This could be overcome by the mechanic by simply downloading the car workshop manual, otherwise also known as the car factory service, from the manufacturer’s website service portal after entering the VIN number, or if unavailable, there are dozens of third-party publisher websites online that offer these manuals for a fairly small fee.

These repair manuals for workshops or independent mechanics are documents compiled and prepared by professional automobile engineers that provide complete details about a car according to make and model, in other words – blueprint of the car that they are required to fix. When a vehicle owner brings his or her vehicle due to issues, all the mechanic has to do is refer to these manuals that also contain information of common problems related to the car and the steps that the mechanic needs to take and the list of spare parts that will be required for the mechanic to fix it.

Based on the info in the manual the mechanic or workshop owner would also be able to determine the cost of repair more accurately and provide the customer with a more accurate approximation of the cost which in turn enables the customer to make a decision on the repair.

This also saves the mechanic from spending hours trying to find the problem which saves the workshop’s time.

From an early age, Lily faced significant health challenges. At just 14 years old, their immune system took a drastic turn, leading to chronic illnesses that would persist throughout their life. Unlike many of their peers, Lily’s adulthood was not defined by typical milestones but by doctors’ appointments, treatments, and a continuous battle to maintain health. This unique experience, however, became a cornerstone of their expertise. “Managing all aspects of life in an effective and healthy way for each unique person became a specialty in my business. I know it better than anyone because I lived it my whole adult life,” Lily shares.

In addition to their health struggles, Lily endured significant trauma over many years. They candidly describe their journey of building a business while simultaneously escaping abuse, highlighting their belief that opportunities must be created, not waited for. “You don’t wait for an opportunity, you create your own. You manifest your ideal life into existence while simultaneously leaving behind everything that doesn’t serve your best life,” Lily asserts. This mindset has been crucial in their path to success, demonstrating a profound ability to transform personal hardships into powerful motivators for growth and achievement.

Lily’s drive to help others is deeply rooted in their own experiences of overcoming obstacles. They emphasize the importance of starting from wherever you are and growing from there, acknowledging that the beginning of any journey is often far from perfect. “Nothing will be perfect or pretty at the beginning, it’s not meant to be. How else would a person learn and discover who they really are, if not by hardships?” they reflect. This philosophy not only guided their personal growth but also became the foundation of their approach to business and client relationships.

Their dedication and authenticity have not gone unnoticed. In 2022, Lily was awarded Lavender Magazine’s Under 40 Award, recognizing queer business owners under 40 who are poised to shape the future of their community. This prestigious accolade is a testament to their impact and influence within the business world and beyond.

Another notable highlight in Lily’s career was winning Season 9 of The Blox, the largest live-in startup competition on the planet. Competing against founders from around the globe, Lily’s victory showcased their entrepreneurial acumen and unwavering commitment to their vision. Their success on The Blox not only brought significant recognition but also underscored their ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
