The name DiCuore, meaning “from the heart” in Italian, mirrors Sokolowski’s view of jewelry as an emotionally charged process. “This is how I look at jewelry—I know it’s a very emotional process, getting engaged, buying something for your wife on your anniversary, or even the other way around, for your husband as well,” Sokolowski noted.
