Ayush Soni Shedding Light on the Importance of Hiring a Content Creator for Personal and Business Brands

Brands have gone from being strictly business-oriented to taking other aspects that make up the business more seriously. Content creation is one area that has pushed brands to higher realms in their various niches. While brands value content creation, many don’t think they need to hire a content creator to work for them. Creative Content Producer, storyteller and filmmaker Ayush Soni disagrees. Ayush believes every personal and business brand should have an inhouse content creator helping with content. A content creator is someone who films, edits and distributes the content on social media.

Advocating for his stance, Ayush Soni gives multiple examples of famous celebrities who, despite being content creators themselves, have their own personal in-house creators. In his words, “Famous celebrities like The Rock, Will Smith, Gary Vaynerchuk and music producers have their own in-house creators. They follow their journey and produce content for social media. Creating content doesn’t need a big Hollywood set. Social media is the modern-day TV and the creator is the modern-day Producer.”

Ayush Soni also shares some insights on how to hire the right creator. According to the content creator, the right creator should be a contextual storyteller, an optimist and curious personality.  “The right content creator should have a deep understanding of the audience and how to drive the story accordingly. It’s not about eye candy posts, you need to create something that the audience can grow on. The ability to identify trends is also an important quality. Trends die before they even start, and even if you can’t always keep up with them, you sure as hell can create one. An optimistic creator studies the social media patterns and draws a hypothesis towards what’s next,” Ayush said.

Ayush Soni’s skills as a content creator has often shone through in his work creating content for small and medium-sized  businesses and commercial brands. He has worked with global brands like Nike, Skechers and Lyft. He also worked with Dr. Adarsh Vijay Mudgil personal brand and grew his TikTok profile to 2 million followers and over a billion views.

Ayush Soni has grown his own brand organically as a creative content producer, storyteller and filmmaker. He’s an immigrant pursuing his passion in the United States. He has not been without hurdles and obstacles, which explain why he is passionate about getting it right when it comes to building a brand through content creation. Ayush has worked many jobs from a very young age and is quite vast in his experience across multiple industries. His move to the United States has seen him venture into other things, especially filmmaking and content creation and he has done quite some notable projects. Some of the people he worked with have worked on Oscar-winning films which shows the type of quality and excellence he has been exposed to. He believes strongly in building brands through storytelling and this has reflected in his personal branding work for many notable personalities.

As a creative entrepreneur, Ayush Soni wears many hats which all seem to fit perfectly as every niche he’s involved in connects with one another seamlessly. He hopes to get his story out, get involved in more projects and show aspiring content creators that they can do it too if they set their mind to it. “I believe I am one of the living proofs of coming from dirt and following one’s dreams. Nothing has ever deterred me as I have done nothing but relentlessly follow my dreams over the years,” Ayush said.
