Scaling Your Business from Dream State to Joy-Full

Burnout is a common problem among professionals and can be very challenging to manage. As the author of The Joy-Full Entrepreneur: Solutions, Signs and Wonders book series and the driving force behind F.I.T. in Faith Press, Tamra Andress brings a fresh perspective to this discussion—the mission for Tamra and sixteen other well-known authors (Dr. Michelle Marie Lappin, Sharayah Gonzales, Anthony Hart, Alejandra Crisafulli, Tierney Shirrel, Keith Callaway, Julianne Kirkland, Julie Kresl Richards, Kathryn Mcadam, Tamika Thomas, Marcus Ellis, Laura Hicks, Wendy Rhodes, Natalie Petroskey, Angela Bellar, and Sharon Davenport) is to empower business owners to find fulfillment, joy, and purpose in their ventures. In various roles, Tamra has worked in the corporate field for more than fifteen years. She has experience in publishing, business, personal branding, network marketing, and other fields. Her path has been one of growth, perseverance, and unwavering faith.

Tamra started her business journey six years ago to help dreamers reach their potential. Through her coaching and mentoring, she learned that genuine success is about fostering the visionary leader within and embracing a culture of pleasure and service rather than focusing on standard measures. Even though Tamra overcame many obstacles, such as burnout, mental health issues, and leadership difficulties, she never wavered in her resolve to include faith and personal growth in her business strategy.

Tamra is unique because of her steadfast conviction that being an entrepreneur should be associated with happiness and contentment rather than just financial success. She advocates a holistic approach to business that views biblical precepts as compass points for the entrepreneurial journey and places a higher value on fulfillment than on simple achievement. Through her podcasts, keynotes, and coaching sessions, Tamra inspires company owners to see the cues businesses present, develop original solutions, and savor the surprise and delight of starting their own companies.

With her influence going beyond what she does on her own, Tamra hopes to establish a community of ‘joy-full’ entrepreneurs who encourage and support one another along the way with F.I.T. in Faith Press. Through her non-profit organization, The Founder Collective, she empowers leaders weekly to bring fresh perspectives to seasoned and prospective business owners, teaching them the skills and resources they need to thrive. Tamra also hopes to improve people’s lives worldwide by supporting their entrepreneurial dreams and giving them career opportunities through her apparel brand, HALO.

In the future, Tamra sees F.I.T. in Faith Press as a household name, her podcasts becoming popular in international charts, and her non-profit, The Founder Collective, enabling ambitious business owners to realize their goals as ordained and operating marketplace ministers through the 10-month academy launch school. HALO’s fashion brand also seeks to empower women globally by encouraging their business pursuits and promoting community development, sustainability, and economic empowerment.

Since the pandemic, many people have been aware of the difficulty of juggling work and social obligations. Tamra’s message speaks to leaders, company owners, and entrepreneurs alike. With her contagious enthusiasm and unshakable faith, she encourages people to adopt a positive approach to business based on alignment, purpose, and spiritual fulfillment. Numbers matter, but they are only a fraction of the entire lens of a healthy company.
