Katerina Kastrinaki – Creating Memories and Taking Travel Experiences in Greece to Another Level

My very first experience as a tourist was at the early age of 6 years old. That is when I boarded a plane to travel to my island, Crete, and, specifically, my town, Chania. Well, I must say that was an incredible one as I have watched and felt all the beauty through the eyes of a small child; even the words can’t describe my actual feeling fully. I could touch the sky, my imagination ran wild, and I couldn’t close the doors of creative adventures about the creatures living in the sea below and flying high in the sky. The fire of exploration was burning in my heart for all those small islands that I could barely see as they seemed like dots from my window seat. They were so captivating and magnificent that my enthusiasm became stronger by the minute.

Little did I know that the combined feelings of curiosity, need for exploration, and excitement would motivate me to step up to this path for the rest of my life. Like, I had no idea back then. But, of course, great things happen at a great time.

Chania was the place where I spent all my summer vacations by ferry and plane. That is the place where I was able to grow up multiculturally and embrace the diversity of people. Tourists from around the world walked beside me, speaking in their language. Although I couldn’t decode it then, my imagination couldn’t pause again. I used to think how melodious they sounded, like a beautiful song. It was then that I decided, a few songs later, that I wanted to delve further into the words of each song I heard, decode it, trace it back to its beginnings, and visit as many nations as I could.

One single door can open multiple paths to walk on, and I decided to study and work in Tourism since it was naturally coming to me. I was self-driven by it. Voila, I figured out my path; that was a little victory. It was all predestined; I had to trust my senses. As I broadened my horizons, all the new information and knowledge I learned during my studies was always exciting and interesting. I got closer to my objective when I graduated from the Business and Finance Management faculty at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete in 2002.

My journey in the travel industry spans almost two decades, covering various positions in hotels and travel agencies. My love for exploring new places and unshakable work ethic drove me to open my agency, where I can share my knowledge and assist fellow travelers in attaining their travel dreams.

My main objective is for my fellow travelers to query about every thought and information flowing in their minds related to traveling ( (i.e., trip costs, budget, preferences, entertainment, dreams, etc.). As a result, I may offer the best possible solutions based on their unique needs and put up all my knowledge onto one table before I could hold their hands and open the way for the travel they imagined once.
