Many licensed and experienced mental health professionals are coming forward to offer a helping hand in taking care of the veterans.

Digital Fashion Week New York this season proceeds to discover new talented phygital (physical and digital) fashion designers and inspires new collaborations between brands and digital influencers.

The latest Digital Fashion Week took place at the DTech Lab of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York on 8-9th of February 2024, where several selected phygital designers presented their works in the form of physical models runway and digital fashion film, featuring the same designs, but on digital avatars, at the back screen. The Digital Fashion Week program also included a live motion capture hologram show and other immersive experiences, displaying the latest technological developments in these spheres. Digital Human DJ ‘Dex‘ was the official brand ambassador of Digital Fashion Week, where she both played as a DJ and walked as a model and virtual influencer.

One of the phygital fashion brands, Loreine showcased its new collection with beautiful models walking in real items and very realistic digital avatars’ runway on the large screen behind. The collection featured Loreine signature items – women’s pantsuits with unexpected details, this time golden and silver chains and cutouts, and also feminine but bold dresses and bodysuits. Some of the models were wearing futuristic sunglasses, making the whole show look like the runway of the future. That mirrored the name of the new collection – Date in The City of the Future. Right after Digital Fashion Week Loreine and 1st Digital Human DJ and virtual influencer DJ Dex revealed their collaboration – DJ Dex wore pieces from the new collection of Loreine – a white shirt dress and fringed skirt belt. DJ Dex appeared in the outfit as a digital runway model and is going to use the digital clothes for her future appearances as a DJ.

Dex is the UK’s forever 23-year-old Digital Human DJ. She is passionate about fashion and many genres of music, including house and disco, and is creating a unique mark in the music industry. 

With her creation in the metaverse and her live performances in the universe, Dex is enjoying a rapid rise to fame.

Growing up, music was such a pivotal aspect to her upbringing, she knew from the start that she wanted to work in the music industry, so she started mixing music in her bedroom from when she was first created. Loving the fact that her blended songs could mix in an upbeat high-energy way, she could literally change someone’s mood in one song.

With the desire to become the UK’s first Digital Human DJ, she started playing to live audiences as a guest DJ at Disco Classical concerts and DJ sets for Digital Fashion Week in NY, Paris and London. She threw herself into music full-time, pushing her fashion studies aside, but still passionate and active in helping combat the issues fast fashion poses to the environment and hoping for her own phygital clothing range in the near future.

Kristina Lukianchenko is a marketer, a sales expert, and an advertising specialist. Her strongest feature as a professional is to help clients develop their personal brands. According to Kristina, if you do things right, people should learn about the brand, hear what it has to say, and understand its essence. Moreover, this applies to virtually all industries.

How it all began

What makes a person become who they are? Are we born a certain way or does life shape us? Actually, a combination of these two factors is what we see in a spirit like Kristina’s. She was born in a tiny town in Siberia called Krasnokamensk. The fact that her birthplace is on the border between three countries (Russia, Mongolia, and China) symbolizes the life that Kristina would eventually have.

During her childhood, she traveled a lot, and this contributed to her character. The early connection with various cultures made her flexible, tolerant, and pliable, features that are vital to any good marketer. Thanks to this experience she can easily relate to people and start a conversation virtually with anyone, regardless of their age, gender, or nationality.

Her creativity probably comes from her grandmother, with whom she spent lots of time while her parents were at work and who used to write her poetry.

All her close relatives say that Kristina was an active girl when growing up. She didn’t miss the opportunity to jump into creative endeavors and participated in all kinds of projects (involving theater, singing, and even modeling).

Although her decision to become a marketer came later in life, since she was a little girl Kristina dreamed of doing important things. She wanted to be remembered, but this was not it: she wanted to create something that would make a difference.

Kristina’s resilience and strength come from the ebbs and flows of life since she lost her father at a very young age. However, she found a way to make good out of the bad. Kristina herself acknowledges that she wouldn’t change a minute of her life story as every event led her to where she is now. Kristina is a young woman who is not afraid to go after her dreams, even if they take her to the other side of the globe.

Her deep soul and intelligent mind become evident when we hear Kristina’s opinion on life, achievement, and contentment. Her main goal is to be happy and have all her loved ones close so she can help them and be with them every step of the way. She firmly believes that a person should walk right into what scares them the most because this is precisely what helps a person grow. Kristina Lukianchenko lives by this philosophy.

A Successful Present, A Promising Future

What is the best place for a talented person to develop his or her skills? What is the land where dreams come true? Kristina chose the US, specifically California, as the optimal environment to develop her talent. Her goal is to help brands get solid positions in this coveted market thus contributing to the local service and product scenery.

Before she turns 27, she wants to have four companies of which at least two will be focused on marketing and advertisement. Since her grandparents and mother have been so supportive, she wants to plant this same seed by having her own family someday.

All in all, Kristina’s future looks as bright as her present, having moved to the US to find the spark that she needs to start the fire of her own personal and professional achievement. As Kristina usually says, you’ll never know if you never try it, and this motto is exactly what moves and inspires her to keep going through both prosperity and adversity.

By now, it’s clear that Kristina Lukianchenko achieved her primary goal: she is a happy woman. Now, she is also in a vibrant environment and has everything that she needs to develop her talent and keep helping brands and people connect with the world.
