their creative synergy became increasingly evident.

Now, as Chief Design Editor, Kabdolla will shape the magazine’s visual identity, working to ensure that every page exudes luxury, empowerment, and storytelling.

“Dina is not just a designer—she’s a storyteller, a creator, and a visionary,” Hardy explains. “Her ability to bring bold ideas to life is a key asset to amplify this platform for women in business.”

For Kabdolla, this role is about more than aesthetics—it’s about creating an aspirational space for women.

“Women need places where they can celebrate their wins, learn from challenges, and connect with others who believe in their dreams,” Kabdolla says. “That’s what we’re working to build—a space that aims to truly empower.”

A Movement, Not Just a Magazine

Beyond a publication, The Woman’s Network Magazine is positioning itself as a tangible force for change, making its way into high-profile events like the Women’s Impact Awards and its own official launch. It’s also a monetized platform for brands and businesses, with a portion of proceeds supporting the Yacht Club Children’s Charity—feeding children while elevating women.

Hardy has outlined plans for expansion, including:

  • Bringing the magazine to 15 major U.S. cities with large-scale women’s networking events
  • Exploring opportunities for corporate sponsorships to fund business grants for women
  • Launching a National Women’s Network Conference featuring high-profile speakers and industry leaders
  • Increasing media circulation to help featured women pursue speaking engagements, funding, and collaborations

“We’re not just covering women’s stories—we’re working to build legacies,” Hardy says.

With Hardy’s leadership and Kabdolla’s creative direction, The Woman’s Network Magazine is demonstrating that when women support each other, they don’t just succeed—they can create opportunities that have the potential to transform industries.
