In 2004 he founded Norada Real Estate Investments, his own Investment Property Firm, ranked #925 on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies in 2019, and ranked a second time in 2021.

As a firm believer in self investment, Santarelli has prioritized his education and mindset throughout his career. Always putting this atop of his job and money, he affirms: “Your most precious and important asset is your mind”.
