When asked about what kind of stories she aims to tell through her writing, Stefanie shared, “I want to tell real stories, about real people in extraordinary situations. That’s why independent films are always my favorite. I always found truth in them. I don’t like Cinderella kind of stories. Those fairytales caused a lot of damage on the society.”

She added, “I believe Hollywood created the idea of Cinderella and Superman. Don’t misunderstand me, they are amazing cartoons and stories. But so many people grow up and have a lot of problems as an adult. It is sad when they realise that stories are not like Hollywood movies. I like to write stories with the real problems os society where we struggle, and we fight for what we want, and we can be vulnerable and real. There is nothing bad about telling the truth through cinema.”

Redefining Luxury Family Living with Remarkable Achievements – Abraj Bay

The comfort you enjoy at home or your place of work is because of the creativity and effort of an architect or developer who designed it. A lot goes into developing luxurious amenities such as spas, salons, BBQ areas, swimming pools, playing areas, and many others. But one luxury real estate developer, Abraj Bay, makes it look effortless. They have received awards and recognition for their remarkable contributions to the industry.

Abraj Bay is a Qatar-based luxury real estate developer specializing in bringing the best to their clients. Their role involves designing and developing luxury amenities based on family living. Armed with the relevant permits and qualifications, Abraj Bay has scaled new heights, and its achievements are impossible to ignore.

Abraj Bay has already received many prestigious awards in real estate. They secured a global nomination among the 5-star winners for the best Residential High-Rise Development for the upcoming 2022 IPA event. That was after their delegation took home two prestigious 5-star awards. Abraj Bay emerged as the Best Residential Development with 20+ Units and the Best Residential High-rise Development in Arabia & Africa regions. These awards reflect Abraj Bay’s sheer dedication, discipline, and exceptional residential services.

As a luxury real estate developer, Abraj Bay still wants to add more to its long list of achievements. Their goal is to become a leader in regional and global real estate. Does Abraj Bay have what it takes to score the goal? Yes, it is not an aspiring real estate developer, but already a household name throughout the country and the region. The developer has shown their dedication and what they can achieve through awards and a diverse industry portfolio. Abraj Bay has successfully developed luxury amenities, including spas, BBQ areas, swimming pools, padel courts, kids’ playing areas, coffee shops, restaurants, and hair salons. They have also managed large projects where the team had to overcome challenges.

Qatar’s real estate developers get building designs from the Master Developer. But Abraj Bay managed to get approval to use its own building plans. Still, there were more challenges to overcome. The building process had ups and downs, which required getting other building permits from the Ministry of Municipality Affairs and Urban Planning.

Abraj Bay faced many challenges throughout the construction phases of this large project. The first was sourcing materials and labor internationally, some of which came from GCC countries. The second challenge was the diplomatic crisis experienced in Qatar between 2017 and 2020. Lastly, the COVID-19 pandemic also disrupted the logistics and posed a challenge.

However, Abraj Bay was never deterred or brought down by the challenges. It also has three additional recognitions besides the awards already mentioned. Abraj Bay came top in the 2021–2022 Property Finder Awards, scooping awards for the best property video, rising star, and best developer in both Gold & Platinum tiers. Abraj Bay is also a nominee of the global winners of the International Property Awards at the later end of this year.

Abraj Bay’s story is inspirational. It is a classic example of how hard work pays off. The company went against the odds to achieve its milestones, and more is expected from them in the future.

5 Reasons to use composable commerce for your company

As your company grows, finding efficient and scalable ways of doing business becomes more critical. One way to achieve this is through the use of composable commerce.

Composable commerce is an innovative approach to eCommerce that allows businesses to easily and quickly create custom shopping experiences for their customers. Here are five reasons you should consider using composable commerce for your company.

  1. Composable commerce is more efficient than traditional eCommerce platforms

Although traditional eCommerce platforms are widely used for making purchases and conducting business transactions, composable commerce is a more efficient way of doing so. This emerging mode of commerce allows businesses to tailor their shopping experience to individual customers by creating highly personalized interfaces and experiences. Unlike traditional e-commerce platforms, which tend to be rigid and limited in scope, composable commerce offers greater flexibility and adaptability.

By leveraging algorithms and data analytics, businesses can customize their e-commerce solutions according to customer needs and preferences. In addition, because consumers interact with multiple brands through one interface, they can save significant time by quickly browsing between products without repeatedly signing in or out of separate sites. Thus, it is clear that composable commerce is an increasingly effective way for retailers to engage with their customers and promote growth in this digital era.

  1. It allows for a more personalized customer experience

Shopping today is often associated with highly impersonal experiences and lacking human connection. You may breeze through aisles and aisles of generic products, selecting items with little interaction or guidance from store employees. But there is another way to shop: online. Thanks to technological advances, it is now possible to connect directly with the businesses you buy from, learn more about the products they offer, and get recommendations based on your preferences.

This personalized shopping experience dramatically enhances the overall shopping experience, allowing customers to find exactly what they need and feel valued by their favorite businesses. Whether you are browsing for clothes, home goods, electronics, or anything else, an online shopping experience allows you to create customized products that fit your needs perfectly.

How important is CX in eCommerce?

As eCommerce grows more competitive, the importance of customer experience (CX) will only increase. In fact, in 2022, CX is the key differentiator for online shoppers. This means

that businesses need to start paying close attention to every touchpoint in the customer journey- from initial awareness all the way to post-purchase support.

There are a few trends that businesses should be aware of when it comes to CX in eCommerce.

  • First, customers are increasingly expecting personalized experiences. They want to feel like businesses understand their needs and are catering to them specifically.
  • Secondly, customers are looking for convenience and simplicity throughout the entire customer journey. They don’t want to have to jump through hoops to make a purchase or get support.
  • Finally, customers expect transparency from businesses. They want to know exactly what they’re getting before they make a purchase, and they want businesses to be upfront about any potential issues.

If businesses can keep these trends in mind, they’ll be well on their way to providing an exceptional CX in eCommerce. By doing so, they’ll not only improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, but they’ll also boost their bottom line.

  1. It makes it easier to manage and update your storefront

Maintaining a storefront can be overwhelming and time-consuming, requiring much work, dedication, and attention to detail. However, updating your storefront makes managing those tasks more manageable and ensures that your customers always have access to the most current information about your business. With updates to your storefront, you can quickly and easily add new services, products, or promotions as needed, create landing pages for special events, or even customize content for different audiences.

Additionally, having an updated storefront helps ensure that your website stays on top of any changes in search engine algorithms or best practices. Ultimately, by updating your storefront regularly, you can keep pace with today’s fast-moving online landscape and provide the best possible experience for your customers.

  1. You can use composable commerce to create a unique brand identity

Composable commerce refers to a growing trend in online retail, where merchants use various digital platforms and services to create a customized shopping experience for their customers. Unlike traditional e-commerce, which uses standardized templates and predetermined selections, composable commerce gives buyers more control over the items they purchase and how they are presented.

It allows merchants to create a unique brand identity tailored to their target audience’s needs and tastes. Some ways composable commerce can help businesses build a recognizable brand include customizing product packaging, tailoring product recommendations, adding personalization features like initials or photos, and offering specialized services such as same-day delivery or concierge shopping.

Whether you run a small startup or an established business looking for new growth opportunities, composable commerce is what you need to stand out from the crowd.

  1. It’s cost-effective and scalable

As a business owner, you always seek ways to cut costs and increase efficiency. Composable commerce can help you achieve both goals by streamlining your operations and reducing your dependence on third-party providers.

Additionally, composable commerce is highly scalable, meaning that it can quickly grow with your business as your needs change. Whether you are just starting or are looking for ways to expand your existing operation, composable commerce offers a cost-effective solution that can be tailored to your specific needs. If you want to save money and grow your business, consider switching to composable commerce today.

In conclusion

Composable commerce is a new trend in online retail that allows businesses to create a customized shopping experience for their customers. This type of commerce gives buyers more control over the items they purchase and how they are presented. As a result, businesses can create a truly unique brand identity tailored to their target audience’s needs and tastes.

Neon Nash: Rising Dark Pop Artist Reawakens A 2000’s Pop Hit

Hailing from Los Angeles, California, Neon Nash is impossible to ignore. Blending dark pop and hip-hop, this artist embodies bold aesthetics with an impressively energetic range. Smooth, rich vocals adorn each track in her genre-fluid catalog, solidifying this artist as the next one to watch. Drawing from influences like BTS, Lady Gaga and Billie Eilish, Neon Nash describes their new release as a ballad of rebellion. Her story is told through an intoxicating voice that evokes a Gen Z queen-in-waiting.

Neon’s music journey began at an early age. “I started singing on stage in talent shows around 11 years old, and my favorite song to sing was always ‘Genie In A Bottle.’ Christina Aguilera was my idol growing up because she was different from other pop stars. She was fiery, bold and her voice was strong and beautiful, which made me want to stand out in this way too,” she shares.

“Demon In A Bottle” is an electrically edgy take on the Y2K classic “Genie In A Bottle” by Christina Aguilera. With utterly mesmerizing vocals, artist Neon Nash instantly commands attention while spinning a story of confidence and seduction. Theatrical and dramatic, this song opens with a delightfully grungy guitar riff take on the original chorus’ hook. Neon’s vocal stylings in this track are akin to Lorde and Demi Lovato as they dip expertly into a deeper sound.

Doing a complete 180 from the bubblegum, cyberpop style of her last single, “Pink Castle, Neon’s versatility is something to behold. She fully blooms in this track as she weaves a tantalizing tale of embracing her darkness and delighting in the acquisition of personal power.

And the music video accompanying this track does not disappoint; sacred and sacrilegious imagery compete as Neon shows a life of chaste, traditional religion. Mirroring that of her own experiences, Neon describes wanting to reject the harsh constraints put upon her in her childhood for that of freedom. “Christianity was weaponized against me growing up; so much of what were normal childhood and teenage experiences were punishable things. I was constantly made to feel ashamed or wrong for how I felt or what I thought,” she states. As an act of defiance, this track tramples the rhetoric once used to make her feel small and replaces it with a metaphorical pact with the darkness.

A darkness Neon claims is all alluding to herself. “I see myself as the ‘demon’ in this song. I’m more embracing the dark parts of myself and accepting them, than doing anything else. I just think it’s funny thinking about it scaring the sh*t out of anyone from my childhood church,” she confesses. And it just might; with a bridge haunted by backward voices, this track could send a chill or a thrill down anyone’s spine.

Though Neon Nash has only just started her music career earlier this year, it won’t take much time before she ascends to the next level of fame and stardom.

Navigating Entrepreneurship & Building a Media Empire

At 24 years old, Hunter J. Haselrig, the CEO & Founder of Positive Space Media, is blazing his own trail within the creative industry. Haselrig has always felt deeply connected and devoted to all things media. “I first picked up a camera around the age of twelve and never found a reason to put it down. Without my camera, my life would have looked a lot different. Being a creative is my identity. My camera gave me a ton of confidence growing up. Through media, I’ve built some of my strongest friendships, gained a deeper perspective on life, and, quite frankly, I’ve made a lot of money.” Since 2017 Hunter Haselrig has shot, edited, and produced over 15,000+ videos, photos, and other creative projects. He has worked on a variety of indie films, short films, music videos, and student films. Hunter’s film experience includes creative director, producer, director of photography, set photographer, 1st AC, 2nd AC, and key grip.

Under Haselrig’s direction, his company Positive Space Media has scaled to a high six figures in revenue within one year. On its rapid growth path, it has built a client list that ranges from Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, social media influencers, and respected small businesses. The teams specialize in commercial production, post-production, documentary & filmmaking, graphic design, talent acquisition, and website development. The multi-faceted capabilities of Positive Space Media have allowed the company to scale at a remarkable pace. He possesses a firm belief that consistency is the key to progression and success – this approach is taken with every project, client, and task at hand. Hunter is a firm believer that you have to love the work, because running your own business is a 24/7 commitment. If you are doing what you love, are genuinely dedicated to the tasks at hand, and remain consistent, success and progression will follow suit. Additionally, Haselrig also serves as the Vice President of Digital Operations for The Yard Tour & The Yard+ Digital Platform.

Hunter’s goals are to grow as a CEO and leader, cultivate Positive Space Media into a household name in the creative industry, and help people. “The inspiration behind the name of my company aligns with long-held aspirations to create a positive space through media. As a black man finding success in the entrepreneurial space and media industry, I have an increasing responsibility to be the example and set the tone for others that look like me.” Haselrig hopes to strengthen the representation of black and brown people in media. “The larger Positive Space Media becomes, the more I want to utilize my platform and resources to help others and create a path toward rapid change. I am a firm believer that the most valuable work to do is helping others. You won’t change the world by buying a Mercedes, owning a Rolex, having a high net worth, or the office with the city view. Those are tools and awesome rewards for your hard work. If I want to make lasting change and have a long-standing impact, I need to work to give back. Legacy is not about what you get; it is about what you give. I hope to create opportunities for as many people as I can and inspire others to pursue their dreams while pursuing my own.”

In the near future, Haselrig is planning to launch a nonprofit. “I am building an organization that will focus on youth within underserved communities in Chicago. My foundation will combine media, art, mentorship, and business.” Hunter hopes to scale his philanthropic endeavors nationally and has ambitions to develop a global presence for his foundation.

Haselrig believes Positive Space Media will mature into the company he envisions; he says, “for most of my life, I knew that I wanted to live in the city and run a creative agency. To think that I’m actually doing that, younger me would be proud. I have accomplished a lot over the past four years and still have a lot left to get done.”

How To Start Using SARMs For Bodybuilding The Best Way

It can be daunting when you are looking at SARMs for bodybuilding use. There are at least nine main types, and then an increasing number of derivatives (this is mostly because of legal action to stop the main SARMs being produced, so they create derivatives with slightly different names and compositions).

In this article, I’m going to talk you through the main SARMs that people use for bodybuilding benefits.

I’ll talk about cutting, bulking, and strength building. I’ll talk about using those SARMs individually, and stacking them.

On top of that, we will also discuss cycle length and dosage levels so that you have a complete picture of which SARMs are probably best to get started with to achieve your bodybuilding goals as a beginner.

Which SARMs Should You Start With?

At the start of your journey you will basically have a decision between wanting to be stronger, cutting fat, or bulking.

You can combine strength building with cutting and bulking. Personally, I’d suggest you start with a bulking stack, and then move to a cutting stack.

For bulking, you’re looking at using the SARMs:

  • S-23
  • S-4 Andarine
  • RAD-140 Testolone
  • MK-677 Ibutamoren
  • YK-11
  • LGD-4033 Ligandrol

The thing to understand here is that S-23, S-4, RAD-140, and LGD-4033 are all androgenic. That means they mimic testosterone in muscle and bone tissue, producing muscle growth, faster recovery, and harder muscle density. However, they do this at the cost of depleting natural testosterone production, which means they will need a PCT supplement after use.

MK-677 and YK-11 are not androgenic SARMs, and, therefore, will not require the use of a PCT supplement. They can be stacked together, or they can be stacked with androgenic SARMs.

For cutting, you’re looking at using MK-2866 Ostarine all S-4 Andarine as the base. Both of these SARMs have the ability to tell the body to burn more fat than you would naturally, and they work to protect muscle mass in a calorie deficit by getting your body to target fat burning before using muscle as fuel.

It’s also very important that the SARM must be high quality and pure, do not buy cheap Chinese SARMs from shady websites.

Underpinning, cutting and bulking are energy-building SARMs. GW-501516 and SR-9009 use different methods of action in the body to produce an increase in energy availability. Either of these stacked in a bulking stack or a cutting stack will produce higher energy output, allowing you to burn more calories and increase your endurance.

Always Start SARMs That Match Your Initial Bodybuilding Goals

So the golden rule has to be to always start with SARMs at your initial bodybuilding goals. If you want to start by cutting some fat, then you are looking at Andarine or Ostarine, either on their own or stacked with something like Cardarine to produce high levels of energy output and the ability to burn more calories.

For bulking, something like Testolone stacked with YK-11 and SR-9009 will deliver a significant increase in muscle mass and a significant increase in energy output and availability.

However, there are lots of blends you can do in terms of stacking SARMs, and as a beginner, you may initially decide to just use a single one to get the main effect and see how it works with your body.

If I was starting out again, cutting, I would probably go with Ostarine as it’s the mildest SARM. If I wanted to cut more, I would then upgrade it in a subsequent cycle to Andarine, which not only has the ability to protect lean muscle mass but can also harden and sculpt existing muscle.

For bulking, Ligandrol is a great starting androgenic SARM at lower doses. Testolone and S-23 are more potent and probably not for beginners.

YK-11 is mildly androgenic and is close to a steroid in terms of its chemical construction. It’s very potent but, on its own, not as good as the androgenic SARMs. Stack though it enhances them superbly. However, again, it’s probably not for beginners.

If you just want to increase your strength and endurance, up your energy output, and increase your recovery times, then simply starting with Cardarine or Stenabolic is a great idea.

Should You Stack SARMs Or Use Them Singly?

In the beginning, I would probably suggest that you use SARMs on their own. For cutting, stick with Ostarine; for energy, go with Cardarine; and for bulking, I’d probably go for Ligandrol.

Those are the classic SARMs that are mostly androgenic and not overpowering at normal doses.

You could go for the non-androgenic SARMs completely; it really is up to you which ones you try first.

However, once you’ve tried two or three singly, it’s important to realize that the power of SARMs is in the stack. Also, smaller doses stacked can actually be more productive and safer than higher doses of a single one.

There are plenty of good bits of advice out there about stacking SARMs, and as long as the total dose of androgenic SARMs isn’t higher than you would take individually, then you shouldn’t suffer any more problems, and you are taking the individual one in terms of testosterone drop.

Dosing & Cycling SARMs As A Beginner

My advice for dosing SARMs to a beginner would be to keep it as low as possible. Read online and try to find the lowest doses that people are talking about using, and stick to that.

For example, with Ostarine, a good starting dose is around 15 mg. Very mild, with minor effects; you’ll see how it works for you. If after two or three weeks it’s doing nothing, up it to 20 mg, and then maybe 25 mg.

So you see, you don’t have to fix the dose, and you can taper up or down as you need.

Also, keep the cycle as short as possible, especially with androgenic SARMs, which deplete your testosterone supply. Six weeks would be a good starting cycle, while 8-10 weeks is typical for most experienced people.

Also, remember that your body needs to recover. My golden rule is always to have a gap between cycles equal to the length of the cycle you have just completed. That way, you’re giving your body two or three months break between cycles, and it helps you to monitor any after-effects that you might not spot if you start another cycle too soon.
