My Motivation Comes From My Kids: Bjorn “Beez” Hendricks

Beez talks about how his kids have motivated him to create and grow his multiple businesses.

Business is about enduring the highs and lows. Most entrepreneurs quit their businesses because they couldn’t see the results in a short period. Startups and new ideas demand patience and humans lack it. But unless they have something to drive them for their purpose, they feel that there is no point in going. Hence, motivation is very important for people to do anything they wish for. The source of motivation varies from person-to-person. Some people are motivated by money, some people need promotion for motivation, but some are motivated by their children, just like Beez.

Early Life

Bjorn “Beez” Hendricks started his career by working for corporations. After a while he started his e-commerce business with Amazon FBA. After achieving success in that realm and while networking with others in that space, he realised the need for simplifying the supply chain and expanded his business in that domain. One thing led to another, and he launched another company. This pattern followed and soon Bjorn became to be known as “Business Builder Beez” due to his tremendous ability to see business opportunities and successfully execute them. Today, he is a proud founder of various businesses in various industries.

Beez’ Motivation Source

Beez’ motivation comes from his kids and wanting them to live a life of freedom. He also gives credit to the books he has read like Rich Dad, Poor Dad that talks about reclaiming his time to be a business owner instead of self-employed. Also, the more he learns, he is inspired to learn even more and proudly calls himself a lifelong student. He has accomplished a lot of things in a short time and this motivates him even further to share this knowledge to others so that they have the same opportunities. He is driven to teach young adults and give back to the community.

With this, he hopes to inspire people through leading by example. He wants to be an example that anyone can accomplish what he has. The only thing required is to be willing to change their mindset and execute the information they are given. He also hopes to inspire through philanthropy and community services. In 2020, he held an event where he invited fellow entrepreneurs to come with him and buy out every toy at a Super Walmart in Miramar, Florida and they donated it all to a charity directly helping kids. This event gained notoriety and Beez was on the news and internet. This became a trend and people from all over the country also coordinated similar acts of charity. This incident made him realise the type of impact he wants to leave on the world.

With that in mind, he started his Business Builders’ Institute (BBI) where he coaches people about everything in a business, from funding to scaling, wealth preservation, and everything needed to live the life many only dream of. The BBI mentors people on how to flourish as entrepreneurs, and build a life for themselves.

Beez is motivated and is ready to inspire through action for everyone who joins him. So the question is….are you ready to live a life of freedom and abundance?
