Luxury could have many different definitions depending on the context, and in the case with real estate, luxury is typically associated with location. Homes closer to New York City, in Westchester county tend to have a higher median sales price than homes further from New York City. Take Scarsdale for example, it’s a prestigious village located in Westchester County, New York, approximately 25 miles north of New York City.
