How CrowdShare is Giving Small Businesses the Opportunity to Compete with Larger Enterprises

Hailing from a music industry background, Lane Gregory knows the power of a crowd. As the founder and CEO of Crowdshare — a social media management company — Gregory is no stranger to leveraging the support of friends, family, coworkers, employees, and customers to build strong brands and heighten engagement.

Gregory brings over 20 years of experience in advocacy marketing to Crowdshare, having worked in the past with big names in the automotive, tech, hospitality, and government industries. His passion for helping businesses of all sizes grow their reach and make an impact is evident. The Crowdshare platform allows small businesses to compete with their larger peers.

A Social Media Maverick

Gregory honed his brand marketing skills while working in the music industry during the latter half of the 1990s. As the internet was just taking off and bands were beginning to realize the power of online exposure, Gregory began developing engaging websites for bands and electronic press kits for clubs. In a precursor to social media-based fan engagement, Gregory took to Yahoo! Chat to promote the up-and-coming bands he worked with.

“The best thing about Yahoo! Chat was you could find anything,” Gregory remembers. “We started finding groups like the ‘Manhattan Two-Steppers’ in Manhattan, Kansas, and started building digital street teams for the musicians we partnered with.”

This approach was wildly successful, allowing the country groups that Gregory supported to work their way North from Texas. “I had a lot of bands come to me, because according to them, I had found ‘The Way’.”

Through this work, Gregory realized he had a specific knack for knowing what sold — and what could tank a band’s image. After selling his company at the age of 25, artists and repertoire (A&R) reps began approaching him as an independent consultant to build packages that could be sold to record labels. Gregory would then spruce up their image, whether that be through a cleaned up logo or a tightened brand message. All of this work was done as social media was just beginning to blow up within the Zeitgeist, with MySpace securing its popular platform and Facebook beginning to take shape. Nevertheless, Gregory was well prepared to take on the changing branding landscape.

Crowdshare

Crowdshare was born on a duck boat, of all places, when Gregory was duck hunting one day with a friend in East Texas. The friend expressed interest in beginning his own hunting guide business and asked for Gregory’s help with branding and getting a foothold in social media marketing.

“He asked, ‘Should I buy ads,’ and I immediately said ‘No!’. He was a niche of a niche of a niche market,” said Gregory. Instead, he advised his friend to focus on growing word of mouth marketing. Like a game of telephone, his friends would tell their friends about the hunting guide business, and attention would grow organically. With this idea, the spark that would eventually become Crowdshare was lit.

“I genuinely looked at him and heard the words of Steve Jobs. I thought, ‘there’s an app for that, I’m sure.’ It turned out that there wasn’t,” says Gregory.

But there is now. The idea of Crowdshare leverages the power of one’s personal “crowd” — family, friends, employees, clients, and rabid fans — to extends the organic reach of a brand. The crowd gets a code unique to your profile, and when a post is created, the crowd receives a push notification. Posts can then be instantly reshared across Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.

Almost nothing can elevate a brand into the stratosphere quite like viral content. Crowdshare nudges engaging content towards viral status and quickly helps brands gain authority and popularity, both online and in the real world.

Crowdshare is the perfect platform for small businesses that want to gain the traction and attention typically reserved for larger organizations with big marketing budgets. Featuring the capability of gaining 1,000+ shares of one’s content, analytics to track success, photo and video editing capabilities, and room for managing over 36 brands at once, Crowdshare puts all of the social media marketing needs of a small business in one place.

“We are the only company on the planet that has mastered word-of-mouth marketing,” says Gregory.

Gregory has taken his branding expertise and created a way for businesses of any size to greatly expand their content reach, post clicks, shares, and overall engagement. Through analytics, businesses can see what content works, what doesn’t, and how they may need to pivot their messaging to reach more people.

In addition to growing Crowdshare, Gregory is currently writing a book called “Beat to Sh*t” that aims to be the “Survivalist Guide to Running a Business.” He also continues to work as a consultant for businesses looking to expand their reach.

Through Crowdshare, Gregory is letting businesses big and small in on the secret of social media success that he discovered long ago: It’s all who you know and who you tell.

Top Disruptive Technologies that are Driving the Circular Economy

Since the beginning of the Third Millennium, many analysts (both economic and scientific) have detected in the most recent circular economy patterns the ultimate solution to switch from an environmentally “unhealthy” economic model to another based on the reduction of raw materials waste and a general eco-sustainability. All of them agreed that the primary essential prerequisite to achieving such an ambitious goal was developing a series of technologies able to recycle used materials, detect and analyze any primary resources’ waste, and reduce pollution.

The development of these technologies is taking its time. While the environment requests urgent measures of pollution containment and reduction of natural resource exploitation, some of them are still incomplete. Or at least, at their current stadium, they’re still unable to achieve all the goals that their developers are pursuing.

On the other hand, many other technologies are now effective and able to fulfill their creators’ requests, and they’re currently working in many different operative environments. Their main task is obviously to help companies and public institution to optimize their resources and find a way to reduce their consumption. The 2022 situation tells us that many Circular economy practices (declined in many ways) are active nowadays. Each contributes to fighting massive pollution, fossil energy production and raw materials waste.

Five technologies to improve the circular economy
But what are the most effective and impactful technology that we can use to achieve the primary goal of a more sustainable economic horizon (and therefore, as a primary consequence, a more sustainable way of life that doesn’t imply strict and severe self-denial actions)?

We have detected five of them: they are listed below.

Artificial Intelligence. It may sound banal and obvious, to the point that it’s not even worth remarking. But the truth is that every severe revolution in terms of environment preservation hinges on the use of AI in every sector involved in this process. The fields of application are countless. Just think about the world of agriculture and farming: the use of AI can revolutionize the practices inherent to this specific production sector. How? For example, managing the distribution of water on the fields, according to the actual states of the ground and the cultivations, as well as the most accurate weather forecast: a farmer can avoid the huge waste of water that typically characterizes traditional agriculture. Or, in a completely different sector, managing the cargo handling systems, both overland and maritime, or even the air transport ones: thanks to the AI, they can be organized in such a way that every vehicle and mean of transportation can always choose the shortest and fastest path, resulting in a drastic reduction of consumption and gas emission. Finally (but the list could go on ad libitum), AI can detect industrial machinery wear, a factor that, if not promptly fixed, can dramatically increase the pollution caused by the ordinary industries’ production routine.

Big data analytic systems. Environmental researchers generally work on a global scale, or at the very least, they consider a mass of data obtained over a large portion of territory for a reasonably long time. Moreover, they have to manage several parameters: dozens, sometimes hundreds, of criteria and variables to be put about each other. This means that the volume of data that they have to process is way more than huge: it’s something that an ordinary calculator could never elaborate on unless it’s given an unlimited period. That’s why the most evolved big data systems and models, with their best current technologies, are crucial to study, for instance, climate change, to obtain credible and reliable predictive models. The use of big data is spreading like wildfire in every sector, from the air quality measurements in the most polluted areas of the planet to the information about the number of recyclable materials available in every city/region/county/state/continent.

Bioengineering and biotechnologies. These words indicate a series of scientific areas that use technologies involving only biological elements. Among their main goals, they have a radical change in the shape and exteriority of our cities. According to the most renowned bioengineers, the future cities will be built only with biological materials: no more concrete or poorly biodegradable construction elements. But civil engineering is not the only application area of biotechnologies: from the medical sector to the food industry; there isn’t a single aspect of our life that the most significant bioengineering innovations won’t hit. An example stands out above all: a new bacteria family able to “eat” and destroy almost every plastic derivative.

Robotics. Useless to deny it: in some specific working fields, the use of robots has become more than necessary. The performance abilities of the most evolved ones are incomparable and just not reachable by mankind. Just think about the use of nanorobots in surgery and the precision and capillarity that they’re able to ensure. For what concerns the circular economy, the most promising field of application of robotics is the recycling of used materials, in particular electronic components. Some robots currently working are able to dismantle inoperative, obsolete or broken devices like smartphones or tablets, isolating every single component, even the tiniest one, and detecting the category of each one of them and their status (working or non-functioning), in order to recycle the still operative ones.

Web applications. Besides the recycle system, there is another protocol that, if adopted, can ensure a considerable saving of materials: the reuse of already existing products, which are in a good state and ready to be used or consumed, but for whatever reason, they just stay in their warehouses, waiting for their decay. The problem here is creating a network to connect with those interested in using or reusing these products. And this is precisely what many apps are already doing: some of them deal with food sharing (especially those foods that are close to their expiration dates), and some others allow their subscribers to trade the exceeding raw materials or products (for example, a supply of firewood for a shipment of pet food). The list is, also, in this case, much longer.

And in more general terms, these seem to be just the beginning of the unlimited innovations that the circular economy is about to introduce.

Douglas Taurel Shines an Important Light on Veterans’ Stories With His One-Man Show, The American Soldier

Behind every war are the personal lives of our soldiers and their loved ones. To commemorate the sacrifices of all our veterans and their families, Douglas Taurel is set to perform his award-winning solo performance, The American Soldier, in November on Veterans Day. He will showcase his talents at the Doudna Fine Arts Center in Illinois on November 3, then in New Jersey at Monmouth University on November 11. Finally, on November 17, at Kent State University in Ohio, he was given the honor of stepping in for Stephen Lang’s one-man play Beyond Glory with his one-man show, The American Soldier.

Douglas‘ play is composed of monologues covering the Revolutionary War and the most current wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. On a rainy Memorial Day evening in 2015, Douglas first performed the play for eight audience members on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. He thought it would be a one-time performance. Since then, The American Soldier has performed in 34 cities, including twice at the John F. Kennedy Center of Performing Arts, twice Off-Broadway, The Library of Congress, and even the National Headquarters of the American Legion, to mention a few. Douglas was also nominated for the Amnesty International Award when he performed his play in Scotland.

Douglas adapted the play from reading and researching hundreds of actual letters soldiers had sent to their families and countless conversations he had with our veterans’ families. The play offers a perspective into a veteran’s mind and explains why some of them and their families struggle as they try to adjust to life after the military. However, the play also exhibits the beauty of the military and, more importantly, the brotherhood and love that soldiers share for each other.

The play’s most remarkable aspect is that Douglas Taurel is, in fact, not a veteran and has never been in the military. Many spectators and members of the military community find it hard to believe he has never donned the uniform. When the United States was getting deeply involved in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, he started reading stories about how soldiers and their families were hurting emotionally and financially. It was what inspired him to write, perform and produce the play. “I had a hard time reading these stories and felt there need to be an awareness,” Douglas said.

Even though he first performed the play eight years ago, the message is now more critical than ever as the country seems more polarized. The American Soldier appeals to audiences on both sides of the political aisle. It is a work of theater that aims to increase awareness of the experiences and struggles of our soldiers and their families and works hard to honor them.

“It is not only a play that shares the military experience and the effects of war but also our American story. These important stories are the glue that can bring us back together,” Douglas said.

Douglas has made countless film and television appearances. He most recently portrayed Joe Petito in the upcoming Lifetime movie, The Gabby Petito Story. Directed by Thora Birch, the film is based on the short life and tragic death of Gabby Petito. It premiered on the Lifetime Movie Network on October 1, 2022.

He also wrote, directed, and starred in Landing Home, another veteran-themed project that earned him Best Director at the GI Film Festival and a nomination for Best Actor. The TV series also earned Best Drama from the GI Film Festival, Wings of Honor Festival, and the New Jersey Film Festival. The Library of Congress commissioned him to write, create and perform his second solo show, An American Soldier’s Journey Home. It commemorates the ending of the First World War and tells the story of Irving Greenwald, a soldier in the 308 Regiment and part of the Lost Battalion. He has performed the play twice at the Library of Congress and the Hoboken Museum.

Historically, college athletes were highly restricted from profiting off their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL). However, this changed in June 2021 when the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) reviewed the bill and now allows elite student-athletes to monetize their careers through sponsorship agreements and endorsement deals with commercial brands before they go professional. However, finding the right brands to collaborate with and make the most of NIL is no easy feat. For this reason, NIL Management takes the lead in helping these elite athletes make the most of their careers and adequately monetize their brands.

Based in Columbus, Ohio, NIL Management is a full-service talent management company specializing in Name, Image, Likeness (NIL) and brand identity for athletes at the collegiate and professional levels. With a team of professionals fully equipped to manage some top athletes, the company expertly helps them monetize their NIL and make profitable connections that ensure success in their business aspirations beyond their respective sports.

In only a year and a half since opening its doors, the talent agency has negotiated two million dollars worth of deals for its clients with reputable brands such as Adidas, Lovesac, American Eagle Outfitters, Reebok, Hisense, and many more. Additionally, the agency recently announced a significant partnership that will help transcend the NIL marketplace for athletes and their fans while also playing a part in Ohio State being the #1 NIL school in the nation. We view each male and female client as not only a client but family. We also love working with their parents/ inner circle,” Zach explained. “None of this could be possible without my business partner Ed Brown. He has been an attorney for over thirteen years, greatly benefiting the brands we work with, our clients, and their parents. It helps to protect, educate, and expedite these big brand partnerships while providing max ROI,” he added.

When asked about the motivation behind building his brand, Zach attributed his outstanding success in the entrepreneurial space to his relationships, experiences, and extensive music industry career spanning over a decade. He shared: “Knowing I could protect my friends from making the simplest mistakes was a huge motivator. Whatever you hit into the universe is exactly what you’re going to get back, be positive and help others!”

In the coming months, Zach Beebe aims to continue setting the blueprint for excellence in the NIL Management space. Through his company, he aims to help elite students-athlete achieve tremendous personal growth and financial success as they explore business opportunities on the horizon. “These are exciting times, but with exciting times comes great responsibility, and that’s what we’re here for… to help guide and educate,” he shared.

How Wraptors Inc. Founders Stas Kravchuk And Christel Barbie are Disrupting The Industry?

With the endless opportunities the world of automotive industry has created, several businesses and individuals were bound to devise new ways to connect with their clientele and grow their business. Capitalizing on this shift are the duo of husband and wife, Stas Kravchuk and Christel Barbie, a Canadian multi-entrepreneur team who has shaped and built their own field through their company Wraptors Inc. People at the forefront of the automobile industry will take you seriously if you can have meaningful relationships by bringing a clear cut value to the table. Wraptors Inc. does just that.

Stas’ background illustrates just how passionate and talented he really is. In only 5 years of business, he has done far beyond any business and has built Canada’s largest car wrap boutique business. Wraptors now also has 4 locations in the United States, to take advantage of the hyperlocal concept, their location in Miami has been branded as “Wraptors Miami”.

It is a common saying that “Success only comes to those who don’t wait for opportunities but rather work to create them” and that’s what the case is with Wraptors Inc. Founders. As of October 2022, the company has 9 locations in Canada. Right from the beginning, Wraptors Inc. was focused on building foundations for a successful business by offering high-quality wrapping services and building not just a business but a brand, that’s what has connected them more with the clients than any of other competitors.

There are several entrepreneurs who have great businesses but lack entrepreneurial capabilities. Stas Kravchuk who is better known as “Mr. Wraptors” wasn’t gifted with success, but he worked very hard to find it. Born in a low-income household, he was raised by his single mother and right from his childhood, he learned the value of money and it can be used to avoid any hard times.

Following his entrepreneurial passion, Stas Kravchuk started locations in Orlando Florida and New York City to position his company as a global brand. Business wasn’t easy initially but this is where he saw the opportunity in the industry to learn. He worked on analyzing the market and creating a business model, which increased his market share multiple times. Within the 5 years of business, Wraptors Inc has been bringing eye-catching value with high attention for detail.

Now, Wraptors Inc. no longer needs any introduction and is a popular name among celebrity artists, entrepreneurs, and passionate car lovers. Their service offerings now cover vinyl wraps, paint protection, ceramic coating to give the car a luxurious makeover. They are operating in multiple locations in Canada including Toronto, and Vancouver. Stas Kravchuk has shared that he is looking to expand Wraptors’ reach on the west coast also.

Wraptors Inc. under Stas’s leadership can play an incredibly powerful role in building out a massively credible wrapping boutique business. Wraptors’ business presence is seen and often appraised by industry critics at different car shows, conferences and various car events. Stas has built a strong team and his wife Christel is now helping him to build an empire that he is looking to create. He has shared that “No matter how hard things become, Christel always has a master plan. I believe that it’s not your failures that will define you, it’s how you choose to respond.”

One thing is for sure, however the space changes, it is certain that Stas Kravchuk and his Wraptors will be there, leading the charge. You can be a part of his journey by following him on his official Instagram handle @mr.wraptors.

Sam (Sami Bundlez) Salem Is Taking Seven Leaves To The Next Level

Sam (Sami Bundlez) Salem has created one of the most lucrative businesses on the world today alongside Matt Barns. However, his company Seven Leaves wasn’t built overnight.

A famous quote says “you can go to a drugstore in any city in the nation and you’ll find any drug you want, and they’ll be more addictive and worse for you than grass.” That was the mentality that Sam (Sami Bundlez) Salem had growing up. When he got in trouble for selling weed in the seventh grade, he told his mother “watch it be legal one day.” Fast forward, this proves that he was far beyond his years with the legalization of weed in 37 states.

Before we get into the full story of his success, we are going to tell the story of where it all began. Just like building any company it all started with him building his network and credibility first. He started learning the music industry first with getting acquainted with different artist. He already has a close relationship with Bay Area legend The Jacka who helped build his Rappaport. From there he began exploring management. In turn this connected him to artist like Mistah Fab, C-Bo, Cellski, and Husalah leading him to going on the road with DJ Drama & Lakeshow and later linked up with Dre Sinatra in Los Angeles after doing major shows with Future, ScHoolboy Q, Nipsey Hussle, Pusha T, Kehlani, YG, and more.

Having a credible name in the industry allowed the masses of his clientele to trust him and become the go to man in the bud industry. This allowed him to build his network, cliental, and taught him what products the market wanted. Having mentors in the game was also an important factor for him in the weed industry like, Fieldz and Original Z family, Sherbinski, Berner, Cozmo Beats and heed all their advice.

Sami Bundlez helped build the proprietary service blueprint for 7L and introduced Former NBA player Matt Barnes to the brand. The first thing they did together along with Seven Leaves was “The Matt Barnes pre rolls” it was a hit.

Bundlez doesn’t only rep Seven Leaves and the menu that he helped bring to life he lives by it and uses each and every strain that he named in his daily life. He didn’t stop at just weed he has collaborated with power players across the board.

Medium Mari, the Psychic Medium and Animal Communicator Bridging the Gap Between People and Their Loved Ones

Death sometimes comes with such an abruptness that it does not leave any room for preparation. So quickly, it may arrive that people are left with words unsaid and goodbyes unuttered. Mari Cartagenova, better known as Medium Mari, is all too aware that breaking – of soul and heart – follows a loved one’s passing, which is why she has made it her mission to “heal souls one person at a time.” A Psychic Medium and Animal Communicator, she is currently helping those who wish to hear from their dearly departed people or pets.

Specializing in creating a bridge between people and their passed loved ones or fur babies, Medium Mari has established a trusted name for the extent to which she gives the exact support, guidance, and peace of mind that her clients need. The multi-faceted Psychic Medium personality, who has been double-tested, vetted, and approved by Shay Parker’s Best American Psychics, as well as Bob Olsen’s Best Psychic Directory, is recognized by many professional groups and institutions. Included in this list is The Certified Psychic Society as well as the Best American Psychics, where Mari is regarded as one of the most outstanding Psychic Mediums in her field.

With her innate intuitiveness, it was only natural for Mari to eventually pursue a psychic medium’s path. “Some of my earliest memories include talking to spirits and seeing angels,” she shared. “As a little child, I did not know any different. As I got a little older, I realized that not everybody had these experiences, and I started to hide my connection with Spirit.”

Armed with this gift, Mari delved into the clinical field, helping clients as a therapist. However, she eventually found herself pivoting after the death of her grandmother two decades ago. “I started to receive messages from her,” she recalled. “She was telling me that it was my life’s journey to become a psychic medium.”

Heeding her grandmother’s words, Mari began studying and training with some of the top psychic mediums in the world, such as Tony Stockwell, John Holland, James Van Praagh, and Lisa Williams. Additionally, the certified Advanced Spirit Worker was able to expand her competencies at the Omega Institute and Moth and Moon Studio.

Right now, Medium Mari offers individualized services designed to help clients heal and provides evidence that life continues after we crossover. She devotes her time and gifts to comfort and validation for people undergoing difficult times because of the passing of their loved ones and pets and those who feel lost and confused. Her impressive services include animal communication, mediumship, past life and soul regression, psychic and intuitive guidance, classes and student mentoring. Moreover, Mari has found many lost or missing pets and recently started catering to individuals interested in discovering their past lives or lost memories.

Admittedly, the industry to which Mari belongs is a challenging field to navigate, but over the years, she has been able to establish herself firmly within the top echelon of people in her business. Yet, amid the odds, she continued to train and refine her gift in the bid to become the best version of herself. Today, she brings to the table that version and a passion for bringing comfort and healing to people. She is extremely grateful for the lives she has touched and the gift of the work she continues to do.
