Thus, after several meetings and research, they decided that Mexico was the place to have their teams, and they went on to try to find a company that could do this for them. After a long search for the right company, Pedro and his team discovered that none met the demands, and hence decided to help the clients and start their own company, Remote Team Solutions. They started with just a few customers from their other businesses and quickly started growing. “Being able to help our clients and exceed their expectations while helping our community by providing excellent opportunities is what drives us,” Pedro affirms.
The company initially had a few hiccups and struggled to gain the trust of its prospects and convert them into clients. The Remote Team Solutions team hopes to open offices in two or three different states and continue adding programs that generate value for their customers.
