Entrepreneur, David Fichman, Finds his Calling in Life: Making a Difference in the Lives of Others.

Most people are only fulfilled at work when they are doing something rewarding – which usually entails service to others. It’s not always the case, of course – but more often than not, human beings crave human connection. We are social creatures, so it makes sense that we want our work to mean something to someone else. David Fichman wasn’t happy in his career until he was doing impactful work that facilitated the growth of other people: he started changing people’s lives with his work.

David Fichman is the founder and creator of Bootcamp. It’s a program that helps people overcome personal obstacles where they are ultimately supported in becoming the best version of themselves. At Bootcamp, David Fichman helps people deconstruct their issues and their bad habits, so they can build better lives, both personally and professionally. David Fichman created an Instagram account for Bootcamp. There are inspirational videos from celebrities; the Instagram page gives us a taste of what one experiences at Bootcamp. The videos are from men and women – and they capture snippets of extremely moving and insightful moments. It’s no wonder there are over 100K followers of Bootcamp on Instagram.

“We have individual consultations, create videos, and promote values that we feel encapsulate our message,” Fichman says of Bootcamp. They help people through both social and psychological issues at Bootcamp because those are the things that will affect every other aspect of our lives, even our work lives. “We follow a disciplined, strict moral code to really deconstruct the issues of those who come to us for help,” Fichman says. “We believe this is the most effective way to create profound change, but it requires a strict, clearly defined rubric of how to improve,” he says.

David Fichman understands well the energy and work it takes to improve, as he had to do it for himself. Fichman grew up never feeling like he fit in with others. He wasn’t satisfied with common interests like sports, girls, and school. Fichman attended one of the top schools in Melbourne, Australia, but he always felt disconnected from the monotony of the system. He wasn’t inclined to pursue college or work for someone else. “I never quite felt as though my calling in life was to pursue these traditional avenues of success,” he admits. Fichman was constantly on a mission to get more out of life.

It’s no wonder he started a business at the young age of 12. Because Fichman was so unimpressed with daily life, he was motivated to find work that would be fulfilling. After high school, he worked for one of the top real estate agencies in Australia. It didn’t take long for Fichman to realize it wasn’t for him. After just six months, he left real estate and worked for a media company where he quickly moved into management and oversaw 25 employees, but even leading a company and making a lot of money wasn’t it for him: “A paycheck will never bring me the same happiness and fulfillment as hearing the words ‘you have changed my life,” Fichman explains.

Bootcamp has been David Fichman’s love. “What excites me most is the thought that I can love every moment of my work and make a significant change to the world, rather than just money,” he says. That has always been his goal. He may not have known it as a young person, but as he experienced different areas of business, being unfulfilled in all of them moved him to pursue one that he would find joy in. “The idea that there are others in the world who feel alone and without support motivates me to continue to grow this business,” Fichman says.

A Leader In His Field: Vincent Infante Offers A Hybrid Service Of Therapy, Mentoring, And Coaching (TMC) For Holistic Transformation

Master mindset coach and public speaker Vincent Infante, Founder of Vincent Infante Coaching LLC, is revolutionizing the coaching industry. The only individual offering a hybrid approach, his methods are not only unique but lead to lasting personal transformation.

It’s not uncommon for individuals to seek a coach, therapist, or mentor at some point in their life for personal or business success, and if you still have yet to, the benefits are worth consideration.

According to the Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School, over 70% of people reported improved work performance, relationships, and more effective communication skills, and 51% of companies who invested in coaching found they had higher revenues compared to their competitors.

Therapy and mentoring also offer unique benefits for mental health, which are proven to increase productivity and sales, boost a motivational work environment, and generate more creativity.

But to take it a step further, coaching expert Vincent Infante realized that there are amazing advantages to all three – coaching, mentoring, and therapy. So he decided to combine the practices to create the most effective, all-around service, TMC (therapy, mentoring, and coaching).

Infante is the only mindset coach that takes a hybrid approach with his methods to help you “master your mindset and unlock your inner leader,” he says. Infante implements his classically trained psychology knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) with a more modern approach to coaching.

It took Infante time and dedication to master his mindset and discover his inner leader, but with the help of some inspirational individuals along the way, he was able to break through his barriers and lead the life he’s always wanted.

“My history is that of a bullied kid who was diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and panic disorder,” he shares, but “as I went through my journey of self-mastery and learned more about how to regulate myself, I overcame all of these issues and was able to live with freedom and fulfillment. I learned how to rewrite my story and create the man who sits here today,” Infante discusses.

After a long journey of self-discovery, he is teaching others how to do the same.

Vincent Infante is a master mindset coach, a licensed psychotherapist, a motivational speaker, and the founder of Vincent Infante Coaching LLC. He was recently featured in International Business Times as a top coach to follow in 2022 and has a passion for cultivating lasting change and maximizing results using his 10-plus years of experience working with and learning from thousands of people.

Infante has worked in every setting in the mental health field, including hospitals, homeless shelters, school systems, private practices, and more. Apart from his mental-health background, Infante was also a former FDNY firefighter and personal trainer. You name it; Infante has done it all.

To add to the list, he has an extensive background in psychology with a Master’s in Social Work with a clinical focus and a Strategic Intervention Coaching Certification from Tony Robbins’ RMT program.

Infante combines all his experiences and extensively broad background to provide his clients with a unique and tailored session to achieve any of their goals, whether business or personal related, or both.

“I work with high-performing individuals and teams to help them optimize mental performance and elevate their life and business success,” says Infante. He offers 1-1 coaching, mastermind coaching, workshops, seminars, and keynote speaking to ensure every client’s needs are met.

Mindset mastery, something Infante coaches, involves getting things from your subconscious and bringing them to your conscious mind to begin cultivating the life you want to live rather than being a bystander and letting “life” decide for you.

Even though mindset isn’t everything, it impacts everything. Your mindset determines your quality, actions, behaviors, thoughts, and emotions, and most people are unaware of how much of a role it plays in their overall life.

Intrinsically connected is a person’s leadership, and as part of his personal coaching, Infante guides his clients on how to develop and unlock their inner leader since leadership is a way of living, just like mindset is a way of being. Once you learn to lead your life the way you want to, that’s when you’ve unlocked it.

“Everyone has a leader inside of them. This leader is the person you’re meant to be. The only thing that can stop you from being a powerful leader is the mindset you hold. If you have a limitless mindset, your capabilities as a leader are boundless,” Infante explains.

Leadership isn’t a position or title. Rather, it’s how you show up in your life as an entrepreneur, employee, parent, friend, etc. No matter the role you’re in, you should strive to show up as your best self every day. This is what leads to living a truly fulfilling and successful life.

“For me, it’s about helping people to unlock their inner leader and master their mindset to shift into the most empowering roles they’re in,” Infante says.

As Tony Robbins once said, Infante’s biggest mentor, “the quality of your life is the quality of your relationships,” and learning how to show up not only for yourself but for others with leadership and a positive mindset is the key to success in every area of your life, including business success.

Balanced Tiger Brings the Goodness of Functional Mushrooms in a Protein Bar

Functional mushrooms have historically been used in ancient Chinese and Ayurveda medicines for their powerful natural healing properties. These fungi are loaded with goodness that far exceeds their nutritional value-boosting immunity, improving cognitive health, providing natural energy, and helping regulate the overall effects of stress on the body.

Over the last several years, these natural and ancient remedies have exploded in popularity in the supplement space due to their ability to naturally combat the physical and mental imbalances that the modern lifestyle puts on us. However, to reap the fantastic benefits of these fungi, not everyone is willing to add clumpy-bitter powders to their morning coffee or add another pill to their supplement routine. Balanced Tiger stepped into this space to combine the goodness of functional mushrooms with conventional food products that most people already know and use. The mission is simple: to make functional mushrooms tasty and convenient.

For their first product, Balanced Tiger has formulated an incredibly delicious vegan nutrition bar made with 1500mg of functional mushrooms. These bars provide a daily dose of mushrooms to promote a healthy mind and body. Furthermore, these bars are certified Organic, Gluten Free, and Vegan, loaded with 190 nutrient-dense calories, and contain 11g plant protein and 5g natural sugars. These balanced bars come in four different flavors, each containing a unique benefit and unique functional mushroom. For those who want to find their personal favorite, Balanced Tiger introduced a starter pack consisting of 4 bars in different flavors to try before committing.

The idea of introducing adaptogens in a conventional snack food that is extremely common among people did not evolve quickly. So the founders collaborated with some of the world’s most reputable food scientists to design a product that takes a balanced and realistic approach to healthy eating. Meaning it would be nutrient-dense and functional but without sacrificing taste. Balanced Tiger has completed their goal of making it easy to incorporate these ancient superfoods into everyday life – combining them with delicious snacks that taste nothing like fungi.

Besides enhancing physical and mental health, Balanced Tiger stands out as a food brand committed to balancing the planet. The company donates 1 percent of all sales to environmental causes – believing in balancing the planet for the long run.

The goal to make functional mushrooms accessible to the masses doesn’t end with these protein bars for Balanced Tiger. The company is working to put functional mushrooms in all convenient snack foods. Balanced Tiger protein bars are available on the company’s official website, Amazon, and select retailers. They will expand further into retail in 2023 so people nationwide can enjoy the great benefits of these adaptogens while consuming a tasty snack.

Lydul is Revolutionizing the Construction Industry with a Single Mobile App

Maintaining projects organized and moving forward often requires multiple platforms and digital solutions for contractors, project managers, and construction crews. However, there has never before been an all-in-one platform that streamlines communication among every decision-maker in the construction process.

At Lydul, they have created such a platform, transforming the construction and contracting industry with a mobile app that is easy to use by everyone – regardless of a tech background. Founder Marc Beudet started in optics, working with cameras, lenses, and image processing. After building cameras and image-processing tools to create virtual real estate tours for companies around the country, Beudet realized that there could be an even greater application for an easy-to-use app that can be leveraged by not just real estate firms but homebuilders, contractors, and project managers.

“We started with the desire to create something that would help contractors make better use of all the tools that they have, from photos and videos to 3d models,” Beudet says. “With our background and knowledge of the building lifecycle, we built a platform that helps with everything from the construction to the operation to the maintenance of the building.”

Lydul simplifies daily operations for each key decision-maker in the process, from the owner to the contractor, the project managers and crew members, and even the sales teams and the clients themselves. Through the mobile app, contractors can create and update jobs quickly and efficiently, onboarding new crews with a simple QR code. In addition, the crew members receive updates through SMS, making it easier than ever to communicate and collaborate on projects.

Crews can clock in and out through the app, tracking their time precisely and sending photos and videos for real-time project status updates. Crew members also can add comments to photos, making communication simple and streamlined. For project managers, the Lydul dashboard gives them a clear view of their employees’ schedules and the costs and times associated with daily tasks and special projects.

Lydul recently launched a beta program that allows users to integrate their data with existing services such as Procore and QuickBooks, making financial oversight available on a single platform.

After an initial launch in the summer of 2022, Lydul has steadily grown, gaining the respect of contractors and construction crews around the country. Beudet and his team are seeking additional funding to accelerate their growth and continue developing benefits for the app. Using reality capture technology, Lydul allows managers and teams to connect and communicate no matter where they are. Expensive and time-consuming site visits will soon become a thing of the past, with Lydul able to send the same information virtually and in real time.

“We want to make it easy and useful for teams to communicate more effectively and to allow managers to have a virtual presence on-site even when they can’t be there in person,” Beudet says.

Kayvon Kay of The Sales Connection Shares Useful Insights on Weathering Recession for Businesses and Coming out on Top

With the economic downturn and global inflation that the world has seen post-COVID-19 pandemic, experts have predicted a global recession. Business owners are fighting hard to insulate their businesses and ride through the tides, but many are doing it wrong. Seasoned entrepreneur and the founder of The Sales Connection, Kayvon Kay, has some insights on surviving a recession without the infamous labor cuts and layoffs that have been the go-to strategies for decades.

Kayvon Kay believes that recessions will happen periodically to disrupt periods of economic growth, and it is up to businesses to overcome these challenges. ”It’s part of the four stages of the economic cycle, and it’s your job, as a leader, to prepare your business for each one of those stages and successfully weather each one,” he said. “In many cases, this can be more difficult for the small to mid-sized business owner versus a large corporation, particularly if your company is still relatively young,” he added.

As an entrepreneur, Kayvon Kay believes that every company, regardless of its size, must be prepared, but the only solution should not be to cut costs through layoffs. “Some research suggests that rapid cost-cutting may not be the magic business salve. Research shows that selective cost-cutting for operational efficiency, combined with certain reinvestment activities such as in marketing or, for some companies, research and development, are more likely to better weather recessionary environments,” he opined.

In light of these opinions and business suggestions, Kayvon Kay’s company, The Sales Connection, offers high-ticket sales and marketing services, an often-overlooked service to CEOS, thought leaders, business consultants, and sales teams looking to overcome inevitable challenges in the global economy.

The Sales Connection provides alternative solutions beyond cutting costs and layoff of staff. “The problem with only cutting costs, according to Kayvon, is that operational efficiency doesn’t necessarily mean trying to do the exact same thing with fewer resources. In some cases, for example, efficiency is obtained through a combination of cutting costs and making an investment,” Kayvon said. “A single focus on cost-cutting can also negatively impact morale and, with it, productivity,” Kayvon warned.

Instead, Kayvon Kay advises business leaders to adopt defensive and offensive approaches that work seamlessly for their companies and industry. He recommends improving efficiency, investing in new assets and developing a new market. “More specifically, don’t let your product or service quality suffer,” Kayvon noted. “Work on creating a payment incentivization program for your customers, such as a certain percentage off for payment within X days. Tactics like these can create customer loyalty during and after a recession and set you up more positively for the next cycle.”

Kayvon believes that the practical solutions that The Sales Connection offers are essential in the business niche. He also hopes that entrepreneurs will cease adopting the fireman approach when dealing with business challenges and instead implement well-ordered strategies that have been proven to work with an expert’s guidance.

Kevin Rios Dazzling Audiences with His Stage Performances, Shines with Performance in “Anna in the Tropics”

Bringing a character to life on stage is an art that only a few people have managed to perfect. However, a few people have mastered the art and won hearts with it, and Kevin Ramirez Rios is one of them.

Kevin Rios embodies the characters he plays with the audience feeling his energy and passion fight from the stage. His versatility and chameleonic skills on stage have made him an audience favorite and a showstopper in the numerous plays he has featured in. Kevin Rios’s signature acting has been seen in plays like the popular Shakespearean play, “Romeo and Juliet,” in which he played the innocent and sweet Peter and the wise and spiritual guide Friar John. He also played the characters Pompey and Claudio, in another Shakespearean play, “Measure for Measure.” His versatility is without question, and he continues to dazzle on stage to the amazement of his cherished audiences.

Making headlines recently is thanks to his charismatic and standout performance in the Pulitzer-winning “Anna in the Tropics” by Nilo Cruz. The play was performed at the Westbury Center of Arts, and it smashed Box Office records, having sold out every show. Kevin Rios played the Villain, Cheche and left the audience with mixed emotions when the curtains closed. His performance has received rave reviews and has further catapulted him to a higher point in his career.

As a passionate actor who has enjoyed some level of success, Kevin Rios is playing his part in advancing stage performances and creating an environment for other budding actors to thrive. He is deeply involved in bringing theatre closer to audiences in communities for free in collaboration with Saima Huq, the founder of Always Love Lucy, a theatre company dedicated to giving audiences the opportunity to see some of their favorite plays. Kevin and Saima are working on bringing “Anna in the Tropics” to the Trenton Public Library, New Jersey, for free, creating a presence for the art world.

Kevin Rios has proven himself as a gifted actor with his many performances that have seen him embody two or more characters in a single play. Some of his acting credits include “The Wreck at the 5:25,” written by three-time Pulitzer winner Thornton Wilder and directed by Saima Huq, “The Open Door,” written by acclaimed British author, Alfred Sutro and directed by Saima Huq, “The Chicken that Crossed the Road,” written by Jennye James and directed by Saima Huq.
