Andrew Molen, Joe Ricci, and Jon Behling are all hospitality professionals who have decades of experience establishing and operating hotels and restaurants. Andrew Molen is a restaurateur and the principle operator of Andrew Molen Enterprises. Jon Behling has been in the industry since college in 2001, and has over two decades of experience. Behling partnered in his first restaurant in 2016 and has since been working with credible hospitality groups. Joe Ricci, the third of the trio ‘s operating executives, has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in marinas and hotels. Over the course of his career, Ricci has built many large developments including: Restaurants, Hotels, & Marinas. Now, Molen is collaborating with Joe Ricci and Jon Behling to open new restaurants in Ludlow, Vermont & Windham, New York & is currently seeking new locations in The Hamptons, New York City, & Boston.
The Vision
The group has worked together on various projects over the last decade, and now the trio has set out to bring a unique dining experience with more variation to Vermont & Up-State New York. The group’s alignment saw that the areas needed something new and exciting for seasonal travelers seeking boutique lodging, ambience, and new culinary experiences. Together the team has partnered with an entrepreneur, Troy Caruso, to help expand his vision of Ludlow, Vermont from a known skiing destination into a year round destination. The group’s vision is much the same in Windham, NY — when asked Molen stated ”We are looking to do much the same with Union + Post in Windham, New York with a similar hotel & dining experience”.
New Restaurants & New Management
The group is currently running Calcuttas, a modern American restaurant, located at Foxrun Golf Club. As well as a Japanese pop up , Sushi Snow Storm — both located at Foxrun. In the near future, the group is also launching its newest concept, Off The Rails, down the road from their two other locations and steps away from Okemo Mountain Skiing and Resort. The concept Off The Rails is an upcoming Pizza / Bar-Bite eatery with live music coming soon to the area. Lastly, Alta Tuscan Grille is an Italian Steak House — Which is also within steps of Okemo Mountain. Alta will be serving authentic Italian Cuisine with Steaks cooked to perfection — Coming In near future. In the additional theatre in Windham, NY the group is excited for the opening of Union + Post — which is a boutique hotel and restaurant set in New York’s Northern Catskills.
Long Term Success
The Groups long term vision includes the successful launch of their existing concepts & and the continual succession of their proprietary marketplace solutions in various areas across the country. With a hospitality vision with an emphasis in desired destination locations, the group is optimistic for the future growth and of their mission to provide amazing experiences for modern day travelers.
