Tips for Healthcare Entrepreneurship

The healthcare industry is notorious for being one of the most taxing career paths one can take. Not only do healthcare professionals have to go through years of strenuous schooling to be able to sit for licensing exams. They also regularly have to work forced overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays. When working for large healthcare systems, they are often paid wages that are too low for their work, the responsibilities they accept, the liability they are exposed to, and are frequently not treated with the respect they deserve. However, this doesn’t have to be the case if a healthcare professional chooses to pursue the path of healthcare entrepreneurship.

Becoming a healthcare entrepreneur

When starting, it is best to begin your healthcare business part-time. Run your own practice a few days a week, and work at the hospital or other healthcare setting on additional workdays. This will ensure that you have a stable income and can keep the lights on until your patient load becomes more substantial while also allowing you to dip your toes in the water of becoming an entrepreneur

“Although healthcare entrepreneurship can be exciting, not everyone likes the added responsibility of being a business owner,” asserts Jason Duprat, founder of the Healthcare Entrepreneur Academy. “It’s best to find that out before making too large of a financial investment into that career path.”

An excellent way for healthcare professionals to learn the ropes of being a healthcare entrepreneur is by becoming a 1099 contractor. As a 1099 contractor, you operate as a “self-employed” independent contractor while working under the roof of an established business. With this structure, you get some benefits of running your own business — such as more independence and control over one’s schedule— without having to do any of the legwork of marketing or finding new patients.

The goal of a new healthcare entrepreneur starting their own clinic is to build up a steady stream of patients. “At first, you start by taking on enough patients that you can get into the rhythm of running your own practice — be it offering direct primary care, aesthetics, or some form of holistic or wellness healthcare service like ketamine or IV drip therapy,” Duprat explains. “Then, once you feel confident that you are able and eager to do your business into a full-time career, you can increase your patient load to a level that can sustain transitioning to practicing in your clinic full-time.”

Being successful as a healthcare entrepreneur

Remember, when you start your own practice, you aren’t just a healthcare clinician— you are also a business owner. This comes with a different set of skills you may not have been educated on before. Most education programs at colleges and universities focus on teaching the knowledge and skills you will need to know throughout your career as someone that provides direct patient care. Being a healthcare entrepreneur, on the other hand, involves applying an entirely different set of business skills that you will undoubtedly have to learn.

As a healthcare entrepreneur, you should always be learning. Even though you may have your degrees and required certifications, there is always more to learn. Look into online courses, conferences, and certificates to further your career and knowledge. Not only will these help you provide better care for your patients, but they could also allow you to earn more money, as these more advanced qualifications will enable you to charge a premium for your services.

The healthcare industry is also highly regulated, meaning that healthcare professionals must continuously keep up to date on the most current standards and regulations. Furthermore, because the developments in medical treatment options are disseminated quickly online, patients will expect your practice to be on the cutting edge of patient care.

Another skill that healthcare entrepreneurs need to succeed is an understanding of marketing. Taking additional courses in marketing is not a bad idea for any healthcare professional wanting to start their own business, as marketing is key to business growth. Word-of-mouth referrals are great, but they generally aren’t the best way to attract additional patients quickly, which is what you will need to get to the level where you earn enough that your business can be your sole source of income.

For healthcare professionals, starting a practice and building your business is a process that requires a great deal of patience, but it can also be one of the most rewarding things you can do. “Many healthcare professionals complain about how cold and demanding the corporate healthcare world can be, but starting a practice is liberating,” says Duprat. “It allows you not only to work on your terms but also to provide care in the way they see best for your patients without having to worry about the corporate system and their prioritization of the bottom line.”

How One Company Is Saving E-Commerce Sellers Lots Of Money

Those who manage e-commerce businesses and sell their products using Amazon may encounter a significant amount of revenue loss upon failing to dispute chargebacks and shortages. The amount of fees Amazon charges sellers is fairly hefty, and most of the time, if sellers aren’t careful, the algorithms managing the system will issue inaccurate charges. These fees are disputable, but the recovery process can be complicated and often requires a large amount of dedicated time to managing the dispute process — so much so, in fact, that it can quickly become its own job.

One company has designed a service specifically to help e-commerce sellers recover their revenue from Amazon, up to 70 percent in inaccurate charges, called chargeguard. Their goal is to keep Amazon honest and help businesses increase profitability by reclaiming up to 70% of chargebacks and shortages.

How it works

As the seller or business manager simply requests an audit, the team at chargeguard will walk you through an audit process. This process doesn’t require you to be well organized or have all the answers to whatever questions they ask. Chargeguard understands that both sellers and vendors are busy managing multiple projects and tasks at any given moment, and they are used to handling mess.

After an initial audit is completed, one of chargeguard’s specialists will walk you through their chargeguard Evaluation and Recovery Analysis (C.E.R.A) report to review their results — a free, no-obligation audit of what the size of the prize looks like. Afterward, if you choose to partner with chargeguard, they will start working to recover as much money back for you from Amazon as possible, and you only pay for their service once you get paid first.

One other factor of their service that not many other companies provide is how they handle every aspect of the dispute process for their clients. Once you start with chargeguard, there’s almost nothing left in the dispute process to handle for the client.

What’s promised

Working with chargeguard is essentially like putting Amazon deduction on autopilot. Here’s the layout of what chargeguard promises:

5-year fee recovery

With the ability to recover shortage deductions as far back as five years, total recovery potential is maximized to the largest recovery possible. If a fee qualifies to be disputed, chargeguard will take every action possible to win the dispute and get your money back.

A dedicated fee fighter

A certified recovery specialist will work with you on a one-to-one basis to provide expertise and ensure an efficient recovery process. Their specialists are able to manage each step of the recovery process, advise clients on improving their fee deduction efforts, and provide expertise to clients on the intricacies of supply chain management in tandem with how Amazon’s systems work. With a dedicated specialist watching your back, you’ll save time and money. After all, it’s always easier to focus on building a business rather than worrying about protecting it when someone else is able to handle this for you.

Chargeguard insight

This is essentially a hub or dashboard that provides ongoing root cause analysis and supply chain coaching to minimize new deductions before they are levied against your account. Chargeguard understands that most clients approach them with a problem that needs to be fixed, but even after those issues are resolved, it’s just as important for companies to put new measures in place to ensure they don’t occur again.

In order to accomplish that, however, a significant amount of insight is required. This involves advanced monitoring, analysis, and automated responses to be set up to ensure money isn’t lost — or, if it is, to ensure that it’s recovered quickly.

Transparency

Chargeguard offers visibility across its entire service. Their clients are afforded visibility on the status of every dispute, allowing them to keep an eye on how many disputes are pending, denied, and approved. Most importantly, clients see how much has been recovered. This also includes other reporting that helps clients see how much Amazon has levied against their account. Clients are able to actively see total counts, chargeback types, monetary impacts, and more.

Increased profitability & only pay for results

With chargeguard, recovering historical chargebacks and shortages and reducing new deductions have helped brands increase profitability by up to 20 percent. Their fee model is simple: if chargeguard doesn’t recover deductions for you, you don’t pay them. In this way, chargeguard’s goals are the very same as your own.

chargeguard

chargeguard believes that Amazon’s vendors and marketplace sellers deserve to be treated fairly and transparently. That stronger oversight of erroneous fees levied upon vendors should be enacted for all vendors, regardless of size. Operational non-compliance should be enforced on both sides of the table. That a brand’s profits are justly theirs. Not Amazon’s.

chargeguard’s purpose is not only to help brands THRIVE on Amazon and eCommerce retailer platforms but also to empower them with the knowledge, actionable insights, and thought leadership needed to even an unfair playing field.

With A Little Perseverance And A Lot Of Imagination, We Can All Create Something Special (And Have A Lot Of Fun Doing It!)

Get ready to enjoy something wonderfully new, different, and fun! Author Matt Kelahan (pen name, Ima Marble) has written a creative and inspiring book for children, ‘Moony Milo Creates A Burp Day Gift’. This heartwarming, family-friendly story is about an everyday boy who decides to take on the difficult challenge of creating a special birthday gift for his younger sister. There are many fun surprises revealed throughout the story, as well as some very valuable life lessons!

First and foremost, the book is meant to entertain the reader. Again, there are many surprises revealed throughout the story! (What kid doesn’t like surprises?) Yet, the book also does a great job of teaching kids very valuable life lessons.

Between featuring diversity (i.e., the numerous characters are from various races), and challenging stereotypes (i.e., everyday kids can’t make special things, only boys love funny sounds – like burps), the book highlights subjects that many don’t believe are touched on enough these days.

Though Moony runs into some hilarious mishaps, he never gives up, remembering the words of Walt Disney: “if you can dream it, you can do it.” Parents and kids alike will enjoy tagging along with Mooney as he learns the power of imagination, perseverance, and believing in himself.

Mathew Moxness, the Entrepreneur and Investor in the Spotlight for His Strategic Moves Within the Real Estate Scene

Regardless of the hundreds of thousands of books that are geared toward helping both aspiring and established entrepreneurs ace the game, the reality of starting and scaling a venture is not only harsh and overwhelming but could also be discouraging. Considering the challenges that are inherent in this particular field, it is essential for anyone hoping to dip their toes in the business world, arming themselves with a go-getter attitude, to not bow down in the face of failure. This exact attitude allowed entrepreneur and investor Mathew Moxness to rise to unprecedented heights in the real estate realm and continues to propel him forward.

A widely accomplished real estate investor and experienced businessman, Mathew Moxness is the mind behind Crescendo Equity Corporation. This real estate investment company, which specializes in repurposing old and underperforming assets into multi-family homes, offers qualified private and group investors unique opportunities to participate in the ownership of prime commercial real estate throughout Canada.

Over the years, Mathew Moxness has established himself and his company as authorities in the real estate investment space with the help of an effective strategy that is intrinsically focused on identifying inefficiencies, repositioning assets, and maximizing cash flow. Additionally, the extent to which Crescendo Equity Corporation has grown from a seedling of a business idea into a thriving venture can be credited to his leadership, technical expertise, and in-depth understanding of a highly complex industry.

It helped, as well, that Mathew Moxness remained steadfast and never gave up despite the dynamic and cutthroat nature of the real estate market. “Having a mentality where you can tackle anything that gets thrown your way is paramount in this business and in being an entrepreneur,” shared the Forbes Councils member. “There is never any option for failure – there’s just the goal and how to figure out how to get there,” he added.

So far, the well-respected figure has a list of achievements under his belt and has built an impressive portfolio. The list includes approximately 500 units and numerous sustainable projects, offering long-term positive operating cash flows in the best real estate markets in Canada. In recognition of his acumen, Mathew Moxness has also graced several platforms, appearing on HGTV, CHCH, and many other notable home channels.

In the years to come, the Crescendo Equity Corporation CEO is expected to solidify his standing at the forefront of the field even further. On top of standing at the helm of lucrative ventures, he is also set to continue serving as an example for others to follow.

When asked about one critical learning that he would like new entrants and veteran entrepreneurs to remember, Mathew Moxness revealed, “There’s no time for regrets. Our experiences, whether good or bad, are what help form us into the people that we are today, so there is no sense in dwelling on the past. Instead, only take the positive out that is required to make better decisions and choices in the future. Everything helps prepare you for what’s next.”

John Nazari: How this chef is supporting farmers and local businesses

Where we saw a rise in junk food consumption two decades ago with the emergence of fast-food chains taking the market by storm, the current times are all about healthy eating. People are more health conscious and emphasize on consuming fruits and vegetables more as well as other organic food items. What is great about organic food is that it reduces major health risks, making you feel fit and active, which in turn keeps you mentally strong too. Along with this, it helps your skin stay hydrated and glowing. So, it won’t be wrong to say that healthy eating is a major component of staying active and happy.

John Nazari is a content creator, recipe developer and food producer who is passionate about helping local farms and businesses grow their reach. Currently, he is also working to develop his brand of gourmet spice blends – Nazari’s Touch.

Born in Iran in 1970, John migrated to Canada after finishing school. He was soon hired as an industrial engineer by a very reputable company, where he worked his way up to management. During his bachelor years of living alone, he developed a serious interest in cooking, and that was the turning point in his culinary journey.

Talking about his love for cooking, he shared, “In our house, the kitchen was the main hub, so everyone wanted to spend time there just to be together. I used to do all my homework on the kitchen table since I was a kid. So there was natural exposure to food and my mother’s cooking. I used to ask for prep chores, and she would give me herbs to clean up or ask me to chop the vegetables.”

He further went on to say, “Then one day, she handed me a small knife and showed me how to clean and cut meat and chicken. The interest turned into a passion when I grew older and started living on my own. I understood that I had to make a choice of either learn to cook and eat well, or fall into the trap of eating junk food or dining out all the time.”

As far as John Nazari’s training is concerned, he has done a number of cooking courses at George Brown College. But for the most part, he is a self-taught chef. Not only did he read a lot, but he also made sure to absorb everything from his surroundings. Fortunately, he had a couple of chefs and television celebrity judges around him that he looked up to. He learned from their experiences and expert comments and worked hard to carve a niche for himself.

During his time learning and cooking on his own, he realized there are a lot of small businesses and farms that produce some great food options, but people don’t know about them. He then decided to promote them and help them grow their businesses. “I actively seek businesses that have a strong ethical vision, such as being eco-friendly, sustainable, etc. However, they have a smaller social media presence. It gives me pleasure to work with their products in real life and to spread the word about their vision. I work with some other businesses that are simply for fun and may have well-known names, but they are still local or new to the social media game,” John informed. “I typically partner with them to showcase their products in the form of posts and stories. I work with them to understand what messages they want to convey to the audience and include any specific wording they want. We also work on certain products of theirs that they would like to focus on advertising more,” he elaborated, adding that he also tries creating new recipes or content with their unique ingredients. “I try to give it a vibe that attracts viewers and encourages them to buy the products by farmers and local businesses.”

For John Nazari, cooking is a way to de-stress. The kitchen is his sanctuary – his place of calm and creativity. Everyone needs an outlet, whether it’s walking your dog, smacking a golf ball on the course, or running a treadmill; we all need some sort of routine-breaker to unwind. All you need to do is to find that one thing that makes you happy and make time for it. And indulging in cooking and creating new recipes gives him joy.

John Nazari is an engineer by profession, but when he is not working, he is found in the kitchen creating new recipes and mixes. He is a doting father to two adorable kids and has a lovely, supportive wife who helps him get better at his culinary business. Spending time with his family, hosting friends and relatives, and bringing smiles to their faces is what drives him every day. He loves helping people and would like others to grow in their domains with passion, as he has managed to do successfully for himself.

Women’s Health: Ola ka Ola Leads the Charge with Empowering Online Platform

The Ola Ka Ola online health platform for women over 40 has member Linda Miller excited about taking charge of her health. A critical component of Ola Ka Ola, Miller said, is the sense of community, purpose and wellness that informs its direction, philosophy and results.

“Ola Ka Ola is a place where women meet, not only to exercise, but to motivate one another, inspire each other,” Linda said. “We worry about one another when we don’t show up. We are all like-minded, strong women who are determined to take care of our health and wellness.

“We support each other, we celebrate victories, birthdays and the birth of grandchildren. It’s so much more than just an exercise program. It’s a community, a family, a tribe; a tribe I am honored to belong to. I cannot see my life without it. I am so grateful for the friendships and mentorships. You can’t put a price tag on your health and wellness and I really, truly believe this is so well worth it. I love my Ola Ka Ola family.”

The origins of Ola Ka Ola—the only health platform of its kind for women over 40— can be traced to Michal Lissauer, a mother of five and former fitness trainer who after turning 40 was forced to take a closer look at her health. Michal suffered from Urinary Incontinence, a Pelvic Floor Dysfunction symptom.

This health challenge—pelvic floor muscles keep the bladder, bowel and internal reproductive organs in place—prompted Michal to team up with her longtime, over-40, health-conscious friend, Neta Shacham, to craft a Pelvic Floor Restore Program. The two women led a team of experts over the age of 40 and designed a plan that drew an audience of hundreds of women. This success set the stage for the launch of Ola Ka Ola, a Hawaiian phrase that translates to, “Life Goes On.”

“We make it easy to take care of your health,” Neta said. “Our solution makes it doable, fun and easy. Everything is designed exactly for what women over 40 need. With minimum effort, you can become

healthier, happier and more confident.”

The Ola Ka Ola online health platform promises a one-stop women’s health-hub with tailor-made programs, group fitness training, nutrition coaching, nutritionist-approved multivitamins, a supportive women’s tribe, and expert guidance targeting the health needs of women over 40.

Through its virtual platform, Ola Ka Ola offers an empowering environment that is private and casual. For example, the Pelvic Floor Restore Program offers women an online option that can save time, money and embarrassment.

Ola Ka Ola also offers guidance to women suffering from osteoporosis, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity and mental health issues. Classes and programs include yoga, strength training, Pilates for menopause, balance, fat loss and stretching. And an award-winning dietitian-nutritionist has designed a multivitamin regimen for women over 40.

Illustrating the depth of the Ola Ka Ola program are blogs that, like everything else, can be accessed through olakaola.com. These blogs take a deep dive on health issues facing women over 40, and complement nicely the structured offerings that power the Ola Ka Ola orbit.

Blogs that add depth and dimension to the conversation Michal launched with Ola Ka Ola include:

“Battle of the Bulge, Could it be Something Else?”

“The One Pose that will Reduce Your Waistline”

“Are Your Shoes Sabotaging Your Pelvic Floor?”

“Two Ways You Can Support Your Pelvic Health through Cold Season”

Combining the blogs with the overall Ola Ka Ola program, Michal and Neta said, offers a holistic, understanding and compassionate approach to health challenges that she and her contemporaries face with resolve.

“Every multivitamin bottle that we send you, every live session or on-demand video that we produce, every nutrition session or fun event that we host, is designed with you in mind,” Michal said.

“We’re on a mission to make it easy and enjoyable for you to live a healthier life. A woman over 40 succeeding in her health journey will find herself in an exciting time of her life. And just like her, Ola Ka Ola is unique. There is no other platform that offers the multi-pronged approach we offer, combined with the strongest sense of community, calibrated for our singular audience, of women over 40.”

Unlock the Power of Digital Analytics with Komito Analytics – The Easiest Way to Track Custom Events for Web Analytics Software

With the onset of digitalization, it has become necessary to analyze how your business performs online and take effective measures for driving traffic to your website. Not just in the digital world, state-of-the-art technology has opened doors for businesses to employ smart options to maintain their analytics and build better strategies. One such product paving its way through technology and automation is Komito Analytics, an open source script that works in addition to the Google Analytics tracking code. Komito Analytics performs this while protecting your privacy, not retaining any of your visitors data, and giving you access to insightful statistics about your website.

What does Komito Analytics do for your website?

What makes Komito Analytics unique is its ability to track visitor behaviors that are not supported by default by the most popular web analytics software. Komito Analytics automatically tracks views by users logged in to social networks, file downloads and outbound links, form submissions and page print actions, embedded videos and social widgets, user preferred color scheme and ad blockers on your website. The tool is best implemented using Google Tag Manager to ensure that it gets added to all the pages on your website. Komito Analytics is compatible with Adobe Analytics, Baidu Analytics, Clicktale, Google Analytics, Particles Analytics, Urchin, and Yandex Metrica.

How did Komito Analytics come into being, and how is it different from other software?

Datamart formerly implemented Komito Analytics for its internal operations. It was initially released as an EGA (Enhanced Google Analytics) module as a part of the JavaScript library named JSCB (JavaScript Code Base). Since then, it has been available for public use in the Google Code Project Hosting before the library got divided into three separate projects: Glize, Greylock, and Komito Analytics. The code was later transferred to the GitHub repositories.

Komito Analytics eliminates the need for the marketers and analysts to write the custom code every time they wish to get any new information about their website. It ensures a smooth tracking process that is not limited to any predefined set of trackable metrics and dimensions.

There are four ways to get Komito Analytics running on your system: the script can be added as a custom HTML tag in Google Tag Manager, or it can be added directly on your website. Komito Analytics is a free script that one can install using the official WordPress plugin or using their Google Tag Manager template.

The popularity of Komito Analytics itself speaks about its relevance and usage

Komito Analytics is licensed under Apache 2.0, allowing developers to use it for any purpose without restrictions freely. Based on 2022 data, Komito Analytics handled more than 15 million unique visitors per month and was used by more than 4,000 website owners. Its footprints can be seen in the United States, Mexico, Australia, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Recommended by the WordPress community, Komito Analytics was also mentioned in a book titled “Learning Google Adwords and Google Analytics” by Benjamin Mangold.

Komito Analytics competitors and the way forward

There are other software like Komito Analytics in the market, but none could compete with it considering its unique user benefits. These include Autotrack, introduced by Google for tracking ‘common user interactions on the web. Another is GAS (Google Analytics on Steroids) by Cardinal Path, which tries to add new functionality while keeping the same API. Unfortunately, both products are no longer supported.

Komito Analytics further goals are to introduce two more plugins for CMS besides WordPress. These include Joomla and Drupal. The platform currently supports seven web analytics software and aims to increase the number by two. Komito Analytics has a long way to go with more integration and support partners to add under its belt.

Komito Analytics can be followed on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

How Rank & Rent Expert Nick Wood Built A Multi-Million Dollar Empire Online

When entrepreneur and digital real estate expert Nick Wood found himself $60,000 in debt after a couple failed business ventures in his early 20’s, he knew he had two decisions: give up or dig himself out.

Nick chose the latter.

While his situation was less than ideal, it motivated him even further to achieve his financial goals and build a successful business that is now worth millions.

Nick’s career in business started when he worked as a door-to-door salesman in the blazing sun of the southern United States, which tested his resolve as he learned his craft. The next ten years of his entrepreneurial journey became the most challenging aspect as he started and failed a couple tech ventures that landed him $60,000 in debt. Through this hardship, he kept applying pressure until he developed what has now become a multi-7-figure digital real estate empire.

After experiencing such a winding journey of ups and downs as an entrepreneur, Nick began distilling his knowledge into an online course to help others become empowered to take control of their lives by being hands-on entrepreneurs. As a result, Digital Landlords was born.

Digital Landlords is an online course community filled with students from all walks of life, of various ages, and from all around the world. Through this community, Nick trains his students how to create passive income by building their own websites for niche services online and connecting with local business owners for monthly profit. Individuals can work from anywhere and be their own boss with Digital Landlords, ushering in a new generation of digital nomads.

Nick teaches his signature methods of making money online through digital real estate, including how to select the right niche in the right market, how to build “quick and dirty” websites that convert, how to sell leads to businesses for a monthly retainer fee, and more. Today, Digital Landlords has more than 300 students benefiting greatly from Nick’s energetic and ambitious leadership.

Among his peers in the online space, Nick is known as a straight shooter and a self-described “money-hungry dreamer”. While many may view this pursuit of money as superficial, Nick’s aim to create a $100 million net worth in the next three years is fueled by his desire to do good in the world, particularly in West Africa. When he was just 19 years old, Nick embarked on a two-year humanitarian effort in the jungles of West Africa, where he was eventually featured on BBC News after mastering the language and later setting up business operations in Sierra Leone.

Through Digital Landlords, Nick has made a life-changing impact on the lives of his students by showing them how to “break out of the rat race”. Determined to make it to the peak of the industry, Nick Wood is poised to conquer the digital real estate industry.

The Psychology of Money: How Our Emotions Affect Our Financial Decisions

Our emotions can have a larger impact on our bank account than we realize. Individuals’ irrational decision-making is not limited to the realm of economics.

This article will explore the connections between psychology and economics, define financial psychology, and, most importantly, offer advice on how to make confident financial decisions that don’t hurt the economy.

Thousands of years ago, in a setting where our ancestors were almost solely concerned with their survival, our brain, the most complex structure known to man, was programmed. Today, we use this same tool to make financial decisions—such as where to put our money and how to grow it—for which the human brain isn’t wired. Financial psychology, also known as behavioral finance, is devoted to the study of these tendencies.

The likelihood of falling into these traps when analyzing reality and making decisions increases the more emotional a given decision is, as may be the case in situations of instability and nervousness like the current one.

Financial psychology

We take insights from a renowned Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Business Owner, Urban Balance Founder, Speaker, Coach, Consultant, and Author, Joyce Marter. She rose to immense popularity during the last couple of decades, helping the public through a crisis in mental and financial health around the world, especially in the aftermath of the 2008 housing crisis.

This catastrophe created an opening in the market for thought leaders like Marter, who have been helping people overcome the stigma and shame associated with these challenges, and instead help them recover, heal, thrive, and prosper.

Trainings, talks, coaching, consulting, digital courses, and books are all part of his Mindset FixÔ service offering. She is a pioneer of mental health, financial health, work-life harmony, and overall success and wellness.

Marter argues that it is inevitable that as the market economy develops and matures, its structural logic will begin to influence how people act individually and collectively. The values and motivations that guide these actions on a subjective (psychological) level are thus affected.

In particular, the field of financial psychology investigates the emotional factors that influence our money and personal finance choices. The field of economics has, for a long time, pretended to be the “physics” of the social sciences. With this end in mind, people sought out models that could be solved mathematically, even if doing so required making overly simplistic assumptions about the motivations of the various actors in economic systems. Although these models contributed to the expansion of knowledge, it became clear over time that their predictions rarely matched up with human behavior. There has been some forward movement in the field of behavioral economics recently due to this.

The system’s expected patterns of behavior are gradually internalized. Therefore, the values and motivations that serve as promoters and justifiers of that activity also emerge and become ingrained.

The point is crystal clear: there needs to be adequacy between the objective requirements (the behavior needed to deploy the socioeconomic structure) and the subjective factors (such as motivation and regulation) that actually influence behavior.

This may not be total, but it also cannot be very high-level dissociation. This would lead to a level of emotional instability that no system could withstand.

A kind of “social setback” sets in for an individual or group that does not conform to the prescribed norms of the structure. A commercial producer, for instance, would quickly go bankrupt if he gave away half of his output. To a similar extent, the capitalist who, in defiance of his social role, began to grant ever-increasing wage increases would be acting in a similarly counterproductive manner. A person or group perpetuates its social status by acting in ways that are consistent with that status.

Meet Godson Umeh, the Jewelry Designer Behind Some of the Best Jewelry Designs Across the Globe

As a business owner, you can control many parts of how your customers interact with you if you ask them for feedback. This includes how happy they are, how loyal they are to your brand, the quality of your products and services, and how quickly they leave. Godson Umeh is one businessman that has cracked this code and used it to the advantage of his business.

Godson Umeh is a 27-year-old British Nigerian brought up in Reading. He owns a luxury jewelry label and a brand that focuses on making one-of-a-kind pieces. He has established a new standard for the business world. Even by today’s lofty standards, his one-of-a-kind jewelry creations are the height of extravagance.

After school, before he became the successful businessman he is today, Godson used to sell sneakers. It didn’t take long for him to realize that he was flourishing and that business was booming when it came to selling sneakers. To step it up a notch, Godson decided to force himself to interact with others. During these conversations, he became familiar with his customers. His interest in fashion grew over time.

Over time, he saw how important it was to get to know customers and meet their specific needs. These customers didn’t want the same things everyone else had and weren’t getting what they wanted from anyone. That’s why he launched a concierge service for an exclusive clientele. In a nutshell, he swiveled around and examined the whole thing from the client’s perspective, and that’s when he realized he was competent. He realized that by specializing in high-end custom jewelry, he could give each of his customers the best service possible. It’s because of this that he stands out from the crowd.

Godson’s loyal customer base has always been a driving force in his success. Offering an illustration of how his clients inspire him, he stated, “My customers have and will continue to be my greatest source of inspiration. Meek Mill, for instance, discovered a cartoon cactus plant puffing weed. He hoped to find one made of precious stones. So I made it.”

Godson’s winning mentality was just as important as his excellent team. He said, “You must believe in yourself, even before anyone else does. I knew I was an artist, and I knew I had to do this.” The rockstar designer has made a name for himself and proved his worth in the industry. That is why celebrities like Lil Mosey, Davido, Meek Mill, Travmbb, Krept and Konan, Zlatan Ibile, and Football player Sterling, among others, trust him to bling them up in the finest pieces.

As an entrepreneur with lofty goals, Godson has been working on including another brainchild in his collection, Watches by Godson. Like his brand tagline says, Godson does it better! It’s unlike anything else that’s ever been done before in the industry. So fashion lovers with exquisite and top-notch tastes should get ready to add a unique piece to their jewelry collection.

Although many of Godson’s clients are in the United States, his London store is still quite busy. Considering the demand for Godson products in America, he has decided to open his own shop in New York. This is to provide locals with what he calls “the Godson retail experience,” or the chance to buy Godson products from an American retailer. Godson is thrilled with the project and can’t wait to show the world what he’s been working on.
