If Not Now, When? Business Mentor, Author, And Empowering Coach, Agata Galuszka, Is Teaching Women How To Create Confidence And Reach Success

Agata Galuszka is on a mission to inspire confidence and independence in women around the world. After going through her own journey of developing independence and self-belief, she created Ultimate Confidence, a self-improvement coaching program helping women reach their goals and realize truly anything is possible.

As a business mentor, author, global speaker, and empowering coach, Agata is committed to guiding women on the path to greater confidence and success. The Ultimate Confidence program is designed to help women unlock their full potential to reach self-development and business goals, even with many challenges in their way.

“We’re trying to help as many women as possible, with a focus on life coaching, empowerment, and overcoming challenges for women to reach the highest level of confidence,” Galuszka said.

Inspiring Women Empowerment Through Business and Entrepreneurship Coaching

Agata’s coaching program is centered around the challenging circumstances many women find themselves in, starting as children and continuing well into adulthood. She wants every woman to know they have what it takes to turn their dreams into reality, no matter how far out of reach they may seem.

“Ultimate Confidence is the go-to tool for women who tend to not take action when it comes to bettering themselves. It’s first aid for women, with a roadmap to building a routine and being able to stand up for yourself in the world,” Agata said. “Our modules teach women how to be independent and build their confidence. It is a sustainable solution to problems women face, that they have unlimited access to, for the rest of their lives.”

Agata’s corporate experience pushed her to start her own business, where she could be in charge of her own destiny and help other women do the same. She acknowledges the difficulty of being a young woman working in a predominantly male environment, something she went through during her years of HR work.

“It was very challenging and still is,” Agata said. “Many women are discriminated against and undermined for being ‘too emotional,’ but they are missing their full potential. Men go to work to have fun, but I felt like I was fighting to be seen.”

Recognizing Self-Worth and Celebrating Achievements

Long before she was a business owner, Agata Galuszka was going through the motions of climbing the corporate ladder, which inspired her to fight for what’s fair.

“Women are lacking in confidence and remain dependent on others, typically because they believe themselves to be a ‘weaker link’ or ‘the second act’ in comparison to men,” Agata said. “As I took part in women development projects and eventually became director of HR, I realized all the challenges women face.”

Having made it through her fair share of challenges, including an abusive marriage in her early 20s, Agata knew she wanted to work in people development. She began writing about female empowerment, including women in corporate, women at home, and women who come from difficult family lives. Her passion for empowering women and giving them more opportunities has led her toward confidence coaching where she can help women work on themselves.

“I’ve experienced being the weak link and losing the drive for independence,” Agata said. “Now with the Ultimate Confidence and Financial Independence Academy, we’re teaching women to be bold, fearless, and ultimately unstoppable.”

Ultimate Confidence and Bright Futures

After working with best-selling author Natasha Grano and watching global motivational phenomenon Tony Robbins, Agata Galuszka found herself even more inspired. Like these popular motivational speakers, she wants to make women’s lives better and use her own experience to go beyond theories and provide practical techniques people can relate to.

She wants to speak to a global audience, sharing her journey and offering women the support they need to grow and succeed. She says society and perception lead to many women lacking confidence. While traditionally men were considered the main provider, she wants women to know that they are strong enough to accomplish anything.

“We’ve spent too much time being confused about what we want. That’s why Ultimate Confidence is a roadmap, full of exercises and examples women can relate to,” Agata said. “It’s almost like a dictionary when learning a language, taking the guesswork out, learning how to speak up.”

This message is shared across the organized, user-friendly digital program, which is available in Kajabi with access to notes and modules much like having a psychologist. Women are encouraged to access these modules and exercises when they feel stuck, with a free mobile app featuring focused videos and transcripts.

At the end of the day, Agata Galuszka just wants to see women shine. With every woman she helps, she feels a strong sense of purpose and pride. It’s rewarding to know she’s sharing self-improvement tools and independence resources with women who can really benefit from this guidance on creating their own business and becoming the best version of themselves.

“The academy is building women up and showing them how to stick to a routine, navigate difficult conversations, and work on themselves,” Agata said. “After all, it’s easier to work on ourselves when we feel happy and confident, not in a state of survival.”
