On the most recent lineup is Dr. Freida Henderson, who Shawn Fair has chosen to join his exclusive club of speakers for her entrepreneurial drive, visionary leadership and track record of changing lives for the better.
The dynamic Dr. Freida Henderson is a woman of God known for being an apostolic visionary who is the founder and senior pastor of Greater Word of Truth Ministry Inc. in Garner, North Carolina. She is also the founder of Women of Destiny Fellowship, Faith Assembly Christian Academy, Faith Assembly Child Development Center and New Beginnings School of Etiquette and Excellence. Through the numerous faith-based ministries and platforms she has established, Dr. Freida Henderson has impacted lives and her community as a whole.
As a mother of three and grandmother of six, Dr. Henderson has seen many people go through life without fulfilling their true potential. She has seen many bright lights unable to shine because they lack resources or the wherewithal to manage the little they have. Thus, in her bid to change things for the current and upcoming generations, she has taken up the mission of empowering people to achieve financial stability through entrepreneurship.
Dr. Freida Henderson’s empowerment drive stems from her experience being a successful entrepreneur herself. She has run Memories by Freida, a successful bible bookstore she built and is the author of books like Incredible Confessions of a Winner, Speak to my Heart and the brand new 90-day planner titled The Winning Approach. She hopes to get as many women as possible on board with her empowerment programs to lead a new generation of confident, successful and fulfilled women. Dr. Freida’s methods of empowerment are all about encouraging and captivating women. She spends a great deal of time using her warm approach to get women to trust her guidance and be willing to follow her trusted strategies.
As a woman who has been through numerous traumatic experiences throughout her life, she has made it her goal to shield other women from going through unnecessary tragedies. She has received a Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award as well as recognition from TCP Magazine’s 9th Anniversary “You Don’t Know My Story” 2013’s Overcoming Women. Through The Winning Approach Initiative that she created, she helps women get their confidence back and to become whole in their daily lives.
In a few years, her goal is to empower 5000 women to become better and want more for themselves. Dr. Freida also hopes to launch more encompassing services that will assign goals for people to reach and guide them till they achieve those goals. She wants to get as many people as possible on her platform, The Winning Approach and push them towards winning in life.
